Yes, the dreaded rules... every rp has them... I'm going to try and make this quick... if you have any questions, comments or concerns, please feel free to PM me and I'll get back to you as soon as I get your message.

♀ Concerning your characters ♂
First off, I do not care how many characters you bring in as long as you can handle them all... Secondly, all character types welcome... meaning all races, sexual orientations, heights, weights, etc... But make sure your character is 100% human. Obviously no Gary or Mary Sues, everyone has flaws your characters are no different. I'm not a stickler for even gender ratios, however Io not want to see twenty girls and only five or six guys... If the gender ratio gets too uneven, I will close down the more popular gender for a bit... Oh, and this is not an anime based rp, so no anime pictures for your characters.

☠ concerning violence and drama ☠
Lets face it, there is going to be a bit of drama in any rp... as well as a fist fight or two... But that does not mean send your character trolling for a fist fight or an argument... it gets old really fast. That said, bring in drama, but don't overload the rp with it. If you think you have a good idea for the rp's drama factor, please message me and we'll see if we can work it in. Obviously there shouldn't be any reason for your character to be killing another character, so clearly killing off other peole's characters is a no go.

ღ Concerning character relationships ღ
Ahhh, romance... something that worms its happy little way into every rp... No characters that you own shall be together in the sense that they are dating or crushing on each other, that takes away some of the fun for the rest of us. I don't care if you bring in a character who is related to a character already in the rp as long as you have permission. No instant couples, instant crushes, fine, but no instant couples. A relationship isn't like instant potatoes "just add water and POOF", no they take time to develop in real life as well as in this rp. Same gender relationships are encouraged. If you do not like it then either don't join or join with a "straight" character.

✍ Concerning your posts ✍
Now this is an advanced rp... meaning I want to see no less than two paragraphs per post with proper spelling and grammar intact. Use some form of OOC when you're not speaking in character. I am going blind, so please use a large font size, I will be using size 150... You probably will notice that I will not include a "bio outline" for you to fill out. There is a reason for this. I want to see how creative you can be with your bios. Also, please do not quote your bios or other posts... that drives me crazy... If you edit your bio post, just let me know in a PM or in the OOC part of your next post. I also cannot stand pure OOC posts... They drive me crazy where people are actually posting and there is roleplaying to be done. Obviously no spamming my thread or advertising, you get the idea. Also guys and gals, please do not go more than two pages without me. Having to come back to a bunch of pages I am not a part of tires out my eyes before I ca even post and is irritatingly time consuming.

Everyone has their own experience in high school... or any school for that matter... Special schools like this one are of no exception. Welcome to Starlight Rose Academy. The number one private school in the country. The students here are either quite smart and actually might make it somewhere in the world... or incredibly rich and will forever live off of mommy and daddy's money for the rest of their lives... The ages of the students here are the same as your normal high school... anywhere from 15 to 18. Now that you know all that information.. lets focus on the main thing about this school... Since the first year of it's existence, there have been two types of students... the crows and the butterflies.
The butterflies are those rich kids I mentioned before... They've got more money than they know what to do with, they tend to look like movie stars... yeah... them.... the ones "normal" people tend to see and be like "must be nice to live a life so grand".
The crows... these are the kids that are her purely because of their brain. These kids actually have to work for their money. In this school, they are the misfits. The crows are often the mathletes, nerds, geeks, etc. who were invited to the school strictly on a "we can offer you great scholarships and attending here will look great on your resume when you get older" kind of thing.
Now, back when SRA was founded, the butterflies decided to make a game out of the crows. Each butterfly was in charge of completely transforming a crow from the "sorry excuse" they are to a "beautiful being" like all the other butterflies. This tradition is still quite alive today... only thing is... the crows have no idea what is going on.
You might be wondering what the whole reason for this is... well the butterflies make it a sort of contest. Each of the crows have to be transformed before the end of the year dance. The "Queen Butterfly", who was the one who "won" the previous year examines each of the crows that made their transformation and picks the one she things has come the farthest away from what he or she used to be. The winning crow is made the "queen" or "king" of the end of the year dance while the butterfly who was in charge of that crow is made the "ruler of the school" or rather "Queen Butterfly" the following year.

At the school
Dorm rooms:
Each dorm room has two twin beds, a book shelf, a desk and a closet on either side of the room. Students are allowed to decorate their side of the room however they'd like... with the exception of painting their walls.

The common room:
The common room is one large room that connects the boys and girl's dorm sections. The common room has several large TVs with many different channels, game systems, DVD players, etc. hooked up to them. There are also several recliners, sofas, bean bags, etc. within the room for students to sit and relax on.

The "chow" hall:
This is a very spacious room with many different tables for the students to group together and chat at while eating their daily meals.

The gym:
The gym is a large building that has three dferent floors. The first floor is used for many different sports. The second floor is a track that over looks the bottom floor. The third floor is where you will find all of the exorcise equipment like treadmills, ellipticals, etc. as well as weight lifting machines.

The Pool:
There are two pools on the campus. One is indoor, connected to the bottom floor of the gym while te other is outside behind the dorms. The indoor pool is used for the swim team and what not. The outdoor pool has a hot tub, waterfall and sunning deck. The outdoor pool is heated and used for relaxation during free time.

The classrooms:
All of the classrooms are relatively the same... of course some have things that others do not depending on what is taught in them.

The library:
The library is a very big room with shelves covering the walls of both floors. The library also have conference rooms and a computer section. There are many tables and couches for students to sit on/at while reading and studying.

Off campus
During Friday night, Saturday and Saturday night the students are allowed to leave the campus and visit the town. In town there are many shops, cafes and many other things. The town itself is very small... very few people actually live there. There are no bars and what not, so the students can't get into very much trouble with underage activities. There is however a nigh club that caters to young adults and teens.

Aeryn is the quiet type... She's never been one to really "get out there" and socialize... thus she's never really had any friends... don't get her wrong, she'd love to have some... but her studies and what not tend to take up all of her time. Aeryn is the type who'd rather stay locked up in her room studying for her classes rather than go out and party due to her social awkwardness when it comes to crowds. When she isn't hiding away in her room, she is probably in town at the community garden or volunteering at one of the pet shelters.
Aside from reading and writing, Aeryn enjoys the flora and fauna whenever she can.

Personality:
Charlie is a bit shy, well she likes to keep to herself. She doesn't like how a lot of people are attending the school because of their parents money. Its makes her mad seeing them with all their money and how they didn't have to work as hard as she did to get into this school. Charlie does have a nice, friendly, loveable side to her, but sadly she doesn't show that to people a lot unless you become a friend she can truly trust (Which isn't often). Her personality will change/ develop as the role play goes.
History:
"I rather not talk about that."
Her mother died when she was young and her father became a drunk. It became bad where she had to be put up for adoption with her younger bother. She was 7 and her brother was 4. Her brother was adopted quickly and she was separated from her brother. She stayed for adoption until she was 10, then finally a family took her in. She doesn't consider them her family and she doesn't like them due to how they treat her like a defenseless child. So you can see where she might have some trust issues.

Charlie looked around at the school. Her blue eyes scanning it all. She clutched the strap of the messenger bag that she carried and then started walking towards the 'Chow' hall. It was morning and Charlie had thought it best to eat before class. Even though she dreaded the cafeteria. All the people in their own group, with their own cliques. She hated it because she could never seem to be part of any group. Like none of the groups would make her feel like one of them. So she tended to float around from group to group or just sitting off by herself even if that meant to eat sitting on the floor. Charlie entered the hall and she sighed in disappointment. It was full of people who were talking, but this was a bit different. She knew how middle school was since she had just came from a middle school, but this seemed different from regular high school. There was a bunch of pretty or good looking people sitting all together then there was smart looking people sitting together. They seemed split in two different groups, then those two groups split into smaller groups. Charlie pushed back her bangs and started walking to get food. She had got a banana, bagel, and a cup of milk. She found a place at the far corner of the hall that had a table that no one was sitting at so she sat down and ate by herself.
