-Shipwrecked- (Sci-fi, open)

[Jeydon]

Icarus nodded, taking a moment to stare off into the distance.
"Do you know if the Captain has a plan yet?" Icarus inquired, not specifying what the plan would be for. He assumed it was obvious what he was asking about. They could only stay on this wretched planet for so long.

"If he does he hasn't told me." They sighe, wishing this was their only worry. They dropped their voice lower. "Not to imply your equipment isn't working, but I do feel ill. My face will get hot, my palms will sweat, and I begin to stammer. It appears to come in spurts. I believe this planet might not be that safe."

[Jeydon]

"Well of course it isn't safe, it's space. I don't even know what mankind was thinking when they decided to start coming out here. Now that I think of it, they probably weren't thinking at all. That would explain a lot. There's probably something in the atmosphere that's disturbing your wellbeing and messing with my equipment. We have to get out of here as soon as possible," Icarus agreed, lowering his voice as well.

Riki nodded "Our pilot is dead. Our best bet is trying to get the communicators up and send out an S.O.S. I'm fairly certain our tech geeks can figure out something, but to be honest I'm not that good with the high end stuff myself." Rikimaru put their hands in their pockets

[Jeydon]

"Do we have any individual shuttles that are salvageable? Figuring out how to fly a ship shouldn't be too hard..." Icarus trailed off doubtfully, bending down to return the medical scanner to his kit and taking in a sharp, pained breath as he did so and disturbed his wound. Icarus carefully returned to an upright position.

"I don't know. Here, you need help?" They asked, noticing his pain. "What did you do anyway?" Their hands were still shaking but now that they had chalked it up to the atmosphere they felt better.

[Jeydon]

"I was impaled by a piece of medical equipment," Icarus explained, adding, "Well, more or less. Not fully impaled, but that's irrelevant. It's the same thing," Icarus claimed, waving off Rikimaru's offer to help him.

Rikimaru sighed. They were at least thankful he wasn't mentioning Reinen anymore. He seemed to be a trigger of sorts, no doubt because of the... event. Still, they supposed they should face his wrath. "I, uh, should go check on Reinen." They mumbled defeatedly.

[Jeydon]

"Yes, that would be a good idea. If he needs anything, or if anything has changed, tell me as soon as you can," Icarus requested, looking back to Rikimaru. He found it odd that the atmosphere was only affecting the second in command and his medical equipment so far. Considering this, Icarus added, "And let me know if your symptoms change at all."

Rikimaru nodded and returned to the shelter module. Stepping hesitantly inside they refrained from looking at Reinen. Their blush continued as they took the sat next to the bed again.
Perhaps they were just going mad. That was always a possibility, yes? With a sigh they began to work on the psychological profiles of the crew in their notebook. Specifically Icarus and themself.
