This world isn't the same as ours. Love is more important here than anything else.
Money? No thanks. Fame? Not interested. A lover? Let me hug them. Here the world is safe from
war, famine, and lust for objects such as money. This is a world built on love rather than the need
for power. There is, however, a catch. Being single is highly frowned upon by society and it takes
away several abilities you can do. This is why there are several 'love academies.' There are two
different types of love academies which correspond with ages; one school for teenagers and one
for adults who've lost their former relationships and need to find a new one. Both, however, are
clean seeing that this world is much more mature and respectful than ours. Love here is true and pure.

Our story follows the lives of the teenagers attending one of the schools in the attempt of another
chance at love. All of them have been broken and all of them want to find that special someone
who is actually the right one. No matter their sexuality, race, species, or intelligence, all of
them will get that other chance here. The only thing that I won't tell is who that second

Congrats kid, you've already failed at the one thing you're supposed
to do right. Luckily for you you're not the only one. Because of your utterly pathetic
failure, you've gotten the mark. What's the mark? The mark is a half of a heart that appears
on your body after you're relationship has fallen apart. There's different variations that
represent different types of break ups and the mark appears in a random location. The mark
must remain visible for all to see. In order to get rid of a mark, you must fall in love again. It'll
only go away when you've found your perfect match. Once the mark fades away, you and your
new love bird can leave the academy and go back to your lives. You'll also regain your abilities.

A new school year has started, which means you'll be in a fresh group of students with one or
two from the previous who failed to find a new lover. You're connection to the outside world is
cut off so you better get used to your new classmates. Regular classes are provided over the
school's private internet service and learning hubs*, but they will not consume a majority of
your day's time. There's three courtyards, one gaming room, three libraries, a cafe, a cafeteria,
and dorm rooms for you to enjoy. You'll have a dorm mate of the same sex (Not gender! They're
two different things after all.) and curfew is 11:30 on weekdays only.

ONE: If you're aware of what forum this is in, then you'll understand that this is an advance roleplay with lengthy posts. I expect post to be at least a complete paragraph, if not two, with four to eight complete sentences!

TWO: This world is more mature and intelligent than our own. Technology is advance, people are smarter and kinder, and there aren't just humans controlling the world. With this said, please do not have your character using a flip phone or an old Dell computer. Also if you're an alien or one of the humanoids created by mankind, do not god model with your powers and traits! I will have a list of species you can pick from below!

THREE: I want in depth relationships between our characters. Maybe they were former lovers, close friends, or even crushes they had before or even during their previous relationship. What ever the case is, each character has to have a relationship of some sort with another character that isn't your own. I'll only allow the first few people who join to temporarily not have a relationship listed on their application. However you will have to update it once a certain amount of people join!

FOUR: This is a drama and romance based roleplay. Things need to be juicy! Maybe one of your characters gets jealous and tries to sabotage a pairing so they can get with one of the people or even a fight can break out over a person. Please add some spice to this roleplay. BREAKABLE RULES

ONE: You're mark must remain visible no matter what type it is. This is a form of punishment and a way of letting those around you know what happened to your previous one. Some are more serious than others, but they are all a burden to bear.

TWO: Do not go to the dorms of the opposite sex. If caught, you will be kept in your dorm for a day with only a transportable learning hub. (NOTE: a learning hub is a machine that hooks up to your brain and pours information into it. It's painless although you may experience stiffness from having to be still for a few hours. There's a transportable one that is [i]similar to the head gear from the anime SAO.[/i] Books and teachers that aren't digital are rare to see these days as education has become much more digital.)

THREE: Do not try to break out of the academy. You're here for a reason.

FOUR: Do not fight, bully, or harm anyone or anyone's relationship.

FIVE: You'll be given a first match. This match is a computer generated pairing that places to compatible people together. This match doesn't necessarily have to be your future lover, but you are required to at least try and see if things work out.

SIX: Curfew on weekdays is 11:30pm. On weekends you may stay up to your heart's desire, but the locations you can go to are limited. During then, one may go to the cafeteria, cafe, libraries, and gaming room.

Tension has been rising between the ____ and humans. New academy have been built through North America. The ____ have recently figured out how improve learning hubs to where it require half the time to load data into students.

Human: An explanation for humans shouldn't be necessary. They're just like use in this roleplay expect from being smarter and less violent. At this point of history humans barely fight with one another as tolerance has grown tremendously. They've figured out how to manipulate genetics to were new humanoids have been created.

Pwevren: A species created by humans. This was the first race to be made and they appear much like homo sapiens. There wasn't many changes done during their creation so their only notable features are their ears, tails, eyes, night vision, and one enhanced sense. Their enhanced sense varies between the individual, but the enhanced sense of smell appears to be the most common. Their eyes can be any colour from pink to even white. Because of their night vision, they are sensitive to bright lights and generally need sunglasses when they are outside. Due to how common they are, most windows are made to be somewhat tinted so that light coming in isn't as harsh. Their ears are very long and thin. There is currently a very popular trend of having hollow ear gauges with rings in ears. As for tails, they are simple and roughly around a foot or two in length. The fur colour matches the dominant colour in the ears.

Smarksmiths: An alien race that originated from the closest stars to us, Alpha Centauri. Due to their religious beliefs, they say that they came here in the name of their overseer in order to share their ways of peace and intelligence. They're a very old species seeing that they've spent years traveling to reach us. They appear similar to humans in structure by being bipedal, but are a bit different in appearance. (I'll have a drawn out reference sheet soon!)

Seers: Hybrids between humans and Smarksmiths. They're very human-like in appearance, but posses both the extra eye and arms of a Smarksmith. They're the most aggressive humaniod species on the planet and have proven to be the smartest as well. Seers are a female dominant population with the sex percentages being 93% female and only 7% male. Male Seers are usually pushed to the side and neglected although violent actions and abuse to them are unheard of. Their most notable trait is that they aren't like others when it comes to the "relationship code." A large chunk of the Seer population are asexual and very independent. They also do not care about marks. They currently have a small country where the laws on marked people do not exist. Their only focus is on growing and evolving in a large and stronger species.
