"하지마 You’re driving me crazy
하지마 더 이상 못 참을지 몰라
하지마 Please Stop baby stop it
하지마 제발 하지마 제발 하지마"
A soft quiet groan was emitted as a hand quietly reached out from the heaps of comforters and blankets to shut off the phone's alarm clock, a signal that clearly stated it was time to get up and ready. And yet the figure merely dragged the phone still sounding its alarm under the blankets and shut it off - or more like hit the snooze button for another quick five minute nap, before groaning and shifting to get comfortable again. The lump in the bed didn't even make an attempt to get it, just deciding to allow his sleepy eyes and drowsy state succumb to slumber once again. Good thing the pale Korean had thought ahead this time, he set his alarm clock way earlier than the actual time to get up, just knowing he was going to hit the snooze button a few more times and catch a few more z's because officially dragging himself out of bed. A bad kind of habit, perhaps.
The next few calls from his phone proceeded the same as the first. Before finally, as predicted, Kim Yugyeom dragged himself out of bed at the appropriate time before the trip and lumbered towards the bathroom, nearly tripping over his feet in the process, his eyes still sealed shut with sleep. Who's idea even was it to go on this vacation trip, forcing him to get up this early in the morning when the dancer could have just slept in until noon? (Oh yeah it was his parent's idea).
His back was sore and his thighs (or probably legs in general) burned, even as he made his way to the bathroom- clad in a white tank top that hugged his frame and a pair of pajama pants. Yugyeom groaned in discontent; Even as he brushed his teeth, even as he freshened up, even as he took a shower (usually they weren't in the morning, but since he had a long way to go today, might as well). Perhaps he shouldn't have stayed up the night before trying to perfect some choreography and martial arts tricking, especially the night before a big trip like that of today. But unlike some of the other childhood friends and kids, Yugyeom's parents weren't currently in the states or supervising him. Instead, they had decided that while their son went on vacation with his old 'friends', they would take a trip back to South Korea instead-- leaving him to his own devices once again, as if it was a common event already. And thus, while Yugyeom's parents took the liberty in taking a trip without him back to Seoul, Yugyeom himself had taken the liberty in practicing as much as he could before he had to leave for vacation and staying up late just because no one told him there was a curfew or restriction. (Which only seemed to magnify Yugyeom's childish side, despite the grown man's personality).
Upon exiting the showers and his bathroom, Yugyeom had ran a hand through his dark hair as he then changed into a loose black button up, and a pair of black skinny jeans, before grabbing his belongings and a pair of sunglasses and headed downstairs. Not even bothering an attempt at breakfast, the young man simply headed towards the door with his things and bundled his luggage into a sleek, cocoa colored Acura, before slipping into the driver's seat and closed the door shut. Yugyeom quietly started the engine and began on that tedious two hour long drive, stopping by Starbucks to pick up a drink before really heading on the journey to their meeting place at the cabin.
Towards the beginning of the drive, the young Korean man nearly turned back and ditched the trip, his mind contemplating the consequences if he had ditched (or not) and it clearly decided the consequences weren't worth the ditch. Though why he was heading on a trip was no clue. These people, his parent's friends, were just that. His parent's friends. They were merely his acquaintances now and no matter how one might look at it, the trip was going to be awkward no matter what. It didn't matter if they had been friends as children. After so many years, it wasn't a valid excuse to go on a trip together anymore. Too many things could have happened, too many events that could have changed a person forever.
By the mid-point of that two hour drive, about one hour in, Yugyeom had already mellowed out to the idea of this vacation, and instead of stressing himself out with scenarios, had turned on the radio to KBS FM and began singing along to the songs playing, allowing himself a little more freedom as he rapped and sung along to 'I like you" by Got7. The rest of the car ride seemed to fly by like this, with Yugyeom entertaining himself with the Korean Radio Broadcast and nothing else, hopping from song to song with the radio broadcast, sometimes rapping, sometimes singing; and with no one in the car with him, it allowed him, really, the freedom to go as crazy as he wanted to without someone to actually judge. (In which, it actually only led him to grin like an idiot for most of the ride, but nothing more).
Upon arriving at the cabin, Yugyeom quickly parked his car, before slipping out smoothly and gazed at the large cabin for a good moment, taking in the sight, before slamming the car door close and headed towards the entrance of the cabin. He had his things in the back of the car, but could always come back for it after things were settled. Might as well check things out a bit first, before unpacking and figuring out something was wrong.
People were already gathering at the entrance, and thus, Yugyeom slipped his hands into his skinny jean pockets, casually, and headed over to take a closer look at the cabin. Though he didn't speak up or make his presence known, rather he merely approached the large building silently and contemplatively.
