Centaurs were kind beings, despite their... threatening sort of appearances. That was, until, you did something to hurt one of their own. BUt he doubted these two teenagers would do anything about that. "I presume your friend is alive. But if I do not hurry, he could perhaps die of cold."

Riker almost fainted at that. "Lets go." she said, and looked at him. "So- dont tell about my animagus form, okay?" she asked, and shifted into her snowy owl form, and took off flying. She beat her wings against the wind. She could never see the world again. After that spell was used, it was gone. She hoped the centaur was following her.

As I walked out of the Slytherin common room I smiled as I roamed the hallways. I mostly roamed the hallways because I was bored of staying in the cramped up Slytherin common room. I wondered around before hearing someone's voice. All I could hear was Slytherin. I kept thinking that someone was looking for me but I knew that wasn't true because I have no friends being muggle born. I stood behind the corner trying not to be seen but soon I became curious and peaked around the corner to see what was going on. It seemed that a Hufflepuff was trying to be a Slytherin. I tried to keep my giggles contained while listening.

The centaur nodded, before he held tightly to the boy and began to speed up, until he was running alongside the owl. It took them a few minutes to reach the edge of the forest, which was when he stopped. "I cannot take him further." He said, gently placing the boy on the ground. Before she could even say her thanks, he quickly sped off, disappearing behind the thick trees.

Riker shifted back, and grabbed his body. She made a 'oof' sound when she almost dropped him, but she overpowered herself. She lugged the body to the castle, and used her wand to open the door. She looked at the stairs, and made a weird face. This might take a while.

Ashleigh felt rather warm near the fire. Being from a more balmy area of the United States, the cooler weather at Hogwarts seemed just a tad chilly to Ashleigh. She brought her legs up into her chair, hugging her knees tightly to her body. She rolled her eyes playfully at Cyrus' comment. How could someone feel bad about getting a gift for Christmas? "That's what people do, Cyrus. They give each other gifts," Ash explained. "Besides, it'd make at least one person feel good to give you even the smallest of gifts. The blonde loved seeing the looks on her friends' and family's faces when they unwrapped a gift - a look of pure joy and excitement. She smiled at this thought, wondering if she would ever see something like that on Cyrus' face. Surely it could happen. "And as for my gift," Ashleigh said furthermore, "I would love to see you happy."

Abbey turned the page, but jumped at the sound of footsteps, and the slight vibrations in the ground. She closed her book quietly, and used the Nox spell to dim her wand. She peered out from behind her tree, to see one figure carrying? another figure. Abby quietly slipped her book into her bag and pulled her bag's strap across her body. Climbing to her feet stealthily, she tip-toed over to investigate. Seeing it was only a girl, she announced her presence. As she drew closer, she noticed it was a boy she was carrying. Abby hurried over to help. "What happened? Do you need help? Is he unconscious?" she blurted a million questions at once.

Abby placed her wand into her deep robe pocket, and grabbed one of the boys arms to help her carry his weight. Upon looking closer at the girl, she noticed it was Riker Samuel, the Gryffindor Prefect. Her head spun as she tried to guess at what had happened. Maybe it was a dark wizard, who was trying to infiltrate Hogwarts or something. Whatever it was, she must stay calm. Abby knew that the girl beside her was blind, so she would need to help even more. She watched the girl's face for her approval to help her.

Riker jumped when someone announced their presence. "Apollo and I where in the Forbidden Forest when he fell into the creek, and a centaur saved him- yes hes unconcious." she said, all very fast. "We need to get him to the infirmary before he does die from the cold!" she said, and took out her wand, casting a heat spell on him. "This might help." she said, and started walking up the steps. "Maybe if I get my firebolt it will hold both of us." she said, out of breathe. "Then I can get to the infirmary faster." she said, and looked over at the girl. "Should I?" she asked.

Abby felt bad for making her jump. Of course! Why didn't she think? She was blind; she wouldn't have seen her coming. After getting over frightening the poor girl, she listened carefully to her story. Why would they be in be Forbidden Forest? If a boy's life hasn't been at risk, and Riker wasn't a Prefect, Abby would've definetly docked some house points here. But the situation was too dire, and Abby had a heart for helping people. Riker was right. The boy could get hypothermia and possibly die, (but it was very unlikely). But Abby still stressed the situation. She nodded. They would need to keep them warm while they transported him to the infirmary.

Firebolt? Abby grimaced. She'd never been one to fly on brooms. That's why she spent her entire fouth and fifth years straining to achieve her animagus form. But Abby shrugged. Maybe it would hold, maybe it wouldn't. But it would definetly get them there much faster. As long as they weren't stopped by a teacher. She nodded. "If you could, that'd be great," she whispered, afraid to attract any unwanted attention. Abby still couldn't imagine how a blind girl played Quidditch. Especially as a Seeker. But she didn't judge easily, and Riker was a very nice girl. She adjusted her bag at her side with one hand, and struggled to manage the boy's weight with the other.

➸Selenia Beauregard, has a life in two different dimensions, or at least, that's how it feels. At first her parents believed she was a squib. Selenia attended a a muggle school for quite sometime. Her first accidental magic experience happened on her 11th birthday. She was in bed staring at the ceiling, when it started to snow. Flakes falling onto her and her bed. She then left her friends and headed to the Hogwarts, receiving her acceptance letter minutes after her experience. And unlike her parents who were both placed in Slytherin. The minute the sorting hat touched her head, she was placed in the Ravenclaw.Though quite hoenstly she acts like a Gryffindor. Ever since that first day at Hogwarts, she has studied magic quite hard, spending a quarter of her spare time studying. The other quarter is spent playing tricks and pranks, enjoying her time. The other half is spent in her other form. An arctic wolf. Though no one else is aware of this. Selenia does this in secret. Hiding in the forbidden forest.
