Before being here, Lex remembers purely flashes of her old life. Old friends, old lovers, her parents. Places, like her bedroom, busy city streets, her job. Often, Lennox tries to reel these memories in, and elaborate on them. She fears forgetting them will lead to losing herself. Friends, she remembers faces, and few names. The few she did have meant a lot to her. Lovers, she remembers more faces, but no names. That is no surprise, Lex still is amorous and flirty. Her parents... one of the few memories she does avoid. Her bedroom, she remembers is being white, few colors. Lex knew she was very neat, the memory of her room made sure of it. The busy city memory, her home town. The city that never sleeps. She missed that bustling activity and constant noise around her. A lot of it she's forgotten. When you're locked up with strangers for two years, and poked and probed, your old life seems much farther away than actuality.
Sleepily, her icy blue eyes dozed, she was tired of walking. A day of just straight walking, back to the pride. Lex and the others were new here. They could have an upper hand if they knew what the terrain held. That was her goal. Being the lead huntress made it easier if she went alone. The other huntress' could take down a fair amount of game without Lex's guidance. At least for the day. Lex hoped when she returned, they wouldn't need her, and she could relax. She kept her ears high, and her nose low as she walked. Her small stature made it so she could move quickly. Short legs, yes, but a much quicker pace. Lennox took an occasional skip, which led to a sprint. These bursts of speed were what was keeping her awake. She turned around not too long ago, and walked a full day, she hoped knowing her way this time would take her a shorter amount of time.
She was right. With her alternating paces, Lennox made great timing. It wasn't long before she saw the familiar layout of rocks and trees. Lex chuckled to herself in her mind. A few years ago, this city girl would be lost, landscape all looked the same. But her new heightened senses and strengths have changed a lot. Heck, they have all changed a lot. She didn't know her pride members 2 years ago, but during that time, they were taught, and trained. If they weren't as amazed by this experience just as much as she was, she had no idea what it would take. Lex slowed her speed into a crawling slow pace. On her way in, she nodded at her fellow mates. The small female picked out a shady spot under a tree and collapsed in her own exhaustion. Sleep sounded great right now. She shifted her eyes around, searching for Clayton, to alert him of her arrival, but couldn't find the King. Opening her maw wide and letting out a huge yawn, she shrugged it off. He'd either see her when he returns, or someone else will tell him. She was far to tired.
