Allen | Psi sea lion | tags: Christian
Water wasn’t bothersome for Allen. The water was fine, but being surprised by a splash and the feeling of water hitting his fur sent Allen’s sea lion instincts into high alert. A sort of alarmed bark escaped him as he jumped up, unfortunately being unchecked in volume. The sonic voice the Psi possessed sent the animal sound bouncing about the woods with glaring loudness. No doubt the entire cabin would probably have heard that. The closest tree was stripped of most of its leaves while the nearby bird population sent shrieks into the air as they took wing.
Allen, now awake and taking in the surroundings, looked in the direction of Christian and proceeded to bark at a normal volume with mock anger. Really, he didn’t mind. If anything, he thought it was funny. But he would likely be chewed out by a higher up for causing so much noise.
Caitlyn | Rho giraffe | tags: Selene (mentioned), Adeline (mentioned), open
Dodging the tree limbs that were eye level, Caitlyn loped along aimlessly and admired the scenery. Her long, knobby legs carried her about and gratefully took the opportunity to stretch. Being human wasn’t so bad, but after a taste of being this other being, the Rho always loved to experience things from a different perspective — literally. Her coffee mug forgotten on the sidewalk in favor of the fresh air, she left Adeline and Selene to talk and walked into the trees where her spots stood out against the darker trunks. The only worry in her mind was the amount of handsoap in the cabin and why loud sound had come from the lake’s direction.
Jeremiah | Gamma bear | tags: Cailen, Melanie
The Gamma went to his shared room first, taking off his shoes and putting them by his bed where they weren’t in the way. Next, he found clothes to wear about that weren’t his pajamas and changed, satisfied with the switch. Then for the important item of business: the morning coffee.
Moving to the kitchen, Jeremiah was met with two others already in there. The Beta, Cailen, was leaning on the counter and Melanie had a hand on the other’s shoulder. Coffee may have to wait. The Gamma drew closer and raised a brow at the females, trying to gauge if the issue was something he could help with.
