The fiery blonde haired beauty giggled along with her cousin, an adorable and melodic sound, at her playful cockiness. As they entered the girl's bedroom, she plopped down on her large bed, getting comfortable by leaning back on her elbows, listening as Finn spoke, watching her get one of her dressed out. She let out a low gasp, jumping up to her feet. It was gorgeous! Just her cousin's style. It was elegant but sexy, it was simple and beautiful, and would look perfect on Finn. "That is SO the dress you have to wear tonight! I swear if you where anything else I'll skin all of your fur off!" She was obviously playing around, of course. When the maid entered the bedroom with her dress, her smile grew even larger as she took it. It was much more her style. The top was a corset, completely covered In rhinestones. The bottom was huge, poofy, a perfect ballgown. The entire dress was a perfect mix of peach and hot pink, both colors that looked stunning with her skin tone.

A set of crimson silky-like material clung to my bare skin as it was suppose to as I admired myself in a mirror. The deep red dress was skin-tight just as I liked it. The dress was a petite strapless dress that flowed all the way to the floor, but was almost as tight as my corset. Long, dark chocolate hair washed down to my mid-back area as I began to determine whether or not I should wear this dress or my royal blue one. All night I had been debating between which dress to wear for the day since I planned on greeting my suitor, Stephen. Of course we greeted before, but I wanted to him to actually take interest in me. Lately, our conversations or when we spent time with each other was filled with unbearable awkwardness that was suffocating. So I came up with a plan to show him that I wasn't that bad to be around. Twirling a lock of my hair I glanced at the velvety royal blue dress and then back to the dress that I had on me. Finally, I stuck with the crimson colored dress and emerged out of my bedroom. Casually, I found Thayer who was with Stephen, Isaac, and Cecily. I couldn't help myself, but to accidentally ease drop onto their conversation about a party with the Capulets. "Sorry, I don't mean to intrude, but correct me if I'm wrong. We're having a party with the Capulets?" I didn't particularly like the Capulets since we were at war with them. A party, I would think, would be a disaster waiting to happen, but that's just me.

The petite, gentle young girl with the white-blond hair stared intently at herself in the mirror, looking at the simple white gown she held against her body. A dance was tonight, and while she normally didn't trouble herself with such trivial affairs, she wanted to look at least fairly decent tonight. Only problem was that she wasn't exactly good with "fashion". Even then, as she stood in the mirror, she was only wearing her father's old button-down work shirt, a pair of faded skinny jeans, and worn leather cowboy boots. Perhaps she should ask assistance from her friend Finn? The beautiful alpha would surely have no problem picking out a fashionable outfit! Perhaps she should call...? No, that wouldn't do. It'd be terribly impolite if she called while Finn was doing something important. Texting would have to suffice. Picking up her phone, she went through several possible messages in her mind until she decided upon one. "Hey, Finny! ^0^ Fashion emergency. A little help, please? . . . Or not. You don't have too, really. I'd hate to bother you about something so silly, after all. Sorry again for bugging you! ~Perry." It was a bit apologetic and odd, but that's how she was, always apologizing about silly things like that.

<<hope this is okay! ^^

With everyone who had come in Thayer had listened to them speak. Her brother, Stephen, stood behind her. He always made sure that the clan knew his place among the hierarchy. With a thin smile she turned to him. " It was not so much an informing you issue as much as a baby sitting problem." She gave a slight sigh. For hundreds of years she had promised her parents she would take care of Stephen and now it seemed that even though they had been together so long, they were so different. They had grew apart as the years went on. Looking him over she looked into his eyes. " Stephen it is of the most importance that you are not recognized tonight. I expect you to understand that. Consider a full face mask. The rest of the clan the Capulets are not as aware of, but you, I, and the rest of the elder vampyres are more familiar to those wolves. Our scents should be covered, as well as the lycans because of the amount of people, but beware of your mask. So do not take it off. That goes for everyone." She finished as she looked around the room.

At this time she heard Kitty. Although she was not very fond of the female, she gave a small nod. " We are going to join the Capulet's party, yes. I have deemed it safe enough and for the time being we all need a break. Do not take that as permission to cause mischeif. Like always, I expect you all to be on your most elegant behavior. Do not draw attention to yourselves. " Thayer gave a gentle not towards the window. " Now everyone go get ready. The party is starting at nightfall."

Finn gave her cousin a grin as she enthused about the red dress, then as Phoebe's entered the room Finn couldn't help but squeal and clap her hands. "Phoebe that's so beautiful that's going to suit you down to a T!" Finn smiled gleefully and then slid over to the make up table in her room and looked at her reflection, she wasn't unattractive, in fact, she thought she was quite pretty, certainly not beautiful, but more than average, however, her cousin was absolutely gorgeous, radiant and elegant in all that she did, she smiled fondly, she'd never felt embittered by this however, she looked at her phone in surprise as it beeped, ah Perry! She quickly text back well then, you better get your bum to my room! c: Phoebe and I are helping eachother get ready and there's room for one more! she looked up at Phoebe as she replied, "Perry needs help so I invited her up" she smiled and started applying eyeliner in a smooth, sleek line, she didn't want to overdo it, she then applied some smokey eye shadow and some scarlet lipstick, this made her eyes really stand out, which was perfect for her mask which was merely stick on but made to look as though it was lace, she then moved on to her hair and brought out some curlers, although her hair was naturally wavy, this would just add some definition.

"A dove minding my nest?" Cecily looked up at Isaac, laughter like chiming little bells. "I've no nest to mind, dear friend." She canted her head in inquiry as Stephen joined them in silence. "It seems my task was finished before I could begin," she greeted her cousin with an even smile. As Kitty, among the rest of the clan in small numbers gathered around their matriarch, Cecily quirked a brow, amusement flickering very briefly through her expression. Kitty. One of the youngest among their ranks, had a certain naivety and recklessness that only a fledgling could acquire. With this came a bit of a talent for picking away at the Thayer's patience a single word at a time. She quite enjoyed it.

Rising from her seat, the satin of her dress spilled over, following her elegant form; pooling slightly at her feet. "Of course, dear cousin," Cecily dipped her head in a soft nod, running her hand along her neck to sweep her long blonde hair over one shoulder. "Katarina, come with me?" It was phrased as a question, but her tone suggested there was very small small room for option.

Wesley sighed as she shoved him, rolling his eyes. "This cold as ice mask? You don't need to wear it all the time, you know." He waved her off, with a growl, charging off int he opposite direction, frustration radiating from him in waves like heat.

He turned his amber gaze toward the Montagues' rubbish of a territory, scowling. "Swine.." Something was up, it was too quiet.. Sitting on the window ledge, he stared at the ceiling before closing his eyes. At least there'd be a party to hold his attention.

Isaac chuckled, "perhaps a spider weaving her webs then," he uttered quietly, leaning over her shoulder so only she may've heard him. "Dear friend," His smile tightened, but quickly righted itself as the rest of the clan joined them. "Ah, Stephen, good morning." He smiled respectfully, regarding the two as Thayer spoke.

A party sounded dangerous to the threadbare true between them. It was unspoken, but crossing territory lines made them fair game. "It will certainly be an interesting night.."

Then this ebony bird beguiling my sad fancy into smiling,
By the grave and stern decorum of the countenance it wore,
`Though thy crest be shorn and shaven, thou,' I said, `art sure no craven.
Ghastly grim and ancient raven wandering from the nightly shore -
Tell me what thy lordly name is on the Night's Plutonian shore!'
Quoth the raven, `Nevermore.'

While the group began to disperse so as to prepare for the party this evening, Thayer gave a nod of acknowledgment then began to make her way to her room. Although she was hundreds of years old and should have been still calm about the party, her inner child played her mind. She had to admit that even she was a bit excited about this adventure. All the feuding and war took a lot out of her. Maybe not physically, but defiantly emotionally. Being the leader of the Montagues for so long had its benefits, but it also had its downfalls. She never had gotten the chance at a life.

Since she was only twenty-two at the time of her turning she had never found true love, never experienced how life was meant to be. By going to a party every few centuries she could sometimes trick her mind into thinking that she was normal and that vampyres were not real. Like she was just another young woman among the rest awaiting a handsome man to ask her to dance.

With a sight turn of her body she made her way into her bed chamber. Among it was a large closet, large windows that scaled the furthest wall, a grand wall of books, a piano, and the finest vanity money could buy. Out of all the objects in the room there were no bed. As others in her clan preferred to take on the appearance of sleep, Thayer spent her nights reading books or looking over the other vampyres that had slowly inhabited the world. Now in the warming heat of a party, she made her way towards her closet. Elegantly she passed all the outfits to the front and came to the silver door lined in gold at the back of her closet. With a swift movement she opened it, then clapped. The light shown on beautiful dresses of every color, each hand made and very costly. For parties Thayer never went cheap. This was her only time in which she could be that young woman again and she was not about to pass that chance up. She walked beside the rows of dresses until finally she grabbed one. She knew it would be perfect. She carefully took it from its hanging place and made her way from the closet. She opened draws as to find a mask, finally finding the one that matched her dress.

Slowly she prepared her self for the night. Her hair trailed in curls around her makeup and her black dress covered in stones corseted her body, then puffed out into a short cocktail style. She saved the mask for later at the party. For now it was deemed unnecessary. After about an hour or two she emerged from the bedroom. Pumps adored her her feel and the mask occupied her hand. She walked to the living room and looked out as the day light began to fall. A half an hour from now the party would be starting and for only a few hours she would be free.

The fiery blonde could not help but feel a bit dissapointed that the other girl would be joining them. She had sort of been thinking this would be one of those times when she and her cousin could talk, bond perhaps even, in private; a rare occurance. But it seemed as though fate was not on her side, at least not for this. Faking a smile, that looked quite real indeed, she nodded her head, setting her dress down. "Oh yes that's fine." She said, before grabbing the makeup she would need and heading into the bathroom.
]Instead of keeping her hair curly as normal, she took her time straightening it to perfection, even her stubborn side-bangs. When that was done, and falling smoothly down her back, she put her eyeshadow on, a gorgeous shimmering mixture of light grays and whites, like a reverse smokey eye, as well as putting on the perfect amount of white eyeliner. Following that, she put on her foundation and pink blush, and finally she applied her hot pink lipstick. Now done with that, she reentered the other room, putting herself in the dress, and looked at her cousin. "Could you tie the corset Finn?" She asked softly.

The handsome dark-haired lad allowed himself to roll his eyes at his older sister's comment. Sure, he was one of the youngest among their family, their clan, but that did not make him stupid. Some say that all young people are stupid, that they have to be, it's the only way to be old and wise one day. Thayer seemed to thin kthat way, at least when it came to him, but he disagreed. He could take care of himself. He knew better than to stupidly defy her orders, even as her brother, and he was not foolish enough to let the Capulets recognize him.
Shaking his head lightly as the group dispersed, he headed back to his room to get ready. He knew that he would not have as much to do to prepare as some of the woman, no scratch that, all of the ladies, but he also knew that he had better be one of the first ones ready, to be an example, or Thayer would have his head. Quickly, he dressed himself in a shimmering silver suit, which looked simply dashing on him, wanting to stand out; this was not something uncommon for the boy, especially when it came to social gatherings, and quickly tied on his blood red tie. Running a comb through his hair until it was perfect, he sprayed it a bit, so it would stay in place, before grabbing a mask, not a full face, as his sister requested, but nearly so, covering from his forehead to his cheeks, but not his chin/mouth, in pure red, matching his tie, and with little outlines of silver as well. Looking at himself in the mirror, he smirked, and then headed to Thayer's room, knocking on the door before just walking in. "Why dear sister, we match, practically." He grinned at her widely.
