Jasmine Roseline WintersJasmine hugged her arms closer to her chest "Of course you are.'' she muttered under her breath "Great way of saying your lying to me. Not like thats something that is new" she said in a soft calm tone. She wanted to cry more but the tears wouldn't come. Jasmine gave up on the thought of hugging him, he seemed to be making up reasons to push her away. Jasmine bit her lip when he didn't bother to remember that her parents had always been working. Jake used to know that they did, thats why she had him around then when she was little. But then he was ripped from her and there was nothing she could do about it
Jasmine got in the car and set her stuff by her feet "I'm used to it." she shrugged "You of all people wouldn't know that" she said a bit colder than she intended it to be. "Sorry" she said and looked out the window. Jasmine wanted to cry even more now and throw herself into his arms and say
'Jake I can't stand it without you. The last few years have been h*ll and I haven't had anyone to talk to. I want my best friend back and sat in the tree house like we did when we were little but she didn't. Instead she said, "You can come over I guess if you want. I can make you a lunch since you were nice enough to take me home. We could go to the old tree house and eat if you're staying" she said softly, color flushing her cheeks from embarrassment of asking him to come over as if it were old times
Ryder James Markem Ryder focused on the road a smile on his face "Are my looks finally getting to ya?" he laughed and looked over at her briefly "Couldn't stop yourself for coming back to the Ryder experience" he laughed and looked back at the road. He turned a corner onto a barely lit road, trees blocking most of the light creating a green filter. Ryder turned his music up again but not as loud as before knowing that Kacey never really liked his music "You want your present now or when we get to the lake and sit down to eat?" he asked her and smiled slightly.
Ryder reached down grabbing the present holding it in his hand waiting for Kacey's answer. It was his mom's silver and blue necklaces, one of a few he grabbed before his uncle could pawn them. He also had his mother and fathers rings that he keeps on a chain around his neck, tucked under his shirt. The thought of his parents made a shiver go down his spine and he zoned out drifting onto the other side of the road. He swirved back quickly before an on coming car could hit them. He looked over at Kacey "Sorry about that" he said softly, looking at her worried. She was the only person Ryder truly cared about and if he got her killed he would never forgive himself. "I can just wait till we get there" he sighed
Ryder pulled into a small cleared area of gravel, parking his car and getting out still clutching the small box in his hand. He popped his trunk open and grabbed a picnic basket out. He walked to Kacey's door and opened it for her "Come on" he said shoving the necklace case in his pocket and offering her a hand.
She's probably not going to feel the same he thought nervously
(heres a pic of the necklace hes giving her:

and heres his that he wears (except the rings are both on one chain):

Leo's post for Kale_dragon_keeper:
Danny's alarm went off at its normal time, the loud beeping enough to elicit a groan from him. Reaching blindly, his hand beat at his nightstand until the noise stopped. A satisfied sigh escaped him as he rolled to the other side of the bed, slowly sitting up. It took him a moment to wake up enough to move, but he slowly stood and stumbled to his closet. It seemed to be a nice day out, so he pulled on a pair of khaki cargo shorts and a t-shirt. After slipping on his favorite pair of shoes, he turned and headed downstairs.
His father had been out late last night, so he thankfully wasn't awake yet. Another sigh escaped him as he moved to the cupboards, grabbing himself a cereal bar for the road. It joined his cell phone in his pocket as he closed the cupboard door and stepped through a side door into the garage. Both him and his father had cars, though his was, of course, of worse quality. His father owned a rather nice Honda, while he had an old Saturn. It worked, though, so he had no complaints.
He quickly slipped into his car and headed off to school for another boring day of classes. Upon arriving in the parking lot, he went towards his normal spot. It was open, so he took it of course. He quickly climbed out, grabbing his bag and heading for his first class of the day. Sadly, he shared no classes with Liz, but it was probably better than way anyway. Danny was always distracted by Liz, so it would be hard to pay attention with her in class.
The day flew by quickly, much to Danny's enjoyment. He wasn't sure what he planned on doing after school, but he hoped to find Liz and chill out with her in the field as normal. He could either give her a lift or meet her there, though meeting there was probably better. After his last class was dismissed, Danny headed back out to his car.
This one is Saiko Harem's post for writingrules
Mark focused on his drawing, adding the perfect shades of grey and black to almost seem like a black and white image. The water glistened lightly, see, king to ,move much like it did in reality, the sun hidden barely by the shinning sun. The bright white fraction of a sphere hidden by the glisten of the water. The surrounding mountains and trees, seemed to be paused in a moment of perfection.
He had not heard her , his perfect girl running up behind her yet, but yet he could tell she was close, so he rushed to finish it, make it look as stunningly a,amazing as she was. The thought of her alone caused him to blush, and smile, as he countined to draw and finished it as he heard her come up behind him. Ending with a perfect signature that is not similar to any others.
He blushed slightly when he heard her amazingly melodic voice, whizp into the air. His gaze shifted to her, and smiled as she adjusted her coat, which made her all the better, she was indeed the perfect girl for him, and he enjoyed her being with him. When that soft skin grazed his own, he smiled, and rested a gentle palm upon her soft skin, and spoke back ''it is supposed to be sunrise'' he smiled and wrote on the back ' to Nikki....from Mark')
