jaydon smiled with a nod when he got permission to sit next to everly. "i honestly don't know, i was actually going to go get my
books but i saw you so i decided to let it go." he chuckled while smiling. he then heard everly ask him a question, and so he replied:
"i've been good, just confused.. slightly. but we can talk about that at the stalls since i guess this isn't the best place to talk about it." he awkwardly chuckled. jaydon was eager to ask everly what was the matter, but he knew it had to wait. he brushed the thought away before getting up, "i really should go get my books for class, i mean i wouldn't care if i was late to class but my father really wants me to have good grades this semester." he spoke scratching the back of his head. "well, i'll see you at the stables?" the sentence came out as a question, "or in class, if i have math the first period." he chuckled before looking up at his best friend. "okay bye ev, i'll see you around." he spoke shooting her one last smile before he started to walk into the building where his dorm was located. he opened the dorm, walking over to his schedule to see what he had first; english. he sighed grabbing his books before walking out of the dorm, once again. he patted his pockets to see his he had his phone, in case he got bored in class. he walked down the stairs skipping every two steps, he then made his way outside where he was met by the shinning sun; great day to play basketball, he thought making his way to the school. on his way to his first class he was met with a couple of squealing girls, at which he rolled his eyes slightly. he sat down at the back, there was many kids in class already but they knew not to take jaydon's seat so his seat was waiting for him with no one sitting on it. he sighed while sitting in the chair, he just wanted to get out of class as soon as possible so he could go play basketball, after he meets up with everly.

Everly listened to him hearing that he was confused why was he confused? is he confused about having feelings for Nova or maybe he's having second thoughts she thought to herself "yeah probably would be" she said about talking at the stalls as she looked away and saw Luca nodding towards them, she gave him a friendly smile back although she'll be seeing him in maths in a little while. She then looked back at Jaydon as he got up although in her head she was saying don't go but she knew it wasn't right to they had class in a few minutes. All she wanted to do is talk to him, explain her feelings maybe if she had the confidence to. But she thought she better let him go since he didn't want to be late for class as he wanted to get better grades, she sighed gently "yeah..." she said although it just slipped out of her lips as she sighed. She smiled a little at him as he spoke "yep see you later..." she told him as he left, once he looked away she huffed and put her head in her hands "why is this so hard" she said quietly to herself before getting up and just had a look around the place then went to class. She hoped this day would run smoothly, she had some good lessons after this and she hoped that they might brighten her mood up.

Everly walked through the students, that were talking in the friendship groups but she heard someone of them talk about that girl that went missing the other day. She was quite confused about that one, but it didn't seem like no one was worrying at the moment although, she wondered what happened to the poor girl and if she was alright. She turned up at the maths class seeing there was quite a lot students in the class, she had ran a little late then usual since she had been talking to Jaydon but she still had a minute to get her things out of her bag. The young lady picked a seat next to Luca "hey" she said softly to him with a smile as she sat down in a seat then went through her bag and picked out her pens and book ready for the lesson. She put her book on the desk and picked out a fresh page and placed the date at the top of the page before putting her pen down in the middle of the book ready to start. She looked at the clock on the wall i guess Jaydon doesn't have this lesson she said then sighed before looking back at the teacher ready to learn.

"Hey, I'm sure he'll come around, he's clearly smitten with you," Lori smiled, cocking her head to the side- she knew quite a lot about body language and it was clear that Jaydon didn't not like her. Sure, perhaps she was trying to reassure Nova, but she wouldn't completely make something up for fear of disappointing her bets friend. It was odd, actually, Lori couldn't recall a time when Nova had seemed quite so hung up on a boy before, but perhaps Jaydon was different in Nova's eyes to the others. Grateful that Nova seemed to have perked up a bit, Lori trotted along beside her, keeping their arms linked, although she shot her room mate a half glare, half frown when she mentioned one of their peers. She was quick to retort, unnaturally so, almost... Defensive.
"So? What's your point?" Lori demanded, a bit of a blush creeping across and up her cheeks, "Why should I care?"

Nova looked thoughtful as Lori spoke, she hoped that she was right about Jaydon being smitten with her but until she was brave enough to flirt more then she'd have to wait. When Lori glared at her she poked her tongue out and pulled the girl closer, giving her a quick kiss on the cheek. "You care because Alex is gorgeous and a fellow model. He also seems to be one of the few to resist your full charms" she batted her eyelashes at Lori and bumped her hip. They walked through the classroom door together and with a quick scan of the classroom she soon spotted Jaydon with a small smile she walked over and took her seat in front of him. Looking over at Lori and giving her a wink she rifled through her bag and pulled out her file and then searched for her pencil case. "Ugh, I've left my pencil case in the dorm again," she turned towards Jaydon with a sweet smile, "Jay... Can I borrow a pen please?" she fluttered her lashes and leant on her chair as she looked back at him. Studying his profile with a dreamy expression. damn that boy was just too attractive. She twirled a piece of hair around her fingers and stretched her long legs out to allow her to settle more comfortably.

as kids started to walk into class jaydon sat impatiently in his chair, knocking on the wooden desk in front of his with his
black pen. he didn't look at the faces of the students; jaydon had his eyes focused on the white board at the front of the class, waiting
for class to start. he kept his gaze at the board until he heard a girls voice, "hey jay, may i sit here?" an annoying pitch voice spoke as he looked up to be met with an unfamiliar face of a girl pointing to the seat in front of him. "nah sorry, seat's taken." he shrugged looking back at the board before hearing two familiar voices, lori and nova. oh right, they've got english first period as well, he thought looking at both of them. he saw nova say something to lori before she sat in the seat in front of him, turning around to look at him. he slightly smiled at her before answering her question, "yeah sure," he spoke grabbing a spare pencil he grabbed from his dorm, "here." he spoke holding the pencil up so she could take it, he looked at the pencil before looking up to meet her eyes; at which he just smiled. nova's eyes were one of his favorite features about her. he didn't know why nova asked the question in a weird tone, but that didn't bother him.

She thanked him and took the pencil, casually brushing his fingers as she did so. A light blush spreading over her cheeks. She had been surprised when he had stopped a girl from sitting in the seat she now occupied, but secretly was feeling very pleased for herself as he hadn't stopped her. She had to let him know how she felt, but how? It wasn't like she could drop hints at him to take her to the Valentine's Ball anymore, not with it being cancelled and all, but she had a feeling a few of the older girls were holding a party on the top floor of the girls boarding house, the only way the boys would be able to access it was if they were brave enough to sneak past the teacher's floor in their own boarding house as the two houses were connected by an adjoining floor at the top. In the boy's house this floor was largely unused due to repairs, but if you knew the right way it was easy to get across. The date corresponded with the ball and so she had a week to get him to go with her. She grinned and turned to Lori with a sparkle in her eyes. "Hey Lo, are you going to the party next week? I heard it's going to be the party of the year, it's the only way we're gonna be able to party with the Valentine's Ball being cancelled" she grinned and leant towards her best friend, "We've got a reason to get our Grey Goose on if we go" she waggled her eyebrows and sat straight again, leaning back as the teacher walked in, her face a picture of innocence. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and turned slightly to shoot a smile to Jaydon. As ridiculous as it was, she didn't want to ask him as she was somewhat old-fashioned and preferred the guy made the first move. She knew that it often meant that dating took far longer than she'd have liked, but then at least she knew that the boy would feel the same way. Not that she'd dated much before, she was somewhat similar to her friend Lori in the way she preferred to have flings instead of relationships, but now she'd found someone that she really liked, she felt she could begin to date.

"You're damn right he's gorgeous. Novie, you could cut diamonds on the guy's jawline," Lori teased with a bit of a grin, giving the blonde a cheeky nudge in return for the hip bump. Naturally, they attracted a little attention as they entered the room, being who they were, but the two were practically two halves of a while queen bee- they were used to the looks and they loved them. As Nova headed for a seat, Lori unhooked their arms so that the two of them could set out their stuff and she slid into the seat next to the blonde, adjusting her skirt and tossing her head to move some hair from her face while plucking bits of stationery out from everywhere but her bag; there was a pencil down her shirt, an eraser in the waistband of her skirt, a pen behind her ear, you get the picture. That way, she reasoned, she wouldn't forget things as easily, although it'd been pointed out countless times that the odd ritual just made things more complicated. Smirking at Nova's mischievous little wink and cute expression, the blonde settled back in her chair.

"Of course I am, and I hope you are as well, we can't let people down like that. It can't be the party of the year if we aren't there," Lori joked; now, the girl was confident and perhaps a little vain from time to time, but she wasn't exactly egocentric and understood that the world would go on turning without her, although her little remarks sometimes confused people. "I'm excited."

jaydon smiled when nova thanked him. he continued to stare at the white board slightly listening to their conversation.
lori and nova talked about an upcoming party that he has somewhat heard about. he knew that it was very risky since the
boys would have to cross the hallway to get the girls 'house', but on the other hand nothing was going to stop him from the
best party of the year; as people say. he still didn't know if he'd be attending since he hasn't talked to the other guys yet,
and if none of his guy friends wouldn't go he probably wouldn't either; since he didn't want to be the only guy there after
all. "aye, you attending?" he spoke tearing his gaze off of the white board and turning it to the two girls. he wanted
to know all the details to the party, since he hasn't heard too much about it. jaydon also wondered if everly was
informed about it, and if she'd go; even though he kind of thought she wouldn't since she wasn't really the party type girl,
she was more of the 'grab a book and read' girl. he also wondered how they were going to keep it a secret from the teachers
if it was supposed to be the best party of the year with almost everyone attending. he looked at nova waiting for her answer.

Everly sat there at the desk then watched as the teacher came in and started shouting out maths questions to the students to answer quickly, she wasn't taking part in that she was mostly just day dreaming about Jason. With her elbow on the desk and put her head on her hand her arm supporting her head, she looked out the window seeing a few students doing sports. After a while she stopped day dreaming and looked forward seeing the teacher writing things down, so she started to make notes as she huffed gently and then twiddled a strand of hair in her fingers. As she finished writing some notes down she doodled at the edge of her page as she was bored in this lesson, she hated maths. She started to think about that girl that went missing, wishing she knew more about it as she didn't really understand what happened to her and that the school doesn't seem to be doing much about it. Everly chewed on the end of her pen as she thought about and wasn't really focusing on what the teacher was talking about as she was lost in thought about the student that went missing. But, then she started to hear whispering near her, something about a party happening in the girls house. She listened to them and became quite interested but she wasn't really a party person, she didn't like crowds as she felt claustrophobic in them. Although, she hated missing out on something big because they would probably be talking about it for a couple of weeks and she won't know what happened in the party as something good might happen and she would missed it. Everly sighed gently and leaned back in her chair putting her pen on the book as she waited for this lesson to end, she kept on looking at the clock as she waited for this to end.

>> Demi hurried into the dining hall, a bit flustered. It was only the first day of classes and she had already started out late. She grabbed an apple and a granola bar, followed by bottle of water and went to an empty table. She didn't eat very much at brekfast, just enough to make sure she didn't pass out during the day, but that was usually about it. She glanced around the dining hall at all of the passing students, though she didn't really say anything to them, she just gave a simple smile and nod. She pulled out her phone and quietly scrolled through her instagram, before she did the most basic thing she could have done and took a photo of her breakfast and her agenda opened. she paused for a moment before nodding to hersef when she thought f a nice caption for her picture. "First day of classes at Stagwood. You can say i'm beyond nervous.. Wish me luck! -xox Demi♥" She sat back in her seat and let her phone lay atop her agenda and crossed her legs politely as she finished her scant breakfast.

After a few moments, The brown headed girl got tired of sittng around and gathered her things and begn heading towards her first class. As she passed random tables and people she was able to pick out a familiar face. It was Asa, the only other deaf person she knew of that was attending the academy, she knew this because they were in a seperate welcoming group than the others when they got here. She shot him a friendly smile and stopped by the table, signing a warm "Good Morning!" to both him and Aex. Unlike Asa, Demi rarely ever spoke. She usually just signed, but sh was very capable of reading lips.. she was just very self conscious about her speech, so she avoided it altogether most of the time.
