Meet Jaylen Kellin Walker, more commonly known as Jay or Len among his family and peers. Jay was born on the 6th of July in 1994, making him 19 years of age. He was born in Germany, more precisely in a small, rural town in Schleswig-Holstein. While Jay fluently speaks both German and English, he only spent about seven years in Germany before the boy and his relatively big family consisting of his father Charles, his mother Anna, his two older sisters Sophia and Rose and his younger brother John moved to the United States. It was more than enough time for him to develop a German accent, although it's not nearly as noticeable as he himself believes it is. At first, Jay felt rather lost and misplaced at his new home, both the country and the large city he had been brought to confused him. In Germany, his family had lived in an old and large house surrounded by nature. Yes, living in a big city had it's advantages, who wants to drive two hours to the next large city to go to school or buy something specific, after all? Yet the young kid missed his old home dearly, disliking all the noise and the lack of nature. Jay had already been infected pretty early on at the age of six, so it was especially hard on him to be taken away from the animals and pets he had loved so much. His powers were dormant, but ever since he had been infected, Jay had taken a liking to animals, often times preferring their company over that of other children or even his family. His powers awoke maybe half an year ago and they scared him at first. He thought he was going insane whenever he felt exactly what an animal nearby was feeling and it got even weirder once he realized he could control them and make them do things for him. After a month or two, he finally began getting used to his new found powers and decided to keep quiet about them as to not be labeled a crazy freak.▐

Jay himself is a very charismatic and likeable person who easily makes new friends. He has a great sense of humor and can easily adjust to certain situations, moods or people. He's interested in many things and can lead long conversations about those topics, throwing in a compliment or random, usually funny or somewhat sarcastic remark. He doesn't get along very well with arrogant, stuck-up people, but he will at least try to be respectful towards them. However, don't expect him to try and be nice towards you if you keep annoying or insulting him.
Len grew up with two older sisters, so he himself isn't afraid to show affection like other guys. While he first just mimicked his sisters, he quickly noticed that liking someone wasn't a bad thing. Up to this day he's still puzzled as to why almost every guy seems to think they need to act all though. Some may even say that the male craves affection to an almost unhealthy extend, comparing him to a little puppy who's overly attached to his owner and constantly tries to get their attention. He doesn't have any problems showing his emotions, either, although he does conceal hurt and sadness a whole lot more than other feelings.
The male is rather laid-back and will most of the time appear calm and collected. He doesn't worry much about anything and likes to take things slow and one at a time to prevent stress. He's also pretty open-minded and doesn't mind trying new things or meeting new people at all. He doesn't see a point in lying to someone, even if the truth is harsh and hurts the other, so you can be assured that he will be honest with you. Unless the truth could possibly endanger someone he holds dear, of course. Holding grudges is another thing Jay usually doesn't do, at least not about silly and pointless matters. Sometimes he's even by far too forgiving with others, so sometimes his 'friends' did only take advantage of him.
