superheroes. yeah right. you always knew that they were fake, the real heroes were the firefighters, police, the army for god's sake. but your right. at least about the 'hero' part. they aren't heroes, they're just people with powers, deformities, and immunity. they don't want to help the people for the greater good, they just want to stay hidden and under the radar, so that the government doesn't show up at their door as soon as they use these 'powers'. they're just children. but what happens when one wants to get out and expose the whole lot of them? and use their powers for evil? because, come on. whose going to stop them? that's where 'the corporation' comes in. they want they are the smartest and most powerful secret organizasion in the world. and they want the 'heroes' too come out and stop this madness. they try to recruit them, put alias on them, give them costumes, make them into the comic book heroes they were meant to be. but they resist, not wanting to be some iconic figure, a freak, a government x-file. it's a lot of pressure, being pushed and pulled into the range of violence, death, and war. can't the government deal with it? super speed, flying, laser eyes, fire breath, you name they've got it. most of them are afraid of being caught, the others are afraid of hurting people. the burning question in everyone's mind is why they wont join 'the corporation'. what if i can't save them. plus a few are afraid they might turn evil if they get a taste of what they can do. doesn't an addict get hooked on their first try? while all of this is happening the powerful man, for he gives us nothing to call him by, is taking over america. slowly working on rooting himself in our greatest capitals, striking fear into our hearts and minds. wrecking out monuments, stealing from our banks. america is crumbling, and our allies from the past are powerless to help us. so that leaves our army, wait they've been taken out. our police forces and fire fighters? too little to a force like this. that leaves them, the heroes. will you believe in them now?
