The male reached up behind his head and scratched the back of his neck as he looked around for a moment while the girl spoke. His eyes snapped back to her attention when she mentioned Jay. "Aye- Jay is one of my roommates."
he said with a nod and a soft smile. Bringing his right hand down from the back of his neck, the tall and tanned male slipped his hands in his pockets as a breeze picked up and swirled down the beach. Curiosity pricked his attention as he remembered one small little detail about the girl- she was a human. "H-how do you know Jay?" he stuttered a moment, tilting his head to the left slightly as if someone had pulled down from the top of his head. A smile remaining constant on his expression the male coughed and shook his head, once again remembering something. "Oh! And it's nice to meet you too- sorry I am a little groggy when i first wake up-" he lied. Aaron couldn't help but feel extremely anxious around humans... it was far too different for him compared to being home at his own pack in Scotland. There were very few wolves... let alone people. Could Aaron really do this? Could he find Tara, the girl from summer camp and find a reason to stay in town? The boy didn't know. "Are you two, dating?" Aaron asked, his smile turning to a smirk as he remembered again that humans usually had filters on their mouths. ===============================================================================

Following Kaitlin in to the kitchen and with a long half groan, half sigh, the male leaned over the counter. Elbows propping him up as he rocked his weight onto his forearms that rested flat on the counter top, Cooper hung his head low before turning his head to look at her when she suggested food. Eye wide and a smile even more so, the russet haired boy laughed. "I'd eat your whole kitchen if i could... perhaps we should go to town and eat?" he laughed, thinking of all of the things that sounded good to him. "hmmmm.... Bacon, hash browns, toast... biscuits... gravy... oh sausage... ham... hollandaise..." the boy listed as he pushed himself off the counter and walked to Kaitlin. Standing in front of her, the boy put a hand on the counter on each side of her, leaning in as his forehead touched hers, he whispered, "Maybe some Kaitlin....." before childishly pretending to bite her on the ear and making growling noises. Sure, Cooper was mean and fierce with some of his pack mates... but he was just a puppy at heart.

Alice blushed and further nuzzled deeper into Joseph's warmth, her flushed cheeks pressing into his chest affectionately. As Joseph moved out from under her, Alice stared at his hand with a sleepy grin. "Are we wolves? Or pampered pooches...." she laughed, extending out her arms to each side, enjoying the softness of their sheets and down bedding. It felt like a lie... she was supposed to be a blood-thirsty, ravenous wolf. But there she was, living a life of luxury. Finally grabbing Joseph's hands, the girl scooted to the edge of the bed lazily and slowly stood up, only to fall into a secured hug, with her arms wrapped around her mate. "I suppose you could make us some breakfast... what's on the menu?" she asked with a grin as she rested her chin on his chest, looking straight up at him.

"I'd rather die fighting then have them kill us waiting." Kearan linked back, having already been out the door. The thin and athletic male waited in the tree line on the outskirts of the clearing that held the pack house. The property reeked of werewolves and all of their different scents. This wasn't good. Kearan needed to get to the bottom of this- he needed to know if they were here to take over or if they were simply hiding like he and his family. Patiently, the male waited.

Having been done with breakfast for some time, the Wilshire Alpha had been observing the pack for sometime in the kitchen, his thoughts disrupted as Leah approached him- a fae he hadn't gotten to know well enough over the summer. Turning his head up and to the side to meet Leah's gaze, Theo smiled and cleared his throat as he placed his napkin on his empty breakfast plate. "You've found it." he laughed lightly. Getting up, Theo pushed his chair in and walked his dishes to the sink and napkin to the trash before grabbing his keys from the bin on the counter. "I have to go to town to get enrollment forms at the community college for some of the older pack members and the high school for those just trying to blend in... " he said, motioning for her to follow him to the entrance of the cabin. As the male walked through the living room to get to the front of the house, he scanned the couches making sure he didn't leave his sweatshirt there but before too long his eyes caught it on the coat rack by the door. "You can come if you like?" he offered, snagging his hoodie and slipping it over his head. Summer lingered but fall was right around the corner.

"OH DEAR GOSH NO!" she spat in disgust at the girl's suggestion, her face scrunched up in distaste at the thought of being more then friends with Ashton Malcom. Apologetically, Chasity looked up to the blonde male across the table and tilted her head slightly. "Sorry Ash- not my type..." she laughed before her attention turned back to Jade, her eyes as wide as the breakfast plates when she saw all the chocolate on her pancakes. A light yet excited clap held close to her chest as she watched her plate get sat down, Chasity smiled and grabbed her fork. "Thank you!" she chirped, already cutting into her pancakes. Hearing Jade's question, Chasity had hoped to answer before Ashton did, but she was too late. So instead, the blonde poked at her pancakes with the roll of her sea foam green eyes.

"Darling, do I look like I drink my coffee with creamer?" the male scoffed, taking a sip of his coffee. Setting his cup down, the male laughed lightly, his eyes still down on his cup before he turned his attention to Jade once more. "And no- this is Chasity, she's pretty much like a sister twice removed. Or a distant cousin... annoying all the same," he smirked, winking at the blonde across from him as she stuck her tongue out at the ex Alpha. "Thank you for the coffee, by the way... Just as I remembered it." he said, feeling a little nostalgic. This hadn't been the same diner from his childhood, however Rosewood coffee was all the same- brewed with the pine nut trees that were raised in Rosewood and heated with cinnamon. A taste you couldn't mistake, not ever. Inhaling slightly, the male leaned on his left elbow that rested on the table, his fist just barely touching his top lip as he looked to Jade, a smirk forming on his face once more- fear could be seen in Chasity's eyes across the table, knowing what was coming. "If i need something sweet for my coffee, I'm sure you would be a better selection that the creamer, anyway."
Chasity smacked her forehead and let her hand slide down her face, eyes wide in disbelief. Grabbing a napkin, she wiped her mouth of any excess chocolate sauce. "ASHTON, HUMANS CANT HANDLE YOUR BLUNT.... RUDE... PICK UP LINES!" she angrily mind linked to him.

Allison growled in frustration as her phone went off again in her pocket. Still waiting for the girl in front of her to answer her questions, the girl's blue eyes went from Shelby to her phone screen and another groan of frustration as she read Travis's text. She couldn't figure him out. She knew he liked her but he had become so... complacent. It was almost like he could care less. The girl felt a slight pain hit her chest- anxiety. Now she would have to go to town all alone and find him and find a job for herself... and new school clothes. Everything left Allison feeling a little reckless.
TEXT TO TRAVIS: Stop by where? You already found a job? What's wrong with the town... besides the fact there are people?
-A
Hitting the sleep button on her phone to turn the screen off, Allison threw the cell phone in her purse and sighed, leaning back into her hip and waiting for Shelby's reply. She wasn't mad at the girl, just nervous about being away from Travis.

"Nice to meet you, Thalia." he gave a nod, his eyes reluctant to leave Luna as she seemed in severe pain. Laughing lightly, the male held his hand out for Luna's and when she didn't take it right away, he pulled a chair out for her beside Thalia. Grabbing her by the shoulders, he gently sat her down and rose an eye brow at her, "What hurts worse? Your arm is more complex than just your arm...." he asked, a light laugh as he reached for the one that appeared bruised and unused due to the pain. Grabbing onto her wrist, Landon began to feel each of the tendons and muscles in her arms, careful around the bones in case one was broken. Looking up to Thalia as he had been sitting on the floor directly in front of Luna and to his left had been the girl he just met, he nodded, "I'm not a loner, just a medic. We live pretty solitary lives though- girl's don't much like guys that have real feelings and hearts anyhow," he laughed lightly, eyes flicking up to Luna as he had known her for just the summer and knowing her best friend was his apprentice.
