We all know about the fairy tales. How they all have 'happy endings'. Cinderella met her Prince
Charming and lived happily ever after. Aurora was kissed by her love and woke up and....lived
happily ever after. The villains always are defeated, and everything is just about perfect. Not
here, not in the town called Bend, Oregon. The stories you think you know aren't the same any
more. What if the ends weren't....as great. In this modern day fairy tale, these characters will
live the life that the story wasn't supposed to be like. What happens next is up to you. Will it
end somewhat decent? Or will it just...end.

Yes, I know. I hate writing the rules as much as you hate reading them, but rules make things organized and better for everyone else. First off, if you haven't read Tess' rules, I suggest you read them. Now, let's get into the fun stuff. This is a literate roleplay! That means 10 lines per post. No ifs, ands, or buts. You will reach that limit easily of you are literate enough for the roleplay. I also want proper grammar and pretty posts. Speaking of pretty, I want pretty forms made by you, not someone else. This will help me judge your literacy, but be prepared, I might ask you for a writing sample if I am iffy about your writing. Don't whine or cry when I tell you that you aren't literate enough. It happens, okay! Next, I only want people playing one boy and one girl, at the very most. I might let you play more if we are having trouble getting people to join. Next, DO NOT LET THIS ROLEPLAY DIE! I am sick and tired of making high quality roleplays and people join, but never post even when they are online. So, if I see you online and avoiding the roleplay, I will message you privately and warn you. Second time, you are out. No mary/gary sues either. God, no one is perfect, neither am I soooo, yeah. If you are going to be gone, pm me so I don't freak out on you for not posting. I am a very easy going person, so just PM me if you will be away from the internet for awhile. This is a kid's website, so no swearing what so ever, no sexual/intense scenes, no blood, no gore. Also, stay on track with the plot, and character you have joined as. She actually is a maid to the guy of her dreams, and it's not the best place for her. Is there any hope for Fawn that she will be noticed by her prince? Or will she always be a maid?

She lives under strict rule of her father and never disobeys, and even today, they have arranged marriages. That's what Danny has in store for her future, but it's not to her beloved friend she likes. Her life is completely planned out and it prevents her from loving or doing anything that she wants to.

Being locked up and not being able to interact with people has had a rebellious toll on Grace. She sneaks out to mean with ___, who is not exactly someone her mother would like. If her mother ever found out, she would move from the whole city completely.

Dear diary.
okay, you know I have been kind of always a
strange girl. And maybe being like not the
most known girl in this world, not a lot of
people missed me when I was gone.
But I missed the world. Although, being in a
coma was like just closing my eyes and opening
them up again, I realized today when I looked in
the mirror.. two whole years have been taken
away from me. I changed. I look so much older.
My family changed. Miles changed - he grew up to be
.. grown up. I don't know. It feels like I have
missed so much, and yet - I can't wait exploring
again. I can't wait to put my mind in gear again
for all the things to think about and to plan about..
and to dream about.

Here is a boy made of quirks and habits. He has so many that his counselors thought he had tourettes when they first met him. Fortunately, he was never diagnosed with the syndrome, as he doesn't feel the need to do them, it just pleases him to do them. One of his biggest habits is clicking his tongue. First, it was just a trick his teacher had taught him to stop saying 'um', then it became a habit. Now, he tongue-clicks 24/7. He also clinks his heels together. You know, what Dorothy did to get home in The Wizard of Oz? Just without the magical ruby shoes. It was overwhelmingly adorable when he was just a boy who rocked back and forth on his heels and clinked his toes whenever he felt awkward or nervous. When he is entering adulthood, though, it only makes the situation more awkward. Miles is also that kid that plays the imaginary drums when a decent song turns on. Not just casual tapping, but a horrendous solo.
One of Miles more serious habits is smoking. While he doesn't constantly have a lit cigarette hanging from his mouth, he smokes at least three a day. Whenever he gets bored, or more likely, lonely he lights one up. This small fiasco happens frequently as Miles might be classified as a 'loner'. Not one by choice, who strides around confidently claiming that they are a lone wolf. He just is not social, and he doesn't really fit any other stereotypes.
His mother always exclaimed, quite worriedly, that his inability to make friends was a big problem. As Miles was the little kindergartner tat sat on the school steps by himself to eat lunch, with a picture book in his hands. This inability was such a "big problem", that Miles went to a counselor for eleven years straight. From when he was five, and had just started kindergarten, and everyone thought, for sure, he would grow up to have a big group of friends, then go out every weekend. To just two years ago, when he finally got to quit because everyone had given up on him, except his one and only friend, Danny, of whom he has had a crush on practically since he met her.
