week. at the moment it's infected over 10,000 civilians but taken no lives. the onl
y difference this sickness has to the average flu is the rapidly cycling in and out di
ssociative states patients report. october 21st, 1992 : well it's the end of the worl
d or at least civilized society. after a seventh day of this "flu" infectants will go br
ain dead and yearn for nothing more than their next meal (living human flesh) mo
st government and military officials were sick and it was just too much for the rest
of the world to handle - this is the apocalypse. july 5th, 2043 : 51 years later has
anything gotten better? no. but has anything gotten worse? happier no!! the zombies are here but we only live in moderate fear! we're fo
cusing a small town currently being refurbished, kane pennsylvania. this group of a little over 90 recently finished renovating the hosp
ital and now they are looking to expand to the markets down the street, starting with the most dangerous part of the project, the fence.

the renovation of the kane hospital began about ten years ago. that may seem lik
e a long time to fix up a preexisting building but when you consider the lack of
materials and see how much they've changed the structure to act completely diff
erently it was all done in amazing time. there are thirty surprisingly nice apartm
ents, four meeting rooms, a classroom, daycare, general goods store, rooftop ga
rden, multiple clinics and more of what you would see from a current day city co
mpressed into a single complex. the expansion is mostly for more housing and
storage. at the moment builders have marked only out where their fence will go.

here are some fun facts about this new apocalyptic world and kane one : there is
no currency just trading and any time with entertainment is worth a lot that's wh
y kane is best known for it's arcade which letting travelers spend an hour in has
gotten them many important materials. like really - they switched from generat
ors to solar panels because of that place two : where the kane radio station is al
so valuable entertainment for free it's incredibly important for putting their new
(-ish) town on people's maps in a positive context. three : zombies tend to travel
in groups, they're attracted to sound+ the head is the only way to take them out.
