henry was usually a lot more intense at quidditch games, but this one he didn't really feel too much energy at. it was a gryffindor versus slytherin game, and he was a ravenclaw. he still came with his friend, steven, to watch the game, but didn't really know what to cheer. he was certainly rooting for gryffindor-- the slytherin team went into this game way too cocky and self-entitled, as usual. henry, being the honest boy that he is, never really liked slytherins. there were a few that he had grown fond of; mainly the twins, annabel and simon. but most of them-- specifically zach and kaiden-- annoyed the ravenclaw boy endlessly.
around him, the hubbub of the quidditch game filled his ears. it was a festive tradition at hogwarts for everyone to attend the quidditch games, and henry made sure he never missed a game. his first two years at hogwarts he was a chaser on the team, but after realizing that quidditch wasn't really his calling, henry decided to focus on his studies more. to make up for the fact he dropped from the team, henry attended every game without fail.
as the crowd roared, henry glanced next to him at his friend, steven. they had come to the game together, but it was definitely obvious that steven was much more into the antics of the game at the moment. they were of different houses-- steven of hufflepuff and henry of ravenclaw-- but they were never sitting in either of the stands. henry just followed steven up and down the stands as the crazy hufflepuff screamed and scuttled around in sheer glee. it seemed to henry that quidditch acted much like a hallucinogen to steven, making him quite delirious.
as slytherin scored a goal, roars exploded from the slytherin section of the stand. annoyed, henry rolled his eyes. suddenly, the crowd shifted to the left, shoving henry right against the person next to him. with an apologetic grin, henry turned to look at who he had slammed against-- sophie norvell, a gryffindor. they had been longtime friends since childhood, when their parents would dress them in matching quidditch gear and dragged them to the Quidditch Cup. "i'm ever so sorry, sophie. these crowds are horribly unpredictable," he said with a subtle smile. suddenly he heard a scream from the field -- sean, blowing a kiss to his ex, sophie. glancing back over at sophie, henry raised an eyebrow jokingly. "well, how cute," he laughed, waiting for sophie's reaction.

year at hogwarts and is in the house of hufflepuff. she is in a slightly
dysfunctional relationship with simon delane. she doesn't really have

quidditch game in the stands with annabel and alyssa. she interacted
with zander, elle, dakota and jinx. she is feeling a bit down.

serenity was in a horrible mood, and going to a loud, noisy, sweaty quidditch game was anything but what she wanted to do. she stepped into the stands with her usual shadowy stance, blending into the crowd. she tightened her hufflepuff scarf around her neck and made her way up to an open spot through the screaming fans.
serenity was usually on the field, which was exactly where she liked to be. she loved being in quidditch games, but hated being at them. when the crowd cheered, she liked to know it was for her, and not for other houses. plus, she hated being cramped in the stands; being a screaming fan didn't really fit serenity's soft-spoken, gentle character.
but of course, she wouldn't miss this game for anything. her boyfriend, simon, was playing. he was the center chaser for the slytherin team; one of their star players, and this year's team captain. he always watched her play in her games, unless they were against each other, so serenity always watched him play. it was just another habit of theirs, dating for three years now. serenity glanced over her shoulder at her two friends who were tailing behind-- annabel and alyssa. while they weren't really friends with each other, serenity had planned to go to the game with simon's sister, annabel, and couldn't help but invite her best friend, alyssa. annabel was a slytherin, like her brother, and they were very close friends ever since simon and serenity started dating. alyssa, on the other hand, was serenity's best friend for a while now. they were house-buddies, being both in hufflepuff, and had practically the same schedule, so they saw each a lot around hogwarts.
as serenity whirled back around to see where she was going, she slammed right into jinx. the ill-fortuned ravenclaw was anything but serenity's best friend. they knew each other through dakota and elle, but neither of them liked each other very much. serenity didn't like how jinx was around simon, and jinx apparently just didn't like serenity. blushing, sweet serenity glanced back and forth between jinx, elle and dakota, who had also just arrived at the game.
"um, oh dear, i'm so sorry, i didn't mean to," serenity mumbled apologetically. she really didn't mean to bump into jinx, but just her [or jinx's] luck, she had. the ravenclaw girl probably didn't believe her, since they didn't like each other. averting eye contact, serenity glanced over at her friend, dakota. they called each other best friend, but lately, that didn't seem to be the case. serenity and dakota had been inseparable when they were children, and for most of their time at hogwarts. but the trouble started when serenity went to Hogwarts and was put into hufflepuff, and Dakota, who only came the following year, was put into ravenclaw. dakota, being the bubbly and friendly person that she is, made friends almost instantly-- namely with elle and jinx. serenity wasn't much a go-getter, and much more of a follower, so she had tried for so long to remain best friends with dakota. but their friendship continually failed at staying strong. dakota, whether she meant to or not, would repeatedly forget to invite serenity along with elle and jinx. serenity didn't really know elle and didn't get along with jinx, so neither of them invited the hufflepuff either.
frowning slightly, serenity noticed jinx's posture stiffen. "um, I didn't realize you guys were coming, we coulda come together," serenity muttered half-heartedly, before smiling and moving past the three of them. with alyssa and annabel hopefully in trail, serenity found a spot near the top of the bleachers that wasn't occupied. as she took the spot, she glanced to her right to notice who was standing next to her-- the unfailingly flirtacious and intelligent zander, also from ravenclaw. the boy never failed to make serenity feel odd whenever he interacted with her-- it was like he was purposefully drawn to girls that were unattainable. serenity nodded her head in greeting to the boy, before turning back to her friends, alyssa and annabel. "do either of you know what the score is? I can't really see the score board properly," she said, squinting.
