new york city. a mess of smog, noise, and crime. you ask me, it's a cesspool. you ask a resident, and to them it's the safest place in the world. but not with the harbingers around. no one knows their true identities, but they're presumed to be young adults. they run the city, or at least they seem to think so. some might call them rebellious teens, but the truth is that they're dangerous. they've become more powerful and well-known than the mob; killing and robbing anyone or any place that gets in their way. four banks have been hit in the past month, and it seems that with this gang around, other scum assume the city is their playground. that's where you come in. a part of the vigilantes that are working to cleanse this city of the harbingers and their connections, you might even consider yourself a superhero...minus the leotard and cape. you've been trained by professionals and set after the gang, but will you succeed? all you've got is your wit and special talents, but the harbingers have the whole of the city's criminal database on their side. some might even call them villains. it's time that new york sees a battle of power they've never seen before.
basically this is a vigilante group versus criminals sort of thing. it may sound sort of odd, but there's a plot in mind with well thought out characters. the harbingers (villains) vs. the vigilantes (heroes), while both are trying not to get caught by the police. this roleplay will be advanced literate, more on that later. both harbingers and vigilantes are open to play, so feel free to join!
