- Forms look good (hoping to keep siggys off of the roleplay thread, discussion is fine though)
Just making sure; everyone is aware of the 2 paragraph per post rule correct?

Basics:
Name: Shelby Aeryn Marr
Nickname: Stumpy, Shelb, or Shel
Sex: Female
Age: 24
Orientation: Straight, she is only interested in males.
Status: Single, for now.
Scotland Position: She is a countess.
Looks:
Hair: Natural dirty blond hair. It is long and slightly wavy, she doesn't do anything besides washing it. She only brushes it maybe every other day, so it isn't styled in the least. Usually she just has a windblown or finger-brushed look to her hair.
Eyes: Her eyes are green/grey and the left one has a section of brown, called sectoral heterochromia.
General: She is of average height/weight, and physically fit to keep herself and her pets healthy. She is on the pale side considering she is Canadian.
Clothing: She usually wears a kelly green pullover hoodie that is slightly baggy, over a long black t-shirt (it reaches the top of her thighs), with dark wash boot cut jeans, and black running sneakers. She sometimes also wears a black baseball cap with 'Stumpy' embroidered in green across the front.
Other: She wears no makeup, because she hates the stuff. No piercings, and no tattoos.
Personality:
Kind, Honest, Intelligent, Loyal, Introverted, Confident, Friendly, Calm, Patient, Stubborn, Understanding, Genuine
Shelby is introverted. She is an avid reader and feels awkward without a book close at hand. She also loves to make art in multiple styles, like painting, charcoal, sculpting, you name it and she will at least try it. She usually doesn't start a conversation unless she is familiar with the person. However, when she gets comfortable with other people she is much more relaxed and fun to be around. She loves to make people laugh and just like the rest of her family she can crack jokes during the most awkward or tense of situations. She will easily become friends with those who are patient enough to get to know her and get past the cautious exterior. Because of this she has many acquaintances, and only a handful of close friends. Those who are her friend can expect to know someone rather straightforward, honest, genuine, and loyal even if she tends to be the quiet observer. If someone just needs to get stuff off their chest she will gladly listen, even if they don't want to discuss it with her and just have her listen. She is rather fond of hugs, but only with people she knows. If a stranger gets too close she becomes rather aggravated bordering on hostile and does everything in her power not to flat out push them away. When she is around friends or animals she is more confident and open, even around strangers. If she wants to speak her mind or is talking about a subject she is passionate about, you will soon learn she is capable of long discussion. Her silences are more attributed to her opinion of not needing to say anything rather then not wanting to socialize. She firmly believes in the quote, ""Speak only when you feel your words are better than your silence" because she finds it has proven itself true many times. She doesn't believe in gender stereotypes much, tending to be more of a tomboy herself. She enjoys playing video games and combining that with her love of history, you have a girl who is eager to try things like hand to hand combat and sword fighting. The day you see her willingly wear a dress or anything remotely girly is the day the sky starts falling. So it will certainly be interesting if she ever happens to be thrust into the role of a 'proper lady', now wouldn't it?
History:
Shelby grew up in a regular city in Atlantic Canada, where she lived with her mother, father, and younger sister. They had a small house and were just a regular family, with their ups and downs. They were not rich but neither were they poor, so they still had a regular life. Once out of high school, Shelby moved out of her parents’ place to live with her grandparents, on her father’s side. They owned a nice little farm, but with their age it was becoming harder for them to do a lot of the manual labour. So once their granddaughter moved in it gave them an easier time, and she turned the place around. She came up with some better ways to do things that could save them time and in the long run money. Using the extra funds she helped her grandmother set up a nice little produce stand, and her grandfather to get the classic car he had always dreamed about. Of course the car was basically a shell and more of a hobby re-build then anything, but it gave him something to do other than watching television and reading the paper. With her grandparents both getting to do their favourite hobbies, Shelby took up her hobby of casual horse eventing. If she won great, if not she cherished the experience and the thrill. She always rode a simple black gelding with a bald face and socks, named Daemon. He was her grandfather’s horse and one of her favourites. With her personal money she saved up to take a course to become a trainer for guard dogs. She got an apprenticeship with a well-known trainer, and she worked with him on a few dogs then trainer two German Shepherds to guard her grandparent’s farm. They protected the place from all kinds of dangers. After her apprenticeship she became fairly successful with it getting a few more clients. When she decided she wanted to move in with her best friend her grandparents understood and she helped them hire some hands. Her friends wanted to move to Nashville, because she hates the cold weather and she hopes to be a star one day. While Shelby has absolutely no desire to pursue such ambitions she knows there are plenty of top places that could always use a guard dog or two. She only trains dogs who live in a good home and will be well treated, so luckily she found plenty of people who needed her services. She also took up other small side jobs, like hosting small pet-dog obedience classes and pet sitting. She also placed a lease on a horse at a nearby stable so that she could continue her riding, and casual showing. She is a lover of cold weather and crazy thunder/lightning storms, so obviously when she heard the thunder roll and the flash she went running for the front door. She burst out of the door with a huge smile on her face and holds her arms open to feel the rain beat down upon her. Suddenly there is a darkness, and she surrenders to the black.
