Eliza looked down beginning to sketch her soulmark, a detailed winged sword with ribbon around it. She looked at her wrist to see it and smiled. It filled her with hope. She began to sketch out the swords details.

Brittany sighed as she entered the lunch room. She glanced around, and she saw Elizabeth sitting alone. She decided she'd sit by her since Brittany didn't have many friends. "Hey! Elizabeth Scarlet, right?" She smiled as she sat down. " I'm Brittany Bailey, it's nice to meet you. What are you drawing? If you don't mind me asking.." she asked.

Zeke walked into the lunch room. He glanced around and sighed. He sat at a small table alone and looked as his marking. He quickly hid it. He didn't want to meet his soulmate, what if he hated them but they were destined to be? The whole soulmate thing made no sense to him.

xxxxxxxxxPierce smiled brightly when the other introduced himself, his name was a bit different but it suited him well. Just then the other started looking for something in his bag, perhaps he forgot something? Pierce was about to ask but before he could say anything the late bell rang. He frowned slightly before looking to his soulmate, "I can't be late to another class but I'll see you around!" he called before starting to weave through the crowds of students making their way to their respected classes.

It was finally lunch, a period Pierce didn't mind being in. He adjusted his backpack's strap ad=s he walked through the hallways on his way to the cafeteria, he never really bought lunch since he saw it more as a waste of money when he could easily make his own and end up with better food then what was sold here. After stepping into the cafeteria he glanced around, trying to find a good spot to sit. And oddly enough he noticed Takashi by himself. The older male smiled before making his way over to the other, "Is this seat taken?" he asked with a smile.

takashi looked at pierce and shook his head 'no', then looked back down at his hand that he was drawing on. he swallowed because for some reason, his throat was dry. to be honest, he kinda found pierce annoying even though he hasn't even known pierce for a day. he stuck out his toung a little bit while he concentrated on his drawing. he thought it would be useless to just buy a drawing book consitering he wouldn't be allowed it bring it into classes except for art, and he basically only draws in classes or if he was starting to get anxious because he would often fiddle with his pen or pencil.

takashi put his sleeve black down, covering up his drawing and started to fiddle with his pen, and tried to start some small-talk. "so, uh, how was your day?" he said awkwardly, facing pierce.

xxxxxxxxxThe other didn't really answer him aloud, instead shaking his head. Pierce then preceded to sit down next tot he other, laying his bag beside himself as he rummaged through it while looking for his packed lunch. After pulling it out and placing it in front of him, he glanced over to Takashi; seeing the other draw on his arm. Though soon enough the boy covered his arm and decided to create a conversation, Pierce didn't mind since he brighten up when the other spoke to him. "Well my day started out normal, then you crashed into me and it brighten up after that. Classes were boring as usual, what about you? How was your day?" he asked with a smile as he opened up the brown bag and pulled out a tuber-ware container of caeser salad. Usually he would have had more time to actually cook a meal for himself but his work last night had tired him out and he woke up later than usual.

"good i guess," takashi replied. "woke up late for school, thought i lost my phone, bonked into you, and then classes started so-" slowly becoming more talkative, takashi smiled at pierce, this time not by force. but then he also put his lunch back in his bag, not wanting to eat something that was made by his mother. as he was putting away his lunch, he also put away his pen. he turned back to pierce pulling down his sleeves, so that his hands wouldn't show.

xxxxxxxxxPierce listened as the other spoke, taking a few bites of his salad while Takashi spoke about his day. So he was looking for his phone earlier, Pierce could understand the fear of losing his pone but probably for different reasons; mostly because his phone is used for work and contacting his father on weekends if he wasn't busy. When the other put his lunch away Pierce raised an eyebrow, "You're not eating?" he asked curiously, he could also notice how the boy pulled his sleeves down past his hands; as if hiding them.

"my mom made it. and if you trust my mother-" takashi paused for a second, "-then your crazy. and also i'm not really hungry so yeah-" takashi bit his lower lip. he remembered the day he first walked into his mothers house. she were so nice and kind at first. but once takashi's older sister (she's nine years older than takashi) left for college, that's when everything changed.

takashi quickly shook off the thought. he turned towards pierce and asked another question, "so do you have any hobbies?"
