"You okay man?" I asked half joking. Socially awkward is the word that came up in my head, but those people have always been the most interesting. Especially the science geeks at the old lab, they were always stuttering and freaking out. I noticed some other kids I'd seen a few times too, we were all transferred here together. It's not like we knew each other or anything though.

They entered the cafeteria, the girl in the group rounding up from behind. "Hey, what are you're names? I don't think I caught them. My names Danny." He cheerfully said, if he were in any other form, his tail would be wagging quite fiercly. There were a few more students in the cafeteria, and Danny decided to plop down at a table where a girl with long brown hair and another sat. "Hey, mind if I sit here?"

Before he forgot about the two 'friends' who Danny came here with, he pointed toward the front doors, making sure they noticed.

I noticed the excited boy trotting over here. "Yeah, sure." I smiled scooting over some more. "I think I've seen you before... When we transferred," I whispered.

Danny took a couple seconds to stare at the girl then replied, "Oh yeah, you do look familiar...uhh, Caren? Was that you're name?" He honestly wasn't sure, and hoped she wouldn't become offended that he didn't know. "Sometimes my legs like to do the walking and I end up wherever." He laughed.

Shen:

Not sparing a glance back at the other people, Shen ran towards the doors and paused momentarily in front of them. Opening doors was a pretty new concept to her, too. She could feel the life in the garden calling to her, and scowled. Turning back around, she called out to the sunny-personality boy, who was talking to a girl. "Tell me how to open these doors." Belatedly, she added: "Also, thank you for helping me earlier." Her voice wasn't exactly grateful, but she was distracted by other things at the moment.

"My name's Anthony Ruanin, but I generally go by Tony." He said quietly, almost not noticing Danny walk away. He was left standing there, looking a little lost as the girl walked away as well.

"Hah, my name is Crystal, you can call me Chrissie though." I then added, "Well that's what your legs are suppose to do." I got up to get some more coffee. "Be right back," I said running over to get some more coffee. "Extra whipped cream for me please!" I exclaimed. I handed the lady some money they gave us, then headed back over to the table.
