abitied the forests. away from humans and
hunters. they split the territory evenly, liv
ing where it will suit them best. with cozy
cabins and gentle springs. each day was pe
eaceful. till one day. pack discite, the wis
e and the curious, out like always searchin
g to extend their knowledge. one elder ca
me across an omen. visions flashing throug
h their eyes. natural disasters will rock th
eir homes. it will destroy, destroy and des
troy. nothing will be left. prey will become
scarce and tension will rise between the p
acks. spreading the word, that is when the
four pack elder's decide they finally needa
change. each pack will send out two wolve
s and they will embark on an journey. they
have the heavy expectations to find a suit
able new home. though it won't be easy. w
ho knows how far they'll go. who knows th
ey'll even get along? with the fight betwee
n packs viribus and tenebris, everyone is o
n edge. will they be able to do it? will they
be able to find a new home before it's too

eskeetswiping his tongue over his sharp canines, judas lowered himself, the tail of his wolf gently brushing against the floor as he stretched. his jaws widened into a yawn and his mismatched eyes squeezed shut for a few heartbeats. the werewolf had been out all night, like always. hunting and simply having some alone time. judas was known to be a loner, people didn't approach him and he didn't approach people. it was like an unspoken rule. currently, the tenebris wolf as grooming himself, his fur soft yet slightly messy. and next to his agile paws, laid a limp rabbit. it's eyes blank and lifeless with fresh bite marks embedded in its fragile neck. a tint of crimson was still visible around the male's fangs though.
eskeetpushing himself up onto his paws, judas stretched one last time. his legs being pulled out in front of him as he lifted his rear end and lowered his head. when he was finished, he simply shook his fur out once again and picked up the fresh kill he had made only a few minutes ago. majority of the time judas would only go out for a walk, but at the end he will always being back something that would be useful to the pack, example, food. sometimes herbs for the medic and even special stones he knows a few members of tenebris enjoy collecting. majority of the night is filled with judas prancing around the forest, his eyes closed and jaws parted. he felt comfort in his wolf form. it was his safe haven. lately, judas have begun to visit the border between tenebris and viribus. everyone knows about the tension between the two. and although the battling is over, the werewolves are still on edge. it was eventually called to a truce by the viribus pack's alpha, and reluctantly, tenebris' own alpha agreed. they were running low after all. autumn had been cruel to all the packs. but now, it was nearing winter. ah, sweet sweet winter. a time where all the packs struggled. where the only thing they could do was huddle together in one cabin for warmth. pray will be scarce and medics will take long, long journeys to help one in need of medicine. judas was snapped out of his thoughts by a cold drip landing on his nose. with a shiver rushing up his spine, judas blinked. once, twice, before remembering he was still out. snatching up the rabbit in his jaws, judas began to make his way back to the camp.
eskeethis paws crunched against the ground, leaving a light trail of prints in the snow as he made his way to the clearing. tenebris' camp was inside a large hollow mountain. cabins were both in the walls and on the ground. it was quite nice. brushing his way into the camp, judas felt the burning gaze of a few curious pups. dammit, it's always the damn pups who are staring. he hated it. pushing away the thoughts, judas finally made his way to the chiefs cabin. he didn't say a word and simply dropped off the rabbit before licking his jaws. standing up straight, the werewolf closed his eyes and took in a deep breath before exhaling. he could hear it. the way his bones cracked as he shifted back into his human form. the assassin didn't open his eyes till it was finished. dragging his tongue over his dried, soft lips, judas fixed the over-sized shirt he wore. and just as he turned around, about to leave, a soft voice came from behind him. "the alpha was looking for you, judas". his eye twitched. dammit. he could hear one of the pack's omegas quietly shuffle behind him and pick up the rabbit. "he's um, in his cabin and-" judas didn't hear the rest. he was already walking towards, said alphas place. not even bothering to knock, judas burst through the door, his eyes unamused as he clicked his tongue. "what"
"dammit, judas! how many times do i tell you to knock?"
"calm down old man, what do you want from me." closing the door shut behind him, judas plopped himself down on the couch. everyone was used to this. judas talking to the pack's leader in this tone. he didn't even need to look up to see that the alpha had rolled his eyes. "it's about last night. the meeting with the four pack's alphas." ah, that. yeah judas couldn't care less about it. the leaders of all four packs had decided to meet up last night for a meeting. they needed to... talk. although they were informed not to tell anyone what it was about, it was quite obvious. rumors have been going around about a certain elder who received both an omen and a vision. judas personally didn't believe in the old wise ones of the stars or whatever, but he doesn't really have a choice. anyways. it was said that all four territories will be destroyed. werewolves of all the packs will suffer with illnesses, it they don't die first that it. natural disasters will be the end of the four werewolf packs that have ruled over this piece of land for centuries. now, judas wasn't one to believe rumors. but something about this... something about this one sent shivers up his spine.
"im guessing you already know what it's about, you're no idiot, i know that." scoffing, judas doesn't reply. "i'll get straight to the point. each of the alphas agreed to this. they will be ending two members of their pack on a journey." oh no, oh god no. "and you judas, will be one of the two going for tenebris" "i refuse" "i didn't give you a choice. this is an order" averting his gaze, judas clicked his tongue in annoyance. "you and seven others will be leaving and travelling to find a new home. for everyone. not just tenebris" "so, who's the second?" the alpha looked surprised. judas didn't agree with things too much. he thought he would need to bribe the assassin or something. but nope. that doesnt mean the smaller male was happy with the choice he was totally given though. after a long stretch of silence, from the look in the alpha's eyes, judas had a weird feeling in his guts. "jeon kyungsam" judas almost chocked on the air. why? why him out of everyone??? "you're joking, right? the brat? seriously?" "seriously." scanning the larger male's face, judas prayed to find a hint of amusement in the alpha's eyes but nope, nothing. he wasn't joking. "whatever" sighing, the assassin reluctantly pushed himself onto his feet. "when are we leaving?" "get ready now. you're leaving at sun down" dammit that was quicker than expected. they were getting desperate weren't they. tucking his hands into his pockets, judas stared up at the leader before bowing simply and pushing his way out the door. not before he heard a loud "grab sam too"
