Carvel Thieves Guild

You are a member of the underground thieves guild in the medieval city of Carvel. The cold, and crime-wrecked city has a huge division between the rich and poor. The Guild of Thieves seek to balance the town and help the starving beggars and families in the slums by stealing and pick-pocketing the rich and corrupted guard units. That said, they will still steal for themselves, and keep their vault stored with rare items and weapons.
You were recruited by a guild leader when they saw your skills on the streets, and that is the only way one can enter the thieves guild. You don't find them, they find you, and even then, their trust grows slowly.
Every member of the thieves guild has specialties in weapons, traps, and/or poisons. They are a tight-knit group who all live in their base under the city, hidden within the disused tunnels that the citizens are not aware of. New members are trained, but have to quickly prove themselves to be up for a dangerous and deadly job.

- Rules.
Literacy. This is in the semi-literate to literate section of the roleplays, but I know some people's definition of semi-lit is different. For me it's 4+ sentences, please.
Gore & Violence. This ole play has the potential not only to become violent, but gorey as well. Please do not explain injuries inflicted or received in any great detail, as that is against the rules of the role play forums.
Roleplaying. Do not powerplay or god-mod. You cannot decide what another player is doing or how they feel. You cannot personally decide what the guild as a whole does, even if you are a guild leader. All guild leaders must agree on big movements.
Simple things. The guild has a strict policy of keeping non-guild members out of their base to protect it's privacy. Please stay within the timeline of everybody else. If several posts claim it is morning, do not post your character looking at the night sky or something. The guild is not easy to find so you cannot simply stumble upon their base. The guild base is a bit run-down, because it's not like they can hire someone to come fix things. Any improvements they make will be made on their own.
Romance. The main focus of this role play is action and adventure, but romance is encouraged. It helps add drama and people enjoy role playing romance, so I don't mind, just don't make it the main focus of the role play.
Activity. Please try to be active, at least post three times a week. I understand that people have life outside of the internet, but three posts in seven days isn't a lot to ask. If something happens though, such as you going on vacation or being sick, just PM me when you get back and you will be re-added to the role play.
Reservations. I will definitely allow reservations, but please try to get your form up within two days of reserving it.
Characters. Firstly, this is a medieval roleplay, I don't want any iPhones or Starbucks in your forms or posts. Secondly, please include all the basics in your form as well as their weapon of choice for when combat is neccesary. Please make your character's name blue so I know you read all the rules. Thirdly, no god-modding, powerplaying, Mary-Sues or Gary-Sues. Every character has flaws and no one can land every hit or steal every item perfectly.
No more thief or guild leader positions left
