Axel Raised an eyebrow, "Ohh touchè. Don't be so mean, i was just messing with ya. Besides, it would be fun to mess up his office and then not have to deal with the repercussions because i am going on a quest that i have still have not packed for..." Axel trailed off, her mind distracted by what she had to pack. Brought back to reality by the heavy smell of grapes, Axel noticed Dionysus standing in front of them.

Axel yelped in surprise immediately pointing to Dawson, "It wasn't my fault." She did not want to be stuck in camp after she just got permission to leave on the quest. Recovering her wits, Axel coughed out, " I mean Hey Papi". She knew that although rough on the outside, Dionysus did have a soft spot for his children. When she first arrived at camp, Axel hounded Dionysus forcing him to pay attention to her. Dionysus was as good of a father as any, he did occasionally ignore them but after all he was a greek god. It saddened her that Dawson had such bad relations with their father but what could be done...

Satisfied with the explanation for eating alone, Carpathia continued breakfast beside him happily. When he brought up the quest, though, she seemed to wither just a little bit. Not only was it nine people, but she only allowed one any level of close to her, so being crammed into anything with nine people of various size and personality made her grimace. She wasn't worried about anyone specific, per say, but that was asking for disaster if she had any input on it. There wasn't another way, or so it seemed, to get them there, and if anyone had checked, it was Carpathia. The smell was another issue - so many demigods in one place was as good as bait for anything and everything hunting the half-gods to arise. "There's disaster written all over it. Going together is a bad idea, it's like we're trying to get caught." She took another bite of egg, mulling the situation over.

"Do you feel okay about it? I mean, I know you're acting like Mr. Slick, but you don't exactly seem ecstatic to get out of here either. " Trying to lighten the mood in case Shane was just as nervous as se was, Carpathia started trying to sneak little bits of honeydew onto Shane's plate. What she was hoping for the most was that she'd be able to sneak a piece into his pancakes, just for a laugh. A bee landed on the edge of her plate, so another small piece went to the peaceful scavenger, who began to crawl around on it with what Carpathia could only assume was insectly delight. Always happy to help a traveller, she thought.

Tabitha was a little shocked. Well no, she was never able to tell who's kid was who so of course she wouldn't know. But she wasn't expecting her to be a child of Apollo. "Yeah, he's the counselor for the Apollo Cabin. He's leaving on the quest with us." she said softly and looked up as another member of the Huntres showed up. "I should get going" she said excusing herself and walking over to the group of counselors. She walked over to Ryver pulling her aside a little "So as it turns out they don't have a Hephaestus. As much as I sometimes feel like I could kill one of these morons I couldn't give them up" She laughed as Elias eavesdropped on the conversation "As I was saying McDonald's.. morons"

Elias smirked looking at Jacob "I think that was the world record for shoving food in your face bud" he joked and watched as Tabitha walked over surprisingly choosing to talk to Ryver. He looked back at Jacob and shrugged then turned around when he heard the word moron "Alright Ms.Randle I heard the word moron and I know you're talking about one of us here and I don't appreciate your behavior" he said obviously joking around but he kept a straight face he furrowed his brows after she called him McDonalds. Oh Zeus how he hated that. little sparks flew at his fingertips "Alright book brain you listen to me if you weren't dating the care bear over here you would have very frizzy hair right now

Dawson smirked a little when she pointed at him time to get back at her for messing with him "The hell would I do that for? How do you even sacrifice food"Luckly Dawson could use the excuse of not knowing anything to his advantage. "Axel here is just emotional but of course, won't admit it." He wrapped an arm around his sister " yesterday she cried about leaving. You know... women she's going to miss you so much that she gave you food. I saw her do it and then I followed her here." He said keeping a serious face. The one thing he was good at was lying, it worked like a gem. "Kinda cute that she'd blame it on me"

Oh so this is the game that Dawson wants to play does he? Thank god she had Dionysus as a father, her acting abilities always came in handy. Formulating a plan, Axel decided the perfect way to work the situation to her benefit and make them equally uncomfortable. Turning to Dawson, "Yeah i really will miss both of you." She hugged him and started to sniffle into his shoulder,"You know i might die on this quest? At least let me have a goodbye hug," Personally, Axel did not care much for her own life, only how she would live it and right now she wanted to guilt trip them into a family hug that made everyone uncomfortable. Reaching out to Dionysus, she grabbed him into the hug making sure neither of them could shrug off her grip. Burying her head into Dawson shoulder, she whispered, "Aww look, you finally have Dad's care."

Dionysus smirked at his son, watching their interaction. What was even funnier was Axel's response. His son looked awfully uncomfortable, which made him chuckle. She was definitely his daughter with that acting. He was the god of theater, after all. Before he could protest, he was yanked into the hug. He groaned in response. He could very well over-power them since he was a full god, but he didn't want to hurt them. He could flash away, but he didn't want to kill them by revealing his true form. So... he was kind of stuck in the group hug he didn't want to be involved in in the first place.

Ryver laughed at Tabitha's remark, only to laugh harder when Elias commented on their conversation. "You know what they say, Sparky. Curiosity killed the demigod." She joked, wagging her finger at him much like a mother would to her child. She couldn't help but laugh more at the look on Elias's face when Tabitha called him McDonald's. "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Chill there, Sparky, unless you want to end up looking like a wet dog." She warned playfully. This back and forth was really helping her nerves, and she was sure it was helping theirs, so she wanted to keep it going.

Jacob snorted at Elias, bowing playfully. "Thank you. Thank you. I try." He laughed at Elias when Tabitha called him McDonald's, placing a hand on Elias's shoulder for support since he was laughing so hard. He then rolled his eyes dramatically at his response. "Sparky, you're just as dramatic as your dad." Cue the thunder. He snorted at the unofficial nickname care bear. "I think I prefer sunshine over care bear." He muttered under his breath. He then put his arm around Tabitha, and in forgetting the hunters were there, pecking her lips, which may or may not have resulted in an arrow shot by his foot by one of the hunters (which was totally not Philomela). This may or may not have resulted in him yelping like a little girl, hopping away from the arrow. He glared at the hunter before turning back to his friends.

Philomela sighed and turned to her friend, Camilla. She smiled brightly, a rare sight for the campers, and hugged her. She and Camilla understood each other. She had known Camilla since she was 16. At the time, Philomela was 2,341 and had recruited her personally. She hadn't been free in her past and she joined the hunters because of what those men had done to her. But, in 1929, because the lieutenant was actually a full goddess that was stripped of her total immortality when she was a baby, people started to get suspicious of her parentage, so she was turned to a demigod baby and given to a mortal named Emma. When World War II was over, she joined the hunters after being reminded of her past. As she regained the memories, Hilliard/Okeanos's death hit her harder and Camilla was there to comfort her. So, the girl became her best friend and is the only one besides Artemis to have seen her totally vulnerable.

"No, no new recruit today." She said softly, looking over to Tabitha and petting Luna's head. "That's a good idea, actually. I will arrange it with Chiron and Dionysus later." She said with finality, letting the subject drop. She snorted at her friend's humor. "Doll, there's no way in Hades we can keep up with the times. I'm 4,348 and you're 2,023. It would take a miracle to get us updated. Hades. I still talk like I did in the 1940's." She said, rolling her eyes at herself playfully. It was true. She did talk like a 1940's New Jersey Doll. Maybe it's because it was the last time she was truly happy? She didn't know. Her father, Apollo, was the god of prophecy and truth, not psychology. She then turned when she heard an arrow let loose to see it land by a head counselor's foot, who was close to Tabitha. She raised an eyebrow. So that was her brother.

Tabitha smiled as Jacob kissed her, she smiled and blushed slightly. Obviously she was then distracted by Jacob's girl like yelp. "That was attractive" she said raising an eyebrow at him. She sighed softly and looked up at him "did you know the lieutenant is your sister?" she asked rather curiously. She looked over at Elias who said he really needed to talk to her. First off she found it weird that he was whispering to her. But when it all clicked in she didn't know what to say. "He did what? she exclaimed a bit too loudly as she crossed her arms. Still not knowing how to properly respond to the situation

Elias laughed as the arrow hit the ground by Jacob. Ofcourse an Archer wait no. A son of Apollo whos an Archer scared by an arrow. That had to be some sort of historical event. Due to the thunder he decided to get revenge for not only him but also for his dad. Knowing the god enjoyed good drama here and there. He turned to Ryver and grinned "watch this" he mouthed to her and walked over to Tabitha "On a serious note Tab I need to talk to you" he said pulling her aside and whispering into her ear "So earlier Jacob made me promise that you and him would have a hotel room together.. Ryver was there you can ask her. He smirked when she cried out. It had clearly worked, not to mention it was a lie of course in fact it had been the opposite as He had mentioned the hotel room to Jacob and then Ryver and him teased him about it. He walked back to Ryver with a big grin on his face "I have now found our entertainment for the next few days."

Dawson sighed uncomfortably when she hugged him. He wasn't even comfortable with the idea of having a sister yet or a dad whos apparently not dead. He didn't hug back ofcourse he just sat there he couldn't move because of her grip. He didn't mind until she dragged their dad into the hug. Then survival mode turned on. After his sister's comment he glared at her causing a headache upon her. When she softened the grip he stopped the glare and moved back a couple feet rapidly. Which ALMOST caused him to fall down the stairs he had fallen on when he was ill. He brushed his shirt and crossed his arms. Now on to the awkward situation. "That's enough physical contact with you two for the next 365 days of my life" He said with an annoyed tone. He was about to say something that he thought would be great but after reviewing it he decided against it. Making a joke about dying before his sister went on a quest that could maybe kill her was probably the way his father would actually kill him.

Dionysus was thankful when his son broke the hug. He pulled out, clearing his throat and smoothing his shirt much like Dawson did. Like father, like son. Right? He raised an eyebrow when Dawson nearly fell down the steps. AGAIN. "Do we have to ban you from using those stairs, Son?" He joked, amusement lacing his voice. The kid practically ran away from the both of them, clearly uncomfortable with the situation. He turned to his daughter. "You really are my daughter." He mused, shaking his head.

Ryver lost it when Jacob yelped like a little girl, leaning against the Zeus table for support. She had to calm herself down before saying, "Hey, Tabby, I think your boyfriend is secretly a girl." She then dissolved into laughter again, trying to regain her composure. Once she did, Elias mouthed to her to watch what he was about to do. She raised her eyebrow when he told Tabitha they needed to talk. She looked over at Jacob, who was looking at her in confusion. She just shrugged before turning back to the conversation, seeing the look on Tabitha's face. Then she heard her cry out and she couldn't help but wonder what the son of Zeus did this time. Then he came back over to her and said something about entertainment for the week. "Elias Michael McAshtin, what did you do?"

"No, I didn't. Now I do." Jacob rolled his eyes when his friends laughed, smiling despite himself. He picked up the arrow and tossed it to the side, much to the dismay of the hunter. He shrugged and turned to see Elias pull Tabitha to the side. What the Hades was that about? He looked to Ryver for a clue, but she seemed just as clueless because she just shrugged at him. Then he heard Tabitha cry out. He furrowed his eyebrows. What did his best friend say to make Tabitha yell like that? He eyed his friend suspiciously when he walked over to Ryver, a big grin on his face. Whatever this was, this couldn't be good for him. He walked over to Tabitha. "What did he say...?" He asked cautiously.

"Ack,"Axel groaned, relaxing her grip on Dawson as her a head started to be stabbed with knives. The hug went about as well as it could have, everyone still had intact limbs albeit Axel had major headache. She glared at him, clutching at her head and stated indignantly, "You know how sensitive emotional women are." Dawson, the uncaring twat, backed away quickly almost tripping over a step. At that she giggled, the headache starting to abide, "Aww you know you love me Bambi." Hmm, Bambi... that was a good nickname, she would probably stick with that from now on.

Axel turned back to Dionysus scoffing at his statement,"Of course i am. Do you think just anyone could make Dawson embarrassed." Glancing back at Dawson, she decided to have mercy, this was probably the most amount of time he had spent in close proximity with their father. She gave Dionysus one last hug deciding it was time to get ready."Anyways i had better go pack for the quest. Don't kill each other while i am gone, Ta Ta" She walked away to head back to her cabin.

Tabitha sat there a little dumbfounded at first. She had no idea what to do. Surely she loved Jacob but she was definetly not ready for that She couldn't even look at him right. "You know what he said" she said clearly annoyed I forgot some things in my Cabin.. I'll meet you guys at the entrance when it's time to go" she said and left for her cabin rapidly,

Elias smirked. He knew how Tabitha got when she was mad or uncomfortable. He looked back at Ryver and whispered "Remeber when I promised Jacob the hotel room? well I made some changes to that story" he said rather proud of himself. Sometimes he was almost convinced that Jacob and him would be responsible for a fight between Zeus and Apollo. He watch the scene unfold before him as he leaned on a pillar.

Dawson almost said shut up but he stopped himself. He talked back to his mom all the time because he didn't really care if he got hit or not. But he didn't know his dad and his dad did have the power to kill him or do worse than a hit. So he chose better wording "You weren't even there the first time" he said furrowing his brow. He rolled his eyes at Axel,he knew he could do more damage then just a headache but he wasn't going to hurt her for no reason.he would let her have this one considering she was leaving. She nodded when she went away. He looked back up at his father seeing if he wanted anything from him or not

"Chiron told me." Dionysus replied simply, shrugging. He raised an eyebrow when his daughter hugged him then ran off. "Also, I was right over there, catching an eavesdropper." He said, pointing to the window that showed the meeting room.

"Elias! Now why'd you go and do that?" Ryver groaned, rubbing her face with her hands. Now she had to clean up her cousin's mess. She watched the scene unfolding, shaking her head at the whole thing. "Now you go apologize to Jacob and I'm going to go talk to Tabitha unless you want to deal with a grumpy child of Apollo and an angry firebender." She stated, walking off in the direction. She knew Elias didn't mean any real harm, but this could've damaged their relationship that took two years to start and form. She then knocked on the cabin door, tapping her foot and waiting for the daughter of Hephaestus to answer the door.

Jacob stood in stunned silence at Tabitha's sudden hostility towards him "No, actually, I don't. I have no idea what's going on
" He blinked when she excused herself. "Tabitha!" He started to go after her when he heard Ryver chastising Elias. When she walked away, he walked over to his best friend. "What the Hades, Man? What did you say to her to get her so angry? He was really confused on what just happened. Why did Elias say something to Tabitha that he knew would get her all worked up and angry at him? He loved Elias to death, but he could do some really stupid stuff and that's saying something considering the two of them were ALWAYS doing stupid stuff together.
