plot.
- a gang called the sin cartel has been tracked by seoul p.d. for god knows how long. basically
this is going to be the cops finding out about a big heist that the sin cartel is going to pull off,
but unfortunately, theres a rat from the cartel and they dont get caught. its basically a big ga
me cops and robbers with the risk of ,, being put into prison.

rules.
