If Cheyenne were in wolf form, her tail would be wagging so hard and so fast when she heard the news. Even more excited, her mate to be was no longer an omega! "That's fantastic! And yes, Donnie you should still come with us! You need to help teach me how not to be a complete idiot!" she laughed, turning and reaching to put her arms around Marc's neck, but wincing and flinching backwards immediately. "Ah!" she breathed, tears instantly coming to her eyes- how could she have already forgotten about her shoulder? "Sorry," she apologized, looking down slightly embarrassed before lifting her chin only to kiss him on the cheek. "I'm so happy for us... but Marc... what is a scout?" she asked him, unsure what that even was- it could be a made up position for all she knew. What ever it was, it worked for her so long as it meant they could be together. "Wait- does this mean we can-" she started, dulling out near the end as she cut herself off. Slowly, the world seemed to slip away from her, it was just her and Marc it seemed. Icy blue eyes looked up to his innocently, wanting to ask if it meant they could finally be together... but she was afraid it was more then her rank- what if it was her age too? Would they ever be allowed to be together? Cheyenne let her breath drift out from her chest, her smile faded as she wondered if he knew what she was thinking.
Blake Steadied his old friend as she nearly pushed passed him. "We will figure it out Kayla, together, alright?" he asked her, hoping she would be pacified with that bit of encouragement. "I need to get Jayda settled in and figured out, but as soon as Rox and Cavan get here- I promise we will all sit and talk. Can I get you anything to eat?" the male asked her, suddenly taking comfort in her words that she would never hate him- she wouldn't yet have reason to hate him he didn't think, but for being the one to tell her without Cavan and Rox's presence would be very wrong of him. "If you're up to it, maybe shift and call them in, I just need to help Jayda figure her wolf out," he added, his hand moving to the new pup's shoulder as he stood beside her. The girl didn't seem to bothered by all of the commotion, but he did need to make things up to her. It was her first day with the pack and everyone was either severely injured, bleeding or upset from the happenings as of late.
