Primrose shook, managing to stand. "N-No!" she said, backing up until she was against a tree. "I just was out here...and I heard noises and...I thought it was a Walker...." she said. Her eyes were darting, looking for any possible way out. ANYTHING to get away with getting hurt. The knife Car; had pulled out had sealed the deal for her. These people could hurt and even kill her if they wanted to, and she would not be able to stop them. They would over power her.

[despairz]

Carl growls at her, the knife near her face, though she could have run. He wouldn't kill in cold blood. Slamming the knife back in his holster, he turns his back on her, walking away. He had clearly been injured, but she hadn't done anything about it. She was weak- and he could have killed her. Something about her- she survived that long. But she wouldn't be useful. No, she was scared of everything. She had been scavenging her life, probably only because she was with others. "Where are the rest of your people?" He asks, turnign back to her about 5 feet away.

Primrose stared at him a moment. "Their gone..." she said sadly. "I'm the only one left." she said, a small tear running down her face. "I've been alone through most of this, ever since my dog died I've had no one and nothing except myself, this bag, and my riffle." she said. Her eyes went back to him, and she instantly became tense, her grip getting even tighter on her gun. "Don't. Move." she said in a quiet, shaky voice.

Carl had already heard the walker. Snapping around, he dodges a bite, watching the walker fall to the ground. He slams his boot's heel into the walker's head, stabbing it in the head for reassurance. "I know what I'm doing." He growls. He knew better than to feel bad for this girl. He knew better than to feel better for anyone. "Come with me. And let me have your weapons." He growls, grabbing her rifle. "Now." He says, grabbing Charlie's hand as he walks, hoping the girl was behind him. He didn't mean it in a romantic way, just for reassurance. He knew little to nothing about... well loving someone. He didn't know what was considered flirting, since he was quite young when everything started.

Primrose followed, mainly because he had her gun. "Um, sir, you forgot one." she said, pulling a pocket knife out of her boot and holding it out to him. If they found it on her later, she could get into even more trouble. She looked at the dead Walker as she went by it, not even flinching at the sight of it. She was quiet after that, messing around with her two long braids and mainly keeping her gaze at the ground as she walked. Her eyes and ears and even smell were always on alert now, listening for dangers that could be hiding anywhere.

She was shocked to see a small girl be the shape that had made the noise, she figured it would have been a walker. Before she could say a word Carl was already yelling at the poor girl asking if she was a spy and such, She rolled her eyes "Seriously Carl? A spy? she's a young girl" she said placing her arrow back in it's quiver and strapping her bow on her back. She let Carl handle the rest she noted how he seemed to be so harch with the young girl, she was already scared enough and he wasn't helping. She followed after him, when she felt him grab her hand she wasn't sure how to react to it, so she simply let it happen casting glances at the girl hoping she followed. She sighed and took the knife from the girl giving her a reassuring smile "You'll be safe here" she said and placed the knife in her pocket and continued walking.

Prim said nothing and just kept walking with them and looking down. After a while she said. "I'm Primrose...." she said in a quest voice. She fiddled with her braids some more. The girl seemed to be kind enough, but looks can be deceiving. As for the man, he didn't seem to trust her very much. She could understand that.
