Have you ever though you were the only one?
Everyone has had a rough life. No matter what you think
everyone has. So what if you think you're perfect?
Or you think they're perfect. Did you ever think that they
could be faking it? Putting on a smile everyday so no one
would think you are having a bad day or anything isn't
going quite the way you want. Well at least that's how it
is here at Old North Ridge. Everyone is fake and acts normal
but behind every smile or masked look, the person has a
dark story. Maybe your a loner or a cheerleader but you might
have something in common. Just because you look happy
doesn't always mean you are, but maybe if you found one
person that will help you everything could get better.
The one person who makes it go away and makes you
feel loved. Its forbidden though, love isn't aloud in this town.
Unless its chosen for you that is.
There is a dark story the parents are hiding from everyone
so as a kid you want to break the rules, be rebellious, but
in the end will it all turn out the way you wanted?

The kids aren't seeming to understand the dangers of what they are doing. They can get us all killed easily. This place we live in there is no leaving. They don't get that we have to be happy. Our life is just one big show for people outside. The kids believe its 2013 still but on the outside its really 2168, they did it to "show" them what life is like but they don't get it and we can't say anything. We can't risk them falling in love just to have everyone killed in the end. This world we live in now is fake. We just need to find a way out of it without them knowing we want out.

We have found these notes from years ago but it worries us who wrote these and what they are up to now. They could make everything end in something worse. If they are alive and still here? That we don't know.

Meet Jasmine and Jake:

These two have been friends since they were little. But once they hit being teens there parents flipped out and refused to let them see each other anymore.
Jasmine keeps wanting to talk to him but now he's popular and nearly forgotten her. She missed talking in the tree house with him till midnight. Now that he's gone though, she has no friends and spends most of her time reading or drawing. At home things are hard, her parents are struggling to pay rent. Her father is stressed and she is always alone and no one wants to talk with he it seems like. She's lost and abandon needing someone to be there for her.
Jake is now popular and thinks Jasmine hates him. He keeps wanting to talk to her but she is so quiet now and always has her nose stuck in a book. If only he had fought to keep her by his side, maybe she would be the girl she used to be. Jake is struggling with grades and his parents are always yelling at him. Unlike most parents his are never happy and always ranting about something he never heard of.

Meet Kacey and Ryder:

Despite everything these to have been secretly seeing each other. There best friends and no one can get between them no matter what everyone else says to them.
Kacey is a sweetheart who is quirky, funny, and just trying to live her life. She's always trying to sneak off and see Ryder when her Mom and Dad don't stop judging her for who she is. They say she needs to calm down and forget all her dreams and Ryder too. But she can't. About a year ago when she got in a car crash and no one else came, he did. From that moment that he picked her up she knew she wanted to be more then friends. She doubted he didn't feel the same so she kept her mouth shut for once in her life.
Ryder is a daredevil who is wild and crazy. He loves standing out and not caring if people stare at him. He finds it amusing and will just act weirder if you tell him to stop. His parents aren't his problem though, they died. Killed while he was asleep to be exact. His is he can't stay away from Kacey. He cares to much about her. It may not seem like a problem to most but he loves her and she is the only thing he has in his life that matters to him. Her parents pull her away from him and shes spending less and less time with him. He wants to change it badly and quickly.

Meet Liz and Danny.

Liz and Danny have been together since Lila moved from Texas. They are madly in love and love to sneak out to movies and go to a field and chatter. They just want it all to disappear so they don't have to sneak out.
Liz is quiet as a mouse but loves talking. She is smart and never gives up when she fails. Which is a problem with her parents. She has always wanted to please them but nothing she does or says to them seems to matter. They act like she was never born, a mistake to them was all she ever was.
Danny is another jock but can't stand other popular girls who drool over him. The only one for him is his girlfriend Lila. He knows that she needs him and he needs her too. A year ago his mom passed away and his father became an alcoholic. He became abusive and hit Danny one night. All his father does is blame him for his mom's death.

Meet Niki and Mark.

These two met when they were both out exploring the woods when they bumped into each other. Niki was shy when she first met him but he brought out her wild side.
Niki is sweet caring and loving with a wild crazy side. Her problem is that her parents obsess over everything. They want her to be perfect but she hates perfection she loves when things are messy and weird. She then began meeting Mark in the woods and she fell head over heels for him. He was just like her.
Mark is quirky and weird but loves everyone and is a bit of a perfectionist. But he never corrects Niki or anything she does. She is perfect in his opinion but she doesn't know that he really likes her more than anything. His problem is everything is to normal at home. To unorganized for him too.

The Plot: These Teens are becoming rebellious and breaking the rules.
Most people don't question there parents and don't date but these kids are trying to.
Eventually the couples will meet up knowing that they are breaking the rules. They all
become good friends quickly but they find something else weirder going on at the edge
of the forest. One day Lila and Danny were on a walk one day and find something odd,
something that looks like a door. They choose to ignore it then but could it be the key
to there freedom? Then Jake over hears something about 2168, will this help them get
there freedom or drag them in deeper
(note: most of the couples don't start out together)

Please make your own forms for these and be descriptive and such I want to make sure you have a enough written. Feel free to change your character up a bit, please note that I would highly prefer you kept where they came from the same do to them being in a small man made part of the US all of the states are not actually created. Another thing is I would like there problems to stay the same just in case so we don't have any repeats and such

Jasmine keeps wanting to talk to heartthrob Jake Turner but now he's popular and nearly forgotten her. She missed talking in the tree house with him till midnight when they would sneak out together. Now that he's gone though her life has fallen apart almost completely. She has no friends and spends most of her time with her nose in a book or drawing all over the edges of her papers or in sketchpads she gets when her parents are doing well on cash. She loves the art room at the school and pour out all her feelings onto the paper or whatever she has in front of her. She has a low self esteem so she doesn't talk much or when you complement her she will think your lying to her. At home things are hard, her parents are struggling to pay rent. Her father is stressed and she is always home alone since her parents are at work. To her it seems no one wants to talk with her, the only person she had ever really opened up with was Jake. Once they hit teens though and she got pulled away she felt so lost and alone. She cries herself to sleep every night thinking something worse might happen. She needs someone at this point, someone who knew her well in her past. Someone to actually love her.

Daniel Milo Andrews was born to John Andrews and Anna Andrews on October 30th. He had a younger brother by 6 years named Nathaniel Robert Andrews. He never had any pets, and he rarely saw his extended family. Going through school, he found a love of sports early on while in gym class. As soon as he showed an interest and a talent for soccer, his parents started him in a program for youth sports. His love and talent of sport gained him slight fame in his school, and middle school herded him into the 'jock' clique. He never really made friends with any of the other jocks or even the cheerleaders, however, because they seemed rather shallow. Few other people would ever try to talk to him, so Danny found himself alone for a large part of his life. He met Liz after she moved up from Texas, and instantly there was a spark. They became friends right away, and soon became more. Danny knows in his heart that they are meant to be, and has been in love with her ever since.
About a year ago, however, tragedy struck the family. Danny's mom was returning from picking Nate up from a friend's house. It was late, and there was a bit of fog around. A deer jumped out in front of the car and his mom was barely able to avoid it. Missing the deer, however, sent them careening off the road. Both his mother and brother died instantly. Almost immediately after the accident, his father changed. He started drinking and became verbally abusive towards Danny, saying things such as 'if you would have gone, this wouldn't have happened' or that Danny was just 'a waste of space'. Only once was he drunk enough to actually his Danny, but it only resulted in bruises and a few cuts. Now, Danny knows to avoid his father most of the time.

Danny can be described with a multitude of traits, but a few stick out in particular. Those traits are: compassionate, stubborn, reserved, and loyal. Danny isn't going to follow the orders of those around him, but he is more than willing to help out others. If a schoolmate is struggling, he'll offer to help. He has coached peewee soccer on weekends, and he used to do his chores around the house with no complaints. If people start getting pushy, however, he'll get belligerent. He will do things if asked, but if ordered, you might as well forget it. The only exception is his soccer coach, just because he doesn't mean to sound like a jerk even if he does.
Though Danny is a jock, he isn't severely outgoing. Sure, he likes the occasional party and can talk to almost anyone, but his preference is just being with Lila or playing soccer. He also doesn't speak out much, unless someone really ticks him off or hurts Lila. Then all bets are off and he's after them. His loyal streak is mainly in terms of his love, but it's also towards his father a bit. He feels regret about his mother's death. If he had gone instead of her, she would be a live and maybe no one would have been hurt. He had just been too tired to go, so his mom had gone instead. Thus, he feels that his father's anger is justified towards him. He won't stand for physical abuse, but he tolerates the names and slurs.

Her mother used to call her Beth, so she does not like anyone else calling her by that name. Her father calls her Marie, but only when he is angry, so she can always tell, a useful trick to have up her sleeve. Her.. Well.. Boyfriend, sometimes calls her Lizzie-Bear, as well as basically anything else he can come up with.;;

She was born on a stormy night, with thunder and lightning all around the hospital, which was running on emergency power, due to the fact that they had lost their power several minutes before. ;;Elizabeth is known as the 'mother' figure among her friends. She is extremely kind and sweet, caring about everyone around her. She has a very long fuse when it comes to her anger, but if you do get to the end of that fuse, you had better hope that it is not you she explodes on. Her mother was bleeding far too much, far too quickly, and due to the power-outage, they did not have the proper working equipment to save her. She died hours after her daughter's birth. Her father was heartbroken, and he did blame it on the girl, as well as the hospital, which he sued, and eventually won thousands of dollars from. She had an older brother, who was three years older than she, and they were, unlike most siblings, closer than the water droplets in a pond. They had each other's backs when their father was too busy to care. Of course, like all of the other good things in her life, when she was thirteen, he got in a car crash. She had been driving, for he was teaching her how to drive. It was a drunk driver. Her brother, Steven, was dead before he knew what had hit him. His neck had snapped. Just like that, he was gone. Her father was driven nearly insane with his grief, and now he acts as if she does not exist, as if he wishes that she too were dead. She looks just like her mother had, and is a constant reminder of his dead wife, as well as the reason his son, his pride and joy, is also dead.;;

history :: jake still lived in the same home he was born in. he was raised up in a rich family and had a good friend, a girl named jasmine. they were close and he loved the time he spent with her. because of the bond that started when they were extremely young, she is the only person he likes more then a friend and wasn't shy to be himself. the source of his claustrophobia - only himself and jasmine know of this - was when he was eight and they had been playing. he got trapped in a wardrobe for an hour. what exactly happened inside it, he hasn't told. once the two friends hit teen years, their parents separated them. everything spiraled down for him. his parents couldn't stop arguing or ranting about things he didn't know a thing about. he struggled academically as well. he lost jasmine completely. the only good thing that has happened since is his popularity. he now wants to find the girl he grew up with and tell her about the emotions he never got to explain before hand.
