Ferris sputtered, attempting to catch her breath. Was he calling her attractive? She was the "distraction" right? Her person lowered to sit. She nodded a moment "Aye sir, if you think me best for the part. Well I mean... If you think I can accomplish that the way you want. Er- what I'm..." She went pink "Aye Aye sir..."

{ Felicia Russeau}
Graceful as the Doe, Stubborn as the Wild mare, Brave as the lioness

Lady in waiting|| Seventeen|| Single||Crushless|| With: Lady Bellamy and Lady Jaquette

Felicia smiled politely at them both, as they greeted her. the brunnete then turned her attention to Jaquette as she spoke and nodded slightly. her hands rested on the sides of her traditional dress, as the young lady spoke.
It's a good idea, Lady Jaquette.
She answered softly.a light smile appeared on her lips as she ended the sentence, and she started walking with them up to court. As she walked, she was careful not to trip on her own dress. She had to admit, all the dresses were wonderfully beautiful. but at times, they could make it hard to move around the palace.
Beauty has a price, I guess
she thought. well, she has used to dresses already anyway. the only thing she wasn't used to, were the corsets all the noble ladies, including herself, had to wear to keep posture. to keep looking noble. it was very uncomfortable. specially when they tightened it. She kept walking, and shook the thoughts out of her head easily as they neared the court.

(I'm on everyday, as well. XD I lost the link to this RP, sorry for not posting!)

Lenwood Greene - 17 - ship's deck

Len grinned; he guessed easily where Ferris's thoughts were running to.
"I see," he teased her lightly, turning his attention back to the ocean - and the swiftly-approaching Paris.
The sun glinted off the waves in broken fragments of light, making him squint as he gazed out to land; the first land they had seen in many months. He was looking forward to finally getting back to port; he loved the sea, but it would be a pleasant change to feel solid land beneath his feet and eat food that wasn't infested with maggots.

He started when the captain's voice rang sharply through the air, calling for Ferris. He watched the interchange curiously from above, grinning at what he saw. The smile faded from his face as he slowly understood the captain's plan; they truly were going through this mission of revenge, then.

He slid down from the rigging and tentatively approached him. "Captain Morris," he started. "We're going to be running through this plan, sir?"

Jacquette Lisette♛
Lady in waiting, nineteen, Palace Versailles. Tagged; Lady Bellamy, lady Russeau and Duke Bonflis.

"Then let us head towards the throne room. I am sure lots if unexpected things will happen there." Offering a smile to both of the ladies, she then made her way forwards and down the golden and white corridor that ended in a large arch, welcoming access to the throne room. Every so often, her eyes would drift to the walls and the elaborate paintings that sat proudly. Around them, the walls were also encarved beautifully and it made her wonder for a split second of just how much money this Palace, by the name of Versailles was worth. However when passing the last window her attention was quickly switched to the loud and elaborate sound of the court. It made Jacquett's heart beat a little faster and glancing back to see if the other girls were following her, with a high held head she enters the room with the two ladies stood by her side. Jacquette knew that the Duke she had promised to sit next to, to her conceit dismay would soon find her but she tried to remain royal like; proud and caring. Slowly she walked more into the room and nodded gently to the people that she knew. This was Jacquette's way of welcoming people and she hoped that other people would follow in her league. After all, many people in the court were quite dangerous if you ever started a conversation and Jacquette knew this all to well!

ALEXANDER LOUIS BONFILS
duke of normandie

The gentlemen always entered after the King and Queen. Duke Bonfils had taken his seat a good couple of minutes ago and now he sat at one of the more prominent tables, closer to the High Table, as his position of Duke required. Many other gentlemen were seated besides and around him, but he had been careful to leave an empty, plush seat next to him for his companion to sit. His spine was remarkably straight, his head held high, a napkin neatly over his lap and plate empty until everyone had sat down, for only then they could begin. It was terribly rude to begin the meal when not everyone had arrived.

The soft padding of leather shoes alerted Alexander to the presence of ladies and he looked up to see the young Jacquette, his companion. He had managed to secure her place next to him, although many of his fellows knew of his seductive nature, which had already lead to a couple of illegitimate children. Rising to his feet, Alexander pulled out the seat besides his own, inclining his head in a welcoming nod and gesturing with his hand for her to take a seat. The corners of his lips tugged into a small smile.

Claudette Diane Bellamy
Lady Bellamy, but call her Claudette
Female, could you not tell?
Single but looking for love
Lady Bellamy is currently relaxed and hopeful
She is currently with Jacquette, Felicia, and the Duke
As I see the expression on the duke's face my nose scrunches up in disgust. Men who treat women like objects that you can use once and then throw away are not exactly my cup of tea. Though I can not say that I know much about the duke, I can say I have heard of his reputation as a ladies man. I flash Jacquette a look that says good luck loud and clear and I then gesture for Felicia to join me as I find a seat at the same table. "I apologize for these seats. They are at one of the top tables but honestly not prime seats..."I say to the other woman as I look from side to side at the rows of men looking at me curiously. I am sure they know who I am. Almost everyone knows the name Claudette Bellamy, Lady of the king and queen's court. I am known as not only one of the highest ranking females in the French monarchy but, unfortunately, young and beautiful. The fact that I am high ranking in combination with my youth and beauty make me fall prey to many eyes when I walk in a room. You may be thinking, isn't that a good thing? Well, it isn't if you dream of one day being able to do normal things that a normal woman can do. I happen to have that dream deep in my heart.

Ferris's beatiful features almost sunk as she recognised his trace of thoughts- watching his facial expressions carefully. She was good at reading people. Dissapointment crossed her lips, pulling her brows together in a deep frown. "I'm not nervous..." she mumbled "Not about that..." she sighed, fixing her clothes. She had a question- or actually, a few questions. One of which she could ask. The other of which she could only ever dream he'd ask himself. But he didn't see. Her captain- no... -the- captain didn't see. Couldn't see. As if he were blind to her completely. She was a prop and she knew it. Nothing more than another crew member- only a pretty little distraction. And that's what he'd called her. That's what he said she'd been doing just that morning. She held her hopes so high, and her heart in her hands for him to take and do as he wished with it. Was she not good enough? The frown deepened as she hunched her shoulders. "Where are we getting the material for me to sew with?" she asked dully. She was both excited for, and dreading this mission.

Lenwood Greene - 17 - Ships's deck - I'm on my iPad so formatting will be bad, sorry

Len's face broke out in a sheepish smile and he shook his head. "No sir, definitely not," he replied. "I've just never heard a crazier - or more genius - plan throughout all my years of sailing with you."
Still shaking his head, he took his leave with a friendly wave and headed over to the now-empty railing. Paris loomed closer than ever; he could already spot the dim lines of buildings and the docks coming into view. It would be but a little while until they weighed anchor, dropped canvas and came ashore.

Again, the slight doubts crossed his mind. He disliked the royals as much as the rest of his fellow crewmembers, but was frankly worried about the casualties that would be almost certain to follow their attack. How many deckhands would they lose? the odds were literally ten to one, what with the French guards and the military that protected the port.

{ Felicia Russeau}
Graceful as the Doe, Stubborn as the Wild mare, Brave as the lioness

Lady in waiting|| Seventeen|| Single||Crushless|| With: Lady Bellamy and Lady Jaquette

Felicia walked towards the court along with lady Bellamy and Jaquette. she seemed to he\old her own hands together as she walked gracefully, letting her eyes explore the beautifully decorated halls, admiring the paintings, wondering how much time was it necessary to make such a beautiful piece of art, also sometimes trying to remember the names of the different painters she could recognize, basing in her studies of arts. Felicia seemed to like that subject. it was, along with literature and some others, some kind of entertainment to her. even though she would usually prefer to be outside in the gardens, and she would be asked to pay more attention from time to time.
Before she could realize, they were finally at the court. people was arriving. kings and queens first of course, along with gentlemen right afterwards. keeping her head high, she turned her gaze to Jaquette smiling and nodded politely.
Hopefully, you'll be right, miss Jaquette
the young lady said softly. she walked gracefully, giving kind smiles to those known to her. She noticed the duke's attitude towards Jaquette she didn't say anything. she knew the Duke quite well. he was known as a womanizer among the ladies. many ladies seemed to like to mention him during their casual conversations. most considered him attractive. and indeed, he was. but Felicia wasn't one of the women that would offer her hand in marry to him. She had the strong feeling he just liked to play along with women. and she didn't like that at all.
As she started following Claudette, she gazed back at Jaquette, just to give her a polite nod and to flash her a smile. She slowly took the seat lady Bellamy had found, fixing her dress gently, to sit properly. She smiled politely to the woman beside her.
You don't need to worry, Claudette.
She reassured her. her eyes moved around lightly to notice the gentlemen looking at them. their eyes were curious. as if they wandered the reason of them sitting there. Even when for now Felicia didn't seem to have luck to find a decent men, she still seemed to be considered attractive by many. Claudette, looking more mature, seemed to capture their glances more often. but still, Felicia's beauty was undeniable. looking so innocent, yet so beautiful. this, somehow have had brought a few lads with bad intentions. luckily, Felicia knew how to defend herself from those. She kept her posture, as she politely waited for everyone to be ready to start with the meal.
