♕ KATALAINA MONROE
───────────────────────────────────────────────
[ rank ] fighter, evergreen[ location ] beta house [ tagged ] alexei
katalaina was a very beauty and outspoken female. she was also very ambition and never gave up when it came to something she wanted. people either found that trait very annoying or very honorable, mostly annoying. Kat was also a very out spoken girl, never afraid to say what was on her mind or what she thought of others. she was a lot of girl to handle and most were not up to the task. she was the type of girl who is always seen well dressed, make up done and hair always in some sort of style. she was always seen in combat boots or vans, never dresses though, those weren't her thing. she would much rather wear shorts or jeans. she just always liked to look her best in front of everyone. if you caught her with her hair up, in sweats with no make on, you should consider yourself lucky.
the female fighter woke up in her big queen sized bed in the fighter house that belonged to the evergreen pack. she wished she was a high rank so she could have a house of her own but she wasn't cut out to be one. she crawled out of bed and made her way to her closet to dressed. she picked out a nice but lazy outfit for the day. she slipped on the jeans and shirt before putting the cardigan over it. she went into the bathroom and brushed out her long blonde hair before making it into a messy bun and sticking a red bow in it. she wasn't sure if alexei was sleeping or not but she decided to make him up anyways. she connected a mind link with just him and a smile appeared on her face. rise and shine sleeping beauty, I'm coming over. she hurry and slipped on her shoes and headed of the house before she had a chance to tell her no. as she walked out the door she put her sunglasses on because she hated how bright the sun was. she looked around the main part of territory at the houses who belonged to the fighters, hunters, medic and omegas.
she walked down the path that led to the high ranks houses and didn't bother knocking before entering the betas home. most would have the respect to knock and wait for someone to answer the door but Laina never bothered. she made her way into his kitchen and grabbed an apple out of the fruit bowl before going into the living room and lying down on the couch and waited for the hot beta to make an appearance. she starred up at the roof and took a bite out of the apple. she never knew the reaction she would get out alexei but that's what always kept her interested. he would be either glad to see her laying on his couch or get very upset. she find with either emotion though if she had to pick one it would have to glad to see her. she continued to eat her apple quietly as she looked toward the stairs waiting for his appearance.
when the boy finally made his way down stairs she sat up on the couch and looked at him with her baby blue eyes. "it took you long enough." she said holding the apple in her hand. "do you got any plans today? I was thinking we could go and have a little fun." she said raising a brow at the male. she finished eating the apple before getting up from the couch and throwing it away in the trash can in the kitchen. "so what will it be, tending to your beta duties or having fun for once?"
✧ EMERY SHIELDS
───────────────────────────────────────────────
[ rank ] alpha, ember[ location ] pack house [ tagged ] madelyn, declan
the alpha of the ember pack was always one of the last ones awake. he had a bad habit of staying up all night and he hated it. it woke up well after the sun was up and he sighed getting out of bed. he made his bed before heading into the bathroom to take a shower. taking a hot shower was how he woke himself up every morning. after he was all nice and clean he got out and wrapped a towel around his waist. he went into his closet and picked out a pair of jeans and a t shirt before quickly putting them on. he ran a hand through his wet hair as she down on his bed and put his vans on. he made his way down stairs and out of his house. emery was the type you would least expect to be alpha. he wasn't very strict, had no priorities and was very childlike. it was easy to be friends with him and he struggled with that a bit being alpha.
he walked down the path that led to the ember main pack house and walked inside. he saw a few members were awake and kindly nodded to him as he headed toward the fridge. he grabbed a bottle of water and opened it taking a drink of it. he wasn't very much a coffee or caffeine person, he much preferred water. he watched with his blueish green eyes as more and more of his pack made their way into the pack house. once his eyes landed on his delta and beta he made his way over to them. his focus was mainly on Declan. "We need a morning patrol to go out and check our boarders, a few ember pack members have been getting awfully close." he then looked at Madelyn. "you can send a couple of your hunters with the fighters to see if they can catch anything." he knew since winter was getting close that prey was getting scare.
he thought for a few moments before speaking to Madelyn once more. "or you could send them with atlas to collect more herbs for healing." Emery's mind was all over this morning from lack of sleep. he was sure everyone could tell he hasn't been getting much sleep. he was concerned that the evergreen pack would attack any day since they have made it very clear they didn't want his pack in his forest but he honestly didn't care. he had faith his pack was big and strong to defend themselves if a battle broke out.

atlas breen | 19 | female | tags: emery, madelyn, declan | mood: neutral | rank: healer of ember━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Waking up to the sound of an irritatingly loud alarm clock must be one of the most annoying things known to man. Every morning, right on schedule. It’s a routine, a habit. Set the alarm for four am, go to sleep, wake up to the blaring of the annoying machine. Atlas was known to keep a routine. It was the one solid, continuous thing in her life. Maybe the thought of a routine being the only control in her life is a bit depressing, but to her, it’s glorious.
And so the routine continues with putting on a clean set of workout leggings and a sports bra, a pair of sneakers, and off she goes, the jog starting her day. The routine takes her through the forest, down a few winding paths before she’s back in front of her cabin an hour later. Five am, right on the dot, perfect attendance. The rest of the day, from five am, always goes smoothly. Atlas treks back to her room where she quickly showers, taking twenty minutes before she gets out and dries off.
Her outfit is set out, something she does every night before setting the alarm. By the time she’s done drying her hair, it’s six am, and she’s ready to head to the pack house. As she walked in, she caught her name being mentioned. She said nothing, however, and continued walking towards the coffee pot. She poured herself a cup, adding two packets of Splenda to the bitter, black liquid. Without any second thoughts, she took a sip and walked to where Emery, Madelyn, and Declan were standing. “Morning, ladies and gents,” she muttered softly, taking another sip from her mug. The brunette set her mug down and walked over to the cabinets, pulling out a granola bar. Anyone could tell that health was important to Atlas, and it was obvious with every choice she made. “Daaaamn, Daniel, back at it again with the white Vans,” she joked, looking to Emery.
It was never too early to break out the teasing.

coleman jenkins | 22 | male | tagged: n/a | mood: irritated | rank: fighter of evergreen━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Four times. It took four hits to the alarm clock until the thing finally shut off. ...Only to beep again five minutes later. The male’s eyes shot open as his legs whipped out of the bed, his body sitting up. He stood, then angrily slammed his fist down onto the off button on the alarm clock. Finally, he stood in silence. At this point, there was no way in hell he’d be getting back to sleep, so Coleman decided to hop into the shower. This took him only about ten minutes, but as he was getting out, he managed to slip on the wet tiles and hit his head against the floor. The lazy man stayed on the floor for a few seconds before finally getting up and wrapping a towel around his bare waist.
He put on a simple outfit, shoving a pack of reds and a lighter into his back pocket. With an awkward grunt, Cole shuffled out of the cabin and headed towards the pack house. He pulled the pack of reds and the lighter from his pocket, took a cigarette from the box, and then put the box back. He lit the cigarette, then took a long drag. He knew that if he didn’t die in a battle, he’d die because of the cigarettes. He knew the dangers and he knew the risks, but Cole was what many people called ignorant. He just called himself carefree.
The rebellious man finished his cigarette before he entered the pack house. Nobody asked him to do it, he just did it out of the very tiny amount of good in his heart. Isn’t he just the nicest guy? Kidding, clearly. Cole was the first of many to arrive. He poured himself a cup of coffee and then sat down at the table. His head began to throb, resulting in him making a mental note to have Adelie check it out. What a great way to start out the day.

[ healer of evergreen ] [tagged // --] [where // in front of the fighters cabin]
xxxxIt was almost noon when the girl finally awoke. Sitting up straight in her bed, she clumsily threw the covers off of her body and stood. The wooden floors were warm underneath her feet and the sun shined through her windows, illuminating the room. The light reflected off of her many jars of herbs and made the room look absolutely lovely. Normally, Adelie would have taken at least a moment to properly enjoy the scene before her before moving on with her life. However, given the fact that she just woke up, she was in no mood. She stumbled to the little coffee table she owned and keeled before it. It was clumsily stacked with papers and books and it looked like one wrong move would send the piles tumbling. Very carefully, she moved the stacks to the corners, revealing a glorious coffeemaker. The machine had been with her for years and she relied on it dearly. It was set on a timer and was always made whenever the girl awoke. However, today it wasn't. She stared at the empty pot before collapsing on the floor.
xxxx"What am I going to do now?" she whined to herself. Even though she drank coffee everyday and heavily relied on the caffeine, she had no idea on how to actually make it. Never before had she faced this problem and she wasn't quite sure on what to do. She laid on the floor for a while, contemplating the point of life and questioning all of her life choices before she couldn't take it anymore. "In-ho" she called, hoping that he could miraculously hear her. The thought of forming a mind link hadn't occurred to her and she instead relied on the old fashion way. Getting no response, she moaned. "Where are you when I need you." Realizing that she would have to go fetch her best friend, she pushed herself off of the floor and stood. She once again faced her room, unsure of what to do next. Looking down at what she was wearing, she deemed it inappropriate to go outside in. Her legs were bare and she was wearing an over sized shirt. Although the clothing fit to her knees, she refused to be seen in such a scandalous outfit.
xxxxShe stumbled to her dresser and ransacked the drawers, looking for something to wear. If Adelie were a normal girl, it wouldn't have taken so long for her to find at least one article of clothing. However, unlike most girls, her dressers weren't filled with clothes. Instead, books and jars and anything else she found interesting was stuffed inside, making it almost impossible to find what she was looking for. Moaning, she moved on to her closet. Luckily, her closet was a little more organized and it didn't take long for her to find a normal pair of jeans and a regular t-shirt. She put her very messy hair in a sloppy ponytail and was greatful that her hair wasn't too long. The thought of having to actually do something to her hair to make it somewhat nice didn't sound like much fun.
xxxxFeeling quite proud of herself, she walked out of her cabin and stood in front of her door. It was nice outside, not too hot and not too cold. This kind of weather pleased her and she sat down to put her sneakers on. She didn't take the time to properly tie her shoes and instead stood, wandering out to the fighters cabin. It wasn't a long walk and she soon found herself facing the lovely house. "Haha! I did it-" She was cut off when she tripped on her shoelace, tumbling to the ground. "Oof" she grunted, sprawled out on the floor. She felt stinging in several body limbs but didn't bother to properly check them out. In all of the excitement, she forgot that she was a medic. "In-ho! I've fallen and I can't get up!" she called, hoping to draw the boy from the cabin. She knew she was perfectly capable of getting up herself but the thought didn't seem very pleasing. She blamed it on the fact that she had yet to have her first sip of coffee and the fact that she didn't get much sleep last night. Although, the girl knew she was the one to blame. It was her fault that she stayed up till dawn. Normal girls her age only stayed up the late if they were at a party or hanging out with friends. Not Adelie. She had stayed up that late reading; she didn't put the book down until her eyes couldn't take it anymore. "This is what I get for being a nerd" she muttered, resting her head on the ground and accepting her fate.

Declan was one of the few early birds of the pack it seemed. He was never really good at getting up early growing up, but as he became Beta he changed. He started getting up more earlier, exercising, checking the borders. Simple things like that. So like most mornings, the beta was pushing himself from the warmth of the covers he buried himself in every night. His heavy feet slamming across the cool wood as he slowly made his way to his closet. He blindly grabbed basket ball shorts, and yanked them on before he slipped on his tennis shoes. Declan made his way outside and started his morning with his typical jog, stretching out his legs as he picked his way through the woods keeping in his human form. Pushing himself through the trees he made himself along a familiar path.
Once the sun was n a steady rise into the sky, Declan made his way back to his cabin for a well needed shower. He pushed into the cabin, grabbed jeans and short before climbing into his well needed shower. After his scrub down he got out and dressed himself, before deciding to go to the pack house and eat. Plus Emery should be up by the time he reached there, and have something for him to do. That's typically how it was. He would assign him a patrol or something simply to start the day off and continue onward. He combed his fingers through his wet hair and trudged out side heading towards the pack house with his hands in his pockets. His eyes drifted along the trees and the cabins. He loved this place, it was simply gorgeous. The sounds and the smells just relaxed him. He walked into the kitchen on the hunt for food, his mouth watering.
After grabbing a water and an apple, right on cue Emery came to Madelyn and him. He quickly listened about what's going on with the evergreen pack and how they were getting close. He nodded as he took a swig of his water. "Okay Emery." He said quickly watching Atlas walk up, he flashed the girl a smile. She was a good friend of his, and always brought killer jokes. He couldn't wait for one. "Goodmorning Las." He said smoothly, and dug his teeth in his apple. Slowly crunching the apple between his teeth, he heard Atlas with her joke. Almost spitting out his apple, the beta bursted out into laughter.

in-ho baek_________________________________________________________________________ Tagged;; Adelie | OC;; outfit + black skinny jeans Baek In-ho had gotten up somewhere during between early morning and mid-morning, though he stayed in bed for a good fifteen minutes, before even gathering the motivation to heave himself out of bed at all, whatsoever. His chocolate brown hair had been tousled (even more than usual) from tossing and turning throughout the night, and his eyes were still drowsily dull with sleep, even after he woke up, and thus. That fifteen minute "just wasting time for no reason" session began. When the man actually did muster the energy to make his way towards the shared bathrooms of the Evergreen Fighter house, he washed his face, brushed his teeth (or more like the other way around), and then attempted to brush through his usually messy brown hair. Well, he brushed it through until it didn't look like a bird's nest anymore, that is. His hair had always been a natural kind of tousled messy anyways, so In-ho never really gave it much thought.
Afterwards, the male changed from his usual sleep wear- a worn old t shirt and a pair of sports shorts- to a simple black v-neck tee and and a pair of black skinny jeans. He also pulled over a charcoal black button up fashioned jacket- all black. Oops. Not that it seemed to matter much anyways, In-ho's closet and wardrobe had never been that colorful to begin with. He slipped on his socks and light grey converse sneakers (ha, something not dark for once), before toppling over onto his bed again, having no intentions on getting up right at that moment. With his arms crossed over his chest, the male fighter of Evergreen just laid half on his bed, his lower limbs (legs) dangling off the edge freely, until they touched the floor. (Because he is tall). A part of In-ho felt lazy, as if he didn't want anything to do with the day or the chores and pack jobs that would come as the day progressed. A part of him just wanted to lay in bed all day... or maybe go and bother Adelie- if she was even awake at this time, that is. Adelie. Wrinkling his nose slightly in the form of a slight pout, he reached out to her with his mind, prodding hers that was still softly asleep and unresponsive. 'yah.. are you honestly still asleep? . . . okay fine' he grumbled quietly when he got no response and just laid unmoving for a while, almost as if he were waiting for the medic- healer- to stir and entertain him or something- anything. Perhaps, Adelie would be able to weasel him out of having to patrol the border or something today. Maybe he could be "protecting" her while she picked her herbs or something? He wasn't particularly sure, but he could probably figure out something.
It wasn't until some time later, In-ho wasn't sure just how long he had been laying on the soft, warm bed of his for, before he felt a stir somewhere. And almost instantly, he knew it was Adelie finally getting up. Grinning smugly, the man silently cheered, before cutting off the connection in case she wanted some privacy- not that he could read her thoughts or anything of course- aside from the best friend syndrome. (Of being able to predict her thoughts that is). Sighing, In-ho just gave a groan again, out of boredom. Maybe he should head over to the pack house or something, grab something to eat, get a cup of coffee, and then actually start his day like a dutiful fighter. Instead of wasting his time in the fighter's cabin, doing nothing but staring at the ceiling of his room. The oh so plain ceiling of his room.
The man hopped up from his bed and headed towards the door, when a solid thud from outside caught his attention- courtesy of his werewolf hearing and senses of course. Frowning quietly, he almost instantly knew who it was and what just happened. Rolling his eyes at no one in particular, though albeit extremely affectionately, the male huffed and made his way downstairs without another word. Looks like someone needed his help and couldn't even arrive at the fighter's cabin before tripping and probably scraping her knee or something in the process.
In-ho made a quick jog down to the front, only to be greeted by none other than Adelie, laying hopelessly on her back, her shoelace untied, and In-ho was almost positive that it was the culprit for the fall. Blowing out a puff of air in mock exasperation, the man walked over with his hands slipped inside his pockets "Good morning to you too, Adelie, but don't you think its a little too ironic that the first person you have to treat today is yourself?" he snickered playfully, even as he knelt down infront of her, one knee on the dirt floor, the other propping up his arm as he almost squatted down. He raised a brow at her shoelace, before reaching over with nimble fingers to tie it for the girl, muttering a "Can you be any more hopeless?" under his breath, knowing the other probably wouldn't take much offense in his comment even if she heard. Worst thing that could happen was probably a hit to his shoulder- that honestly probably wouldn't hurt either... much. But at least, that's how their playful, ever bantering friendship worked anyways.
After finishing that shoelace knot, In-ho leveled himself, before lifting the smaller girl up bridal style and pulling her close to his chest as he balanced her weight against him. "Did you... by chance have coffee today?" he inquired, half wondering when Adelie actually became so clumsy. (Well, if she had no coffee, actually, it would make a lot of sense, to be completely honest). "We need to get you some more coffee at the pack house, before you run into a tree... or even worse, break your head" he commented with a laugh. "And This better not be a joke to get me to carry you, so you don't have to exercise".
shellie kim _________________________________________________________________________ Tagged;; everyone in the pack house, I guess | OC;; outfit Shellie had woken up slowly, stirring in her bed to a quiet cabin, typical, considering there weren't anyone else around, other than her. The cabin was empty to say the least, and while Shellie had no complaints to having the entire place to herself, and not to mention the freedom a single cabin gave her, sometimes the entire cabin seemed a little eerie and lonesome. Nonetheless, the girl always slept the through the nights as per usual and got up in the morning, without much of a complaint. This morning was no different, and Shellie got up just at the break of dawn, shuffling herself out of bed and out of the warm comforts of her blankets and into the restroom to get ready for another day. Though she wasn't quite sure what use she was to her new pack yet, with only an omega spot to call her status, but nevertheless, if someone needed something, the least Shellie could do is be there no matter what. Looking down, Shellie realized she needed to change after a bit of freshening up in the bathroom-- after all, she only ever wore a white, worn tank top and a pair of shorts to bed every night.
Her morning routine went as normal, which included a shower first thing in the morning, and then brushing her teeth, her daily skincare and cleansing routine and then brushing out her hair. Afterwards, the young female made her way towards the closet and pulled out a plain, simple grey v-neck tee shirt and a pair of black shorts, as well as a large, oversized graphic varsity style jacket. Smiling quietly to herself, Shellie slipped on her socks and then shoes, and then headed out of the cabin, stopping midway at her room door, only to contemplate whether or not to actually leave. Was anyone even up this early in the morning? Maybe she should wait a little while, before leaving to the main cabin to meet up with everyone? Would it be weird for her to sit in the main cabin by herself for a while? It might not have been weird for the other ranks to do so, but then again, if one of the other ranks were up, someone else in their cabin would be up as well. Things were just a little different for Shellie at the very moment, and the girl wasn't quite sure how well she integrated into the pack, nor of how everyone would view her if she just sat there dumbly in the main cabin by herself. Odd. With a silent groan, Shellie decided to head out anyways, finding nothing in her cabin that would be interesting at all. At the very least, she could probably go for a run or something before the pack woke up- if thats how late the pack usually woke up anyways.
Deciding to take a peek into the Ember Pack main cabin- the pack house- Shellie was mildly surprised to find some of her packmates already lounging in it. The omega would probably have made an appearance, if it weren't for her nerves and the amount of pack members already chatting and intermingling amongst one another. Instead, she had poked her head in, and then right back out, deciding against entering and just took residence nearby, out near the porch of the cabin entrance. It would probably have been better if she stayed out. Most of those already inside were those who had ranks, the only other omega in the pack wasn't around either. (Not that the two were completely comfortable associating with one another anyways- assumingly). Needless to say, the intimidation radiating from the cabin was great, and Shellie soon found herself enjoying her time away from all those important ranks instead.

{ wolf form } xxx { age } nineteen { rank } hunter of ember { romance } none currently { location } hunter's house { tagged } katalaina (open)
Malia growled under her breath as the annoying buzz of her alarm went off again. This was the seventh time she had hit the snooze, each time the noise got more and more annoying. The hunter covered her face with one arm and with the other she shut off her alarm. Malia was always the one who annoyed her packmates with her alarm constantly going off every ten minutes. She usually had little to no need to wake up, nor did she want to. But, duty called and poor, poor Malia had to wake up sooner or later. I'd rather it be later.. she thought drowsily as she sat up in her bed and placed her feet down on the soft carpet that lined every inch of flooring in her room. She much preferred the warm and soft carpet than cold tile or creaking wooden floorboards. Plus, her feet were always cold, no matter the season or weather, so she was grateful for any help of warmth for her feet (and hands) that she could get.
Although, Malia didn't like getting up in the mornings, that didn't mean she was grumpy to her packmates. Well, unless they bugged her as soon as she woke up, or if they barged into her room unannounced and unexpected. Malia liked her private space at times, if she wanted company she would ask or invite someone to hang out. Though, Malia was more fond of hanging around with friends outside and not inside. The young werewolf stood up and walked into her bathroom while she yawned multiple times, stretched her arms above her head and rubbed her eyes. She looked and felt extremely tired, but all of that would be washed away once she stepped out of the warm shower. When she did, after quite the long shower, Malia got ready for the day. This consisted of brushing her hair, brushing her teeth, getting makeup on, though Malia wasn't a huge fan of makeup so she put in the minimal amount. She mostly disliked it because it made her face itch if she or too much on, she had always had sensitive skin, so makeup only irritated it. But she also felt like it some how hid the real her if she piled on layers of makeup, so it was mostly mascara a few other things. She also prepared breakfast, scrambled eggs and toast with an orange, that she ate whilst waiting out the drying process of her thick hair. Malia finished getting ready by putting on her outfit for the day.
As Malia was heading out the door to her room when she decided to contact someone through the pack's mind link. Who shall be today's victim..? she thought with a playful smirk as she made her way to the center of the cabin. Malia quickly came up with a name inside her head and she sat down on a couch to talk to Katalaina, the fighter whom Malia had befriended, even though they were from different packs. Kat. she started off as she thought of where she might be. Malia grinned as she realized that the only place she could possibly be was at the beta's house. Are you pestering that poor beta at this early hour? she questioned. There was a mock concern in her voice, but in all truth she found it all very amusing.

{ tagged ; emery, declan, atlas, shelliekim,{Malia} --> 20 --> lead huntress --> outfitIf there was someone waking up earlier than this huntress, chances are they haven't even aleep during the night. Sometimes she was up as early as half past four in the morning. After waking up , the usual morning routine followed ; washing and the daily care for her face, brushing her teeth and her hair. She had broken countless combs with just a little help from this creature. She stopped trying to count them after the fifth one and got herself a brush instead. At least her hair was providing daily adventure for her , someties she found pieces of leaves in it or small twigs. And she hated when that happened . After the care for her body and hair, Madelyn went on her daily jog . She tried to change the path she was using every day,but every single time it included the border between the two packs. She was no fighter ,but an extra glance wouldn't hurt. A couple of times during the small run session, she spotted the beta of the pack , Declan . Just glimpses of him tough. He was handsome, she couldn't reject but there was more about him,as a person not just his looks. Real nice guy. The girl that ended up spending her life with him will defiantly be very lucky.
After a hour of jogging ,that at some point turned into a wild sprint,Madelyn was back home. She looked at all of the cabins, rubbing her belly in the meantime. It kept growling ,which wasn't something too strange considering she haven't eat anything since the night before. Deciding it'd be good to check on the others of the pack, the huntress silently stepped closer to the pack house and slipped in trough the door. Quiet as always. She had this terrible habit of sneaking like that and sometimes, she did a very good job scaring people. There weren't many people to scare in the room tough, just the beta and Atlas ,the healer messing with Declan and basically just being her usual self. Another person fun to be around, very good in her job too. Maddie felt incredibly lucky to be in a pack like this one, even the alpha knew how to have fun. Hell, if she didn't know emery she would've never guess he's actually an alpha. One could easily mistake him for a clown or something . Today and well, the last few days in general seemed to be different tough. He was obviously lacking sleep and the delta was getting quite concerned for him. Just like she would feel about any other pack member.
Madelyn had leaned on the open window and while she was listening to the alpha ,she also sniffed the air outside ,listened to the sounds of nature and then looked up to the sky with a small sigh as she crossed arms over her chest. This wasn't a good day for a hunt, not animal hunt, at least. Getting some herbs on the other hand, wouldn't hurt. Without saying anything out loud, the young huntress concentrated on her own thoughts for a minute and decided to contact one of her hunters, Malia trough the mind link. 'Good morning. Hope you've slept well ,because today we are going on a hunt for ...herbs. Take anyone you can find and join the healers. ' Yeah, Maddie might seem quite bossy from time to time ,but that's just how she was . Responsibilities first , fun and love second. Just because she seemed a little strict to her small group of hunters didn't mean she didn't love or care for them. Just the opposite in fact and that's why she wanted them to be the best of the best. A strange sound returned Maddie's attention back in this room and made her turn to look at the beta ,who burst out into laugher from the healer's joke. She chuckled and shook her head. '' Be careful, beta. Apples are supposed to be healthy. Let's not kill you, yet.'' she said calmly ,cocking her head to side for a moment, before proceeding to fix her pony tail that could've potentially gotten quite messy during her run. Even if it wasn't because of the run ,her hair was getting messy incredibly easy and there was nothing that could annoy more than stray curls on a perfect pony tail.
Mad stretched her spine and moved from her comfortable position near the window. She stopped a couple of steps away from the alpha and glanced at the healer and at the beta ,trying to read their faces. She highly doubted she was the only one seeing how exhausted Emery looked. Of course ,he was concerned for the pack and he did everything he could to take care for them but he was still human. Well, werewolf but still living creature. He needed those things like sleep, food, water. Otherwise soon enough ,he wouldn't be able to help anyone. '' Alright Mr. sleepy , I've called one or two hunters'' she looked at the healer for a brief moment ''they should come to help for the herbs soon'' she slowly unfolded her arms and placed her hands on the alpha's shoulders, carefully turned him around, before slowly and gently pushing him towards the exit. She then took her hands off him again and opened the door. ''Ladies first.'' she gestured to the outside ,the small charming smile was still on her face as she said so but soon disappeared. ''Considering you aren't sleeping ,I take it you want to stray away from that scary object. So ,we are going on a walk. You need some fresh air to make you look more...alive''

║╚═══════╝ This place was so lonely, this house empty, void of life except for one man. On alpha. Bastien. He was stretched on in bed on his side. The covers messed up after a restless night, but he wasn't paying attention to that, he was looking at the empty spot next to him, where the sheets were cold and the pillows untouched. A sigh sigh left his lips, he had been alone for most of his life so why did it bother him so much all of a sudden? He rolled off the bed and onto his feet stretching his arms above his head with a yawn. He should yearn so much to be able to wake up next to someone, to be able to kiss someone good morning each and everyday. Get your head out of the clouds Bastien, there's a long day ahead of you. After mentally chiding himself he took a stroll to the bathroom to get himself cleaned up and presentable for the day. All it took was a quick shower, blowing drying his hair to style it up in a messy fashion, and brushing his teeth to make sure his breath didn't stink. for a long moment he stared at himself in the mirror taking note of the dark circles under his eyes. he looked tired, but there wasn't much he could do about that except try to sleep more and he already knew that wasn't going to happen.
"Right, well anyway...Clothes..." He mumbled to himself as he walked out of the bathroom and over to his closet pulling out a pair of worn out jeans along with a white t-shirt and his leather jacket. It only took him about a minute to get fully dressed, his outfit was simple, practical. He quickly made up his bed and decided it was about time he made his way out of his own cabin so that if a pack member had a question or something they wouldn't have to come find him in here looking all lonely and depressed. His posture straightened as he headed towards the door taking on last look over his shoulder at the room before exiting with a heavy sigh. As soon as he stepped outside his outward demeanor had changed to the typical stoic appearance. That he kept up for the most part around his pack. He was friendly enough, but he didn't appear to be the nicest person at first glance, but he was never mean to his pack, and around his friends he was a little more open with showing how he felt, but he didn't need anybody knowing he was lonely, what kind of an impression would that give them? He was an alpha, he had to be strong for the pack or he wasn't worthy to be the leader.
How stereotypical of you Bastian, maybe the pack would like seeing your softer side. Sometimes he wondered if his inner voice actually belonged to him, or if it was some sort of outside influence. Maybe one of his pack members was imitating his voice and trying to manipulate his thoughts or something. Well his mind link was open to spread his thoughts out at the moment so there was no way anybody could have known what was on his mind besides himself. Either way his thoughts needed to shut up, he didn't need his own advice. Alright, now he just sounded crazy. He shook his head and stuffed his hands into the pockets of his jacket as he headed towards the pack house to see which of his members was awake already. He was never the first one there, he had no reason to be there before everybody else it wasn't like he could make any major announcements before the entire pack arrived after all, but he still didn't fancy being late so he at least made an effort to head there before the entire pack was awake. After knowing his members for awhile he had a pretty good idea of who woke up when, and since he didn't sleep much it wasn't difficult for him to work around that.
The pack house wasn't a very far walk at all since it was in the center of all the other cabins so he arrived in just a few minutes of a relatively slow pace. Why walk fast? It wasn't like it was going anywhere. Although that would be pretty amusing...And possibly terrifying to watch. For a moment he stopped and started at the pack house almost suspiciously just to make sure it didn't get up to terrify his pack and swallow whatever members might be inside. Ugh who was he kidding? This was real life not some Monster House movie, although he secretly really enjoyed that move and most animated movies. Shhh his collection of Disney movies is hidden under his bed. Clearing his throat he continued on his way to the pack house wandering around the side to get to the front where he stopped once again simply to look at the other cabins and make sure nothing looked out of place, who knew maybe the enemy decided to plant a stink bomb somewhere, that would be disgusting, hmmm maybe that was a good idea, he would hold on to that idea. For a split second there was a smirk on his lips, but as soon as he turned to go up to the door of the pack house it was gone.
Creeeeaaak. Ugh that door was so obnoxious, it needed oil or something to help with that creak, it was painful to the ears. He stepped inside greeted by the scent of Coleman, but certainly the fighter wasn't the only member awake already. That seemed rather unlikely, the other members probably just weren't in the pack house at the moment. The scent of coffee was also strong in the air and Bastian was instantly drawn to it. Coffee was a gift and it was to be cherished forever. Bastian walked into the kitchen and took notice of Coleman giving him a brief nod, but he didn't say anything as he headed for the coffee and poured himself a cup sniffing at the hot liquid to enjoy the smell before taking a sip. It was almost hot enough to burn his taste buds, perfect, and as he swallowed it his belly filled with a warm feeling that felt simply wonderful. He also pulled out some bread and popped two pieces into the toaster for some breakfast before turning towards Coleman while leaning back on the counter. "Hey Janky." He greeted the fighter plainly, using his favorite nickname for the man. "Seen any other pack members yet?" He suspected the answer was probably a no, Coleman was usually the first one here after all and today was no different, but Bastian figured he would ask.╔═══════╗║

║╚═══════╝ Morning runs felt so good, the feeling of the wind in his fur and the dull pleasant ache in his leg muscles. It was a good work out and simply felt delightful to the male, he loved being out in nature it was a place for him to feel comfortable despite the dangers that possibly lurked, but his scent told him the coast was clear, at least in this area. As for the rest of the territory he couldn't really say, but if he came across a threat he would do his job as a fighter, unless they were attractive, then he would probably flirt because he had no self control when it came to flirting. *Cough cough* he should really work on that. Ah well, he saw no signs of danger so he just let himself relax and enjoy the run until the ache in his legs started to grow and tell him it was time to go back. It was about time to head back anyway, the pack would be stirring and he didn't want to miss out on anything important, plus he couldn't fall behind in the early morning flirting. Oh, that would be so tragic! He skidded to a halt, digging his paws into the ground until he was able to stop and instantly turned and headed back in the direction of the cabins, his tongue rolling out of the side of his mouth as he picked up his speed again to get back as soon as possible.
His fluffy white tail was straight out behind him as he ran and his legs extended further than before to carry him a little faster, but still he made sure not to flat out sprint home, he couldn't talk to people if he was out of breath after all. He made sure to appreciate the breeze ruffling his snow colored fur as he ran, it made him want to close his eye, but if he did he would probably run head first into the tree, and he simply couldn't risk damaging his pretty face. That was the most conceded thing you have ever though Kegan. He just chuckled at his own mental scolding, of course he wasn't serious, if he really cared that much about his looks he wouldn't have chosen to become a fighter. As it were he really enjoyed his job, most figured he would be more of a lover than a fighter given his outwardly flirty nature, but he actually really enjoyed the thrill of the fight, though he would never just go looking for one, but if a fight found him he would never back down. While he was lost in his thoughts he had made it back to the pack house, now closing in on the structure, but instead of slowing down he sped up and ran straight at the door. Once he got close he jumped at it and swung it open with his paws sliding into the house with his thoughts being sent out to the rest of the pack through the mind link, not caring who was awake or asleep.
"The fun has arrived!" A sound rumbled in his throat sounding like a laugh and it became apparent that he was in fact laughing as he shifted into his human form and looked around at the other members of the pack. Quickly he dusted off his grey hoodie with the sleeves cutoff and his black shorts, he got warm easily so he usually wore shorts and a t-shirt, but he felt like putting a hoodie on today, though he knew he would get far too hot while indoors with the hoodie on so he made sure to remove the sleeves. It was easy to tell that he just ripped them off rather than neatly cutting them, he didn't have time for that and it wasn't like he couldn't just get a new hoodie at some point, but he had plenty of others so he didn't see it as a problem. "Good morning everyone." He greeted in a cheery tone of voice, he was a morning person, well he was an all day everyday person, there was rarely a time when he wasn't happy to be honest, he was just a naturally bubbly person. He didn't pay much attention to who exactly was in the house at the moment, people tended to come and go as they pleased he just gave a greeting to everybody and then headed to the kitchen to grab some food just as his stomach rumbled to let him know he was hungry. Shut up I'm going. He mentally mumbled to his stomach.
With his mind distracted he wasn't paying any attention to the obstacles in his way and his foot ended up catching on the leg of a table, realizing his mistake his eyes widened as the floor rapidly approached, but it was too late to stop his fall. His arms flailed wildly as he tried to catch himself, and then with a loud thud he hit the floor, his groan muffled as he had pretty much landed on his face. He slowly sat up bringing his hand up to his face to cheek and see if he had done any serious damage, but he seemed to be okay, is left cheek hurt a lot where it hit the ground and he figured it would bruise, but it could have been worse. he could have broken his nose or something. He huffed softly and looked up remembering that he wasn't alone. Oh god...Everyone probably just saw him fall. Oh no. No no no. Please no. He felt his face heat up and he quickly got to his feet trying to pretend like nothing happened as he continued on his mission to get food keeping his face hidden by looking down at the ground the whole way to the fridge. He was mortified, how could he be so careless, so clumsy? Ugh, welp there went the morning, now all he wanted to do was hide, but he knew he couldn't do that. They would just forget what they saw eventually right? Yeah, that's what would happen. He grabbed some milk from the fridge and then found himself a bowl and some cereal and sat down to eat in silence keeping his head down to make sure he didn't make a fool of himself again.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━For some, morning isn't so pleasant, and while it isn't Xavier's favorite time of day, he's an optimist who likes to take advantage of what he has. This particular morning, he had found, was perfect for an early morning run, in wolf form of course. Nothing better than feeling the cool breeze through your fur as you dash through the forest. Every now and then, he would catch an odd scent here or there, but nothing too out of the usual, and when investigated, they turned out to be nothing really. He had stopped by a steam and taken a few sips of the cool, refreshing water before turning and heading back toward home. If given the chance or right circumstances, Xavier could definitely live out here. Actually, he had lived out here in the past, a long time ago. Those times were very... different. As nice as some of those days were though, he definitely wouldn't go back and relive that. He had a good life here and intended to keep it that way for a good bit yet.
Lost in his thoughts, Xavier didn't quite register how fast he was traveling, nor was he looking out for where he was going. Thankfully, he had fast reflexes and only got a small scratch on the side of his face from narrowly avoiding a tree. He'd take the small scratch over a face-plant into the trunk of a tree any day, and while it stung a little bit, it wasn't anything he couldn't deal with on his own. The close call with the tree didn't slow him down the slightest, and soon, the houses were coming into view. Xavier slowed his gait to a light trot and traveled at that pace the rest of the way. When he arrived, he shifted into human form and took a look around. The place was pretty quiet, from the looks of it. He was smart enough to know he wasn't the only one who got up this early, so this quiet meant that those members were probably out, and the rest were probably asleep or just waking up.
A light growl from his stomach reminded him of something important: breakfast. That's right, he had thought it was a tiny bit early to be eating when he had first gotten up (at the crack of dawn, basically) and had decided to eat when he got back from his run. Well, he was back now, so he might as well go and see if he could dig up something to eat. The warrior turned and headed toward the cabin he shared with the other warriors of the pack. Reaching it, he opened the door and entered. The kitchen wasn't too far, which was good, since he was now beginning to feel rather hungry. In the kitchen, Xavier looked around the place and, after a few moments of slight debate, decided on cereal and milk. Yeah, kind of a small meal for a guy who's so hungry, but it was what looked the best to him right now. After pouring himself a bowl of cereal and adding some milk, the man sat down at the table to eat, thinking about the rest of the day and half wondering if he would run into anybody.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━"The fun has arrived!" A certain, quite frankly irritating voice sounded through the woman's head. Kenzie growled with irritation and rolled over on the floor in her pile of blankets. Yes, that's right. Her preferred way of sleeping was in her wolf form in a nice little nest of blankets. She didn't even have a bed in her room. It was a pretty plain place, to be honest. There was a calendar, an alarm clock, and a desk in the corner that held all the stuff one might put on a nightstand. A wooden chest of drawers sat in the corner, where she kept her clothes. Having lots of belongings had never really been her style, and she never really understood others who liked having tons and tons of stuff. In her mind, it just slowed you down.
Anyway, back to being rudely awoken, the white wolf turned her face into her covers and pulled the blanket over her head. "Go away, Kegan," she grumped at him, not in the mood to get up and yell at him in person. There were a few more moments of quiet, which was nice, but not enough. Following too soon, she heard the warrior's voice carrying from the floor below. That was one of the downsides of sleeping on the floor in wolf form. Yes, it allowed her to hear and smell better and respond quickly in the event of an emergency, but, she could hear and smell better, meaning she often could hear people stomping around or, as a certain someone was doing right now, talking. Kenzie opened her eyes, her ears laid back in irritation. Just fifteen more minutes. Is that too much to ask? Sighing, she forced herself to stand and stretch. Fifteen minutes would certainly be lovely, but she supposed there were things to do today. Still, she would have preferred to be woken by her machine alarm clock, not the annoying talking werewolf one.
Not bothering to change into human form since she figured she would probably be shifting back only 15 or 20 minutes after, the female warrior headed downstairs. She paused at the bottom of the stairs, sniffing slightly, before turning and following Kegan's stench to the kitchen. Naturally, she arrived just in time to see him face plant on the floor, which provided her a bit of amusement. If she had been in human form, she would have been leaning against the doorway right now, chuckling softly. "And that's karma, my friend," Kenzie said with an amused tone as she sat in the doorway of the kitchen, tilting her head to the side slightly with an equally amused look in her eye.

☀ diane ,
mood: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ xxxlocation: pack house xxxtags: bastian, mentions coleman
The sound of the light breeze coming through her window woke her up. She always had her windows open, even when it was below thirty degrees outside. It was just a thing she has done since she was little, comforting in a way. A sheet was the only thing that covered her body; which was in a t-shirt and underwear. Diane was sprawled out under the thin covering, arms in an eagle stretch, legs spread in a soothing manner. Her eyelids flickered open, briefly checking the time. 7:30. For a few minutes she debated on whether or not to get out of bed but she assumed others were starting to get up so she probably should too.
Her morning routine consisted of a short shower and getting dressed. Maybe occasionally going for a run before hand but that wasn't the case today. As she headed towards the shower in the hunters cabin she grabbed a white towel from her dresser. After her concise bathing she returned to her room to get dressed for the day. Even though they were isolated out here in the woods she somehow always had a good selection of clothes to where. Diane ended up with a stylish outfit which met her fashion needs. And then she was out the door and on the way to the pack house for breakfast.
Diane smelt the coffee even before she opened the door to the house. Although coffee was good she definitely preferred tea in the morning. Of course, when she opened the main door it creaked like it always had. Nobody bothered to fix it because it was lowkey sentimental. The first pack member she saw was the back of Bastian's head and she was instantly annoyed. They had a on and off type thing and she wanted to it be a permanent thing, though of course she would never tell him that. Coleman was present also, which they didn't really talk so it didn't effect her any. Diane pushed past them in the kitchen to the cabinet that held the tea. She shuffled through a few boxes to find her favorite; raspberry. Occasionally. she'd throw a glance at Bastian to see if he was paying any attention to her. She put her tea in the microwave and waited patiently for it to finish.
