The creatures of myths and legends have always existed,
always walked among man. Minotaurs,
vampires, shapeshifters...
Hidden in plain sight they
lead ordinary lives when in the
presence of humans. The

adults have become used to this over the years, taking occasional
vacations to escape the curious and usually criticizing gazes of humans. Younger
people, however, have a harder time living for extended
amounts of time among people that they cannot be themselves
around, people with standards they have to conform to that
they could so easily surpass. That is what Black Water Summer
Camp is for. Young people like these from ages thirteen to
nineteen come here during the summer to take a break from
man's society and meet others like themselves. This
camp was started by a wealthy family years ago
and was passed down from generation to
generation until it was in the possession
of the current owner, Dana. It is watched over
by her from afar and on a personal level by
her friend Creed.
