Hello there! I guess I should introduce my self first huh? Well my name is Dakota Marie Nichole Grey. Yeah I know, it's a REALLY long name. Luckily I go by many nicknames, here's a few if you don't feel like making any for me. Kota, Kota-Bear, Kitten, Da-Kitty, Kody and Koterz. I know most of the sound boyish but you don't see a girl named Dakota every day do you? My name means friend and it is Native American! Cool right? I'm a 18 year old, yeah I know right I'm such a cool kid with my car and all.

Anywho enough about my name? Let's totally talk about my like, hair! Did that sound preppy? I hope it did that's what I was aiming for! Anyway enough chitter chatter! Just a warning though, I do go crazy with my black hair; yes it's all natural not dyed. I like having blonde in my hair and in the picture I showed I actually hadn't dyed it at that moment. Now my bangs have blonde streaks along with blonde underneath my hair. I weigh 120 pounds, and I stand 5'5". I know, I'm short I can't help it. Though, I'm not sure why you needed my weight and height? Oh! I have a few tattoos, I have a feather on my shoulder and a hibiscus flower in the middle of my back. I have my ears pierced along with the cartilage and my nose is pierced; just a small diamond.

Some people say I have a bubbly personality, I have to say I agree. I like being happy though I will admit I can be a little bit over emotional. I am like any other teen, I am rebellious but since I'm 18 I can leave when I want I just don't. I do get attached to thing's easily and I take broken heart and loosing people I care about badly. I do sometimes last out in anger, so I have a really bad temper, for that I apologize. I do try to not judge people sometimes it just kind of happens ya know? I am a little shy and insecure so I tend to not be social at times and I can be a chatter box (if you can't tell).

Personality:

Tayib is a playful soul, full of jokes and laughs, but only once you get to know him. His name fits him well, since Tayib means delicate or fair (and apparently the surname Forrester was about as imaginative as a couple of forest faeries could get), and he’s a pretty sensitive soul. If he doesn’t know you well, then he’s shy and incredibly sheepish, and will do his best not to say an awful lot.

He has a passion for nature, because it’s in his nature to do so, and he’s far happier and much more relaxed indoors than cooped up, which is probably the cause of his severe claustrophobia and mild arsonphobia. He also enjoys music, and plays the guitar well.
Mostly, Tayib is enthusiastic about life and an optimistic person, and is fiercely loyal to his friends. His downsides are his stubbornness and his complete lack of patience.

History:

For generations, Tayib’s ancestors lived lives of solitude away from human contact. They were content in their forest, and felt no need for their world to be mixed with those of humans’. His parents, however, decided that it might be better for his welfare if he grew up amongst both his own kind and humans. They didn’t want him to be as cold towards humans as some of the elders were. So, when his mother fell pregnant, they began their human lives, and Tayib was raised with humans, being taught both about their history and the history of faeries.

Appearance:

Due to his forest roots, Tayib has dark features – brown hair and hazel eyes - whereas the majority of other faery types are blond and blue eyed. He’s average height, standing at 5’9”, but is made to look shorter by being in the company of guys like Convel. He’s lean, but not incredibly muscular, and so while he could probably throw a good punch, the outcome would be dependent on whether he’s fighting someone like himself, or someone like the werewolf. Tayib doesn’t care much about his body – so long as he’s average weight – but does take pride in his hair, which he’s sure to check whenever he passes a reflective surface.
