1. Tess and Nick's rules. Seriously. I may be restating some of them here, but I think reinforcement is nice.
2. No harassing, rudeness, or bullying allowed. It is pure MEAN. And you may curse if you star out the vowels, and the cursing is used sparingly. Like, please don't use curses every single post. Please. Eg: Sh*t, H*ll... etc.
3. No BEGGING for a boy/girlfriend, or friends for your charrie. NO. This is not how this forum works. And TRY to make friends before getting a boy/girlfriend!
4. NO slang or text language. It makes messages SO much harder to read!
5. PLEASE don't make me kick you out for something silly like not following Tess' and Nick's rules, and YES MY FRIEND, I. WILL. KICK. YOU. OUT. Don't test my authority!
6. This is a semi~literate role-play, so I expect +3 lines. I understand that there is the occasional writers block, but honestly guys. It cant be your excuse every time. If you can't do 3 lines or more, don't join.
7. I would LOVE it if you posted every day! I HATE it when people post once, and then never return, however, I am also guilty of this crime. Just let me know if you're going to be away, or if your life is going to get busy so you won't be able to get on often. 99.9% of the time, I will be very understanding.
8. Try to keep the genders even please. I hate having like, 9 girls and 2 boys.
9. I encourage drama and in the RPG, fighting, but please KEEP IT IN THE RPG.
10. When you are speaking out of character, please either use OOC: or [[]] {{}} (())
11. If you've read the rules, put the code word 'The po po are here!' AT THE TOP OF YOUR PAGE.
12. You're only allowed 1 character. Sorry. I know some people say they can handle more than 1, but I heavily disagree.
13. Goodness, NO PERFECT CHARACTERS. They MUST have flaws!
14. You may use your own form, however, it must contain the same general things mine does ex: Personality, History, Name... etc.
15. Please don't go 4-5 pages without me. I HATE coming back from a day off to +30 pages to read.
16. If someone asks for a recap, GIVE IT TO THEM. They deserve to know what's been going on! Even if not much has happened. Just tell 'em what ya know.

19.I cannot stress this enough, INCLUDE EVERYONE. In some role-plays I have gone 50 pages asking for a recap, or for someone to RP with me, and NO ONE ANSWERS. Not only is this annoying, but this in my mind, is also very rude. Do not do this.
20. This RPG relies on people creating drama, but please don't over do it. If you want you can even make a normal teen citizen who finds out about The House. Just no uber drama please
21. Yes. This is about runaways. BUT! BUT, this does not mean that things can't be very realistic. Also, adding on to this, if there is a fight, your character is most likely going to get hurt. Deal with it. You're human. You can get hurt. Why can't your character?
22. They are runaways wanted by the police. People ARE GOING TO DIE. Deal. But if your character dies, after they die, you are permitted to create another character so you're not dropped out of the loop.
