with crime just about off the face of the earth, the police force can finally catch a break, and their partners as well. but a few months later, the government calls them back to duty, when the CIA suddenly disappears and they are closely followed by members of congress and the FBI. a few months into the investigation, you find a few of those missing members dead, and mauled in an alleyway, far out of town. going home, to file a report that you found the missing people, your partner starts acting weird. growling at you, almost like it's trying to tell you something. getting home, you return downstairs after filing a report, to see you partner, or what was your partner, standing there watching you. not your k-9 partner, a human. you asp as your partner walks around you slowly, eyeing you over, ever so carefully. you open your mouth to speak, but your partner holds up a hand, signalling for you to stop. " relax, i'm your partner, i may look different, but i wont hurt you." you hear it say, feeling a sudden pang of fear. you gasp softly as you hear your partner chuckle, shaking his head slowly. " not now, theirs a crime to investigate "

- it's the last day of vacation time for the team. the weather looks horrible, and it looks like a bit of snow could be in the forecast for next week. it's just above 34°Fahrenheit, and it's quite chilly. it's the middle of fall, and everybody want's to have their vacation last longer. but it almost time to go back to work and find those last few missing people.

Felicia doesn't trust others easily, she is constantly paranoid and is quite pessimistic. She just cannot control the worry that eats her up everyday because there are always so many ways things could go wrong. She isn't as socially awkward as she may seem though, it just takes longer to become someone she can call a friend. She is sensitive and words hurt her easily but she is strong and is a master at hiding her emotions.

Felicia's parents constantly lied to her as a child and she never found out that she was adopted until she turned 17. She hated them for it and soon grew paranoid that everyone she knew was lying to her. She isolated herself from the world for awhile and she didn't know what to think of anything anymore. Until she found her job as a cop with a k-9 companion. It was the perfect thing for her to rely on, an animal rather than a human and she began to calm down a bit. Her job relaxes her now and though her worry hasn't completely faded away it isn't as loud as it was before.

August is loyal though and won't ever leave your side once he has bonded with you though it can get a little annoying after awhile. He is brave too and often acts before he thinks and believes that actions speak louder than words. He's all about doing.

His strength and abilities were put to good use in his training and in his job. Before the force August was abused as a pup and was let loose on the streets, he was extremely dangerous back then. But now he only hurts others when he is told to. Though sometimes the temptation is too much to withhold.
