on december twenty-six, in 1996, in Zakynthos, Greece, Callista
Drew Philothea gave birth to her first two children, twins, a girl and
a boy. But the girl was special, her eyes were said to be the color of
the storm and she was said to act like the ocean tide, coming and
going. Her father's name was Arsenio Elias Philothea, and he was given
the rights to name her. Kallisto Karthea Eris Elissa Philothea, her name
may have looked weird on paper but it satisfied both sides of her family
plus her name had meaning, Kallisto meaning most beautiful, Karthea
meaning to have courage and heart, Elissa meaning wanderer and
Philothea meaning loving goddess. But everyone becomes confused upon
learning Eris means strife. Which she grew up to have a good share of.
Her father had to leave her at a young age to resolve a family conflict
and didn't return until she was seven. Some days she would wonder if she
dreamed up the days from when she was two and playing with her
father. Now, she's seventeen, and is quite the daddy's girl. when she
turned seven they moved to Denver, colorado and she was given a
snowboard and her father taught her how to use it. ever since then
she's been in love with the sport and has lived in America. every now
and then, she'll enter a snowboarding contest or go with friends. which
leads us to her love life. she's never really been in love with anyone.
she has of course dated a few crushes that she had. but no love.

allow me to introduce you to sydney marie montae. this nineteen-year-old bookworm is one that many people know can be entirely trusted. or, at least, in most situations that are involved. you see, sydney has alexithymia; otherwise known as the inability to understand emotions. at this point in her life it is still a major fetish. despite this unfortunate disorder, sydney would be able to take on anything in order to defend a loved one. though she may love many, not many notice her. her bashful, insecure demeanor often causes others to drift farther away. this isn't all that helpful with her dependent personality disorder as this blemish in her needs causes her to struggle in life without the certain guidance of others. in the interval of time between beginning to believe in the harsh words she'd heard of herself and now, sydney has had little-to-no help with the disorder and still struggles to make even minor decisions on her own.

sydney doesn't realize that her appearance is rather... attractive-- is that the word?-- towards most others. after all, she'd heard next-to-nothing about her appearance, not including the many insults that had been shot her way over the years. or, at least, when she bothered to even socialize with people. standing at the height of 5'8", with the weight of one-hundred and forty-one pounds she is relatively long-legged, slender and lithe. having been on both the track team and swim team in high-school, sydney knows how to use her height to her advantage and is quite agile. her hair is chocolate brown with blonde streaks dyed into the lower half and it falls down to about bellybutton-length; however, she usually positions her hair so it's cascading over one shoulder. her eyes are mint green with brown and blue flecks.

when it comes to romance, sydney is often often the one sending affection rather than the one receiving it. she had a few boyfriends in high-school, but they didn't even care about her over half of the time. she's the type of girl that would much rather stay in with a boyfriend rather than force him to take her out somewhere. movies, pizza, and a humongous fuzzy blanket is all she needs. and maybe a human pillow wouldn't be so bad, either. she currently has a severe crush on louis tomlinson, a member of one direction-- as you know-- but is in no relationship.

sydney is extremely touchy when it comes to her history. her mother and father, both twenty-three when she was born, constantly neglected her. they were the main reason sydney's dependent personality formed; they never offered her any guidance, so she ultimately craved the help from others. the thing is, not only did they leave sydney to basically raise herself and pay the bills but they occasionally got so aggravated over nothing that they would hit her. they didn't hurt her much, but they did it often enough that sydney grew scared of being touched. sydney was also consistently bullied in school, made fun of for her height, appearance, personality, broken family; just about everything.
