Kacey nodded. "It makes sense. I have my nickname on my credit card and e-mail." she figured she was safe, she couldn't remember telling Kat what her last name was. When Kat mentioned that they weren't alone, Kacey's eyes widened. She nodded. She turned to look behind her and raised her index finger to her lips. She scared at the tree line with big eyes. She could see faintly in the dark the outline of something. Her stomach didn't flop, she actually felt calmed, more then usual. "Who's it?" she asked loudly and superiorly. She straightened up and stared off that the thing. She couldn't see it all, just a faint outline.

Marina's ears perked up at the sound of the voice, she let a low growl out again, dropping her giant head and stalking closer a bit, standing at the edge of the shadows of the treeline. She then sent a message through her unique telepathy, "Leave.." she said letting the thought enter Kacey's mind, it was in a low tone sent with another growl. She flashed her white teeth in the dark, the light flickering off of the pearly surface.

Kacey was rather rattled by the, thing, being able to send thoughts to her. Kacey shifted her weight and crossed her arms. Well someone fell out of bed this morning she thought, even though that was not the right saying. Kacey didn't care if the, thing, could hear her. She pursed her lips tauntingly. "No" she said. She looked to her side. "supernatural, she can talk in my head" Kacey assumed it was girl, her voice sounded feminine even with the deep tone. Kacey knew Kat was suspicious of Kacey being a supernatural, no hard feelings it was the same around the table. Kacey looked back. She could fear the hair on the back of her neck rise. It felt ere here all of a sudden. Kacey felt the reassuring pang of a pocket knife slicing at her ankle in her boot.

She let her tail swish and beat against the ground with a hard thud. She was getting furious.

Kacey raised an eyebrow. Well then, not a human, I would like you to know, I am not just a human she though. Usually she wasn't one to just give herself away, but this seemed to be one of those cases it was needed for survival. Kacey wondered if her ability would work against this creatures. Kacey was silent. She shifted to a running ready position, glancing at Kat to see if she was fallowing along. Who/what every this thing was it was not happy about Kacey walking around minding her own business in a friendly discussion with a friend. Kacey had a bone to pick with anyone who threatened her like this. Her hands retreated her sides in a ready position, like volleyball.

Marina was sick of this her wolf senses were telling her to just step in and rip these people's throat out, but now she wouldn't want to draw attention to her part of the woods and people claiming a murder case. She sighed breathing out, and low. She whipped her tail off the ground and looked through the shade. "We'll see about that" she said coldly to Kacey. She lifted her paw and stpped through the shadows and apeared in front of the two, an 8'ft wolf was surely something to see, escpecially when it could talk. She bared her fangs, "You sure smell human and look human" she said telepathically.

Kacey looked up at the creature that stepped out of the woods. If she was on a cartoon show and she had animal ears, they would have just sunk to the back on her head, flat to her skin to show how she felt below this towering, wolf. "I look normal, apparently I smell normal. But that doesn't mean what goes on up here" she said out loud, pointing to her head with a circling motion, the typical thing you would do in grade two to call someone silly, which was a big insult then. "What about you, you mustn't be real, bigfoot at max" she said out loud. She knew she was being an instigator, that was exactly what she wanted. Kacey stepped back so she didn't have to break her neck trying to make eye contact with, it. Should I make you scared of me or are you going to leave us alone by yourself, with no mental harm done. She asked in her head.

Marina bard her fangs, she twitched an ear as she heard Kacey speak and motion that apparantly someone was crazy, she didn't care, expect for when she asked if she was real. "Oh i'm very real, i'm your worst nightmare" she growled flashing her teeth and swishing her tail. She listened to Kacey's thoughts, "Scared? I think your the only one who should be scared, and the only one who should be leaving is you you broke into my territory" she growled. her eyes boring into Kacey's skull. "If you just left and made peace then maybe I wouldn't be so harsh, you know walking into a wolf's territory means war.

Kacey shook her head. "My worst night mare is going to be when people finally ..." she trailed off, to say that in front of even a teenager, was rude. "I am a human" she put up air quotations with her fingers for dramatic effect. "You are a, wolf, thing" she said. "I have no territorial means over you, I don't need to forest. You could have just let us be but now that you brought me into this there is going to be a nasty conversation" she spoke fast and firm. "I am not fearful. I am fear" Kacey became almost dizzy at the moment. This dizziness, the sensation she was falling struck up some memories.

She could see herself as a young girl laying in her bed while a music box played. The tune was a sad song, but it usually always but her to sleep. Kacey was not sleeping that night though, she had vowed not to. She was going to stay up until that hour she believed in, only kids experienced between 12 and 1 call 13-O. At that time you could see the person you missed the most. Anticipation got the best of her so of course she was back into bed with her father, like four year olds did occasionally. Her father had asked her that. "Scared. Only you should be scared?" he asked. He knew she was fear, it was effecting her mind and that young of an age.

It was not an important memory, the only thing nice she remembered of her dad. Her chest ached. She felt guilt in her stomach but she had no reason to. Everyone deserved just what she gave them. "Just because I, us, stepped into your territory doesn't mean you have the right to threaten someone of a totally different species of you" She puffed. With that she turned on her heels and took on a single step away. She stared off, debating on weather or not she should go forward to back the way they came.
