the red carnations run the west side of the city. their reach stretches just beyond the halfway point. they're the oldest gang in the ci
ty, and it shows. over the years they've built up a massive empire, the likes of one no one has ever seen before. recently. the head of
the family passed away, leaving his granddaughter in charge of it all. most member of this gang have been raised for their positions; it
's rare to see them recruit these days. members of the red carnation wear a small red rose pin on the collars of their shirts to identify
themselves. this gang is known for brain over brawn and always looking dapper, but that doesn't mean they won't get their hands dirty.

trol of the eastern half of the city. most of the members of the hopeless were picked right off the street and given a second chance at
life, so they're all deathly loyal to their young founder. the gang's chemistry is extraordinary and they're eerily efficient for a group so
young, which makes them twice as deadly. the members of the hopeless all have small tattoos of a swallow behind their ear to identif
y themselves. this gang is rough around the edges and always look like they just came out of a skirmish, but don't underestimate them.
