Its 2017, the Kaiju have been battling with earth's forces for four years. Though there has been significant progress in our defenses of the coastline more improvements have to be made. Through the Jaeger Program the Pan-Pacific Corps have been able to hold back the Kaiju for now. But a new break through has just come in, the Mach 3 model Jaegers have just been completed. The Pan-Pacific Corps are now recruiting for the pilot program. The most unlikely bunch has ended up here looking for a chance at glory but only 6 people will be chosen to pilot these new Jaegers.

Under the direction of Marshal Jack Merlotti of the Pan-Pacific Corps 4th division, these recruits will become the defenders of earth and Kajiu destroyers.

1)This is a semi-literate+ to literate roleplay at the very least I expect to see 6-7 lines
2)Have a knowledge of the movie otherwise it makes it hard to progress through the story
3)There will be lots of action in this rp but remember to keep it PG-13
4)I will allow for some romance but it is not the main plot
5)Remember that Jaegers are not indestructible, so no power playing
6)Be sure to post frequently this means once every two days
7)Follow normal CS rules

The Soldier Boy and the Wild Child

He is a seasoned veteran who has been fighting since the Kaiju first arrived. The marine is disciplined and respectful which usually leads him to be quiet. Make no mistake though when he needs to turn up the heat he will turn into a killer. She is an off the wall, tough girl. She gets into fights without a second though and loves to prove she is on top. This lead her into trouble her choices were jail or the Jaeger Program. She chose fighting giant sea monsters.

Together they pack a lot of power and heart but they can have their differences in opinion.

Dani California and the Crazy Train

She was a peaceful fun loving girl who did not have a care in the world until her older brother died in the initial years of the Jaeger Program. That's when she decided to join up to keep the memory of her brother alive. She's normally easy going and accepting of everyone though she does have trouble with her own mind in the Drift. He is adventure seeker who thought it would be the biggest thrill to join the Jaeger Program and battle creatures from the deep. He is very high strung and completive with his other program mates. Also, he is not afraid of any challenge.

Together they are unpredictable and tough but they sometimes have issues with the Drift.

The Rolling Stone and 'Roxanne'

He is a wanderer, never staying in one place for long. He has no family as he lost them to the first Kaiju attack in San Francisco. He is not very trusting of anyone so he can seem a bit cold. The Rolling Stone joined the program to find some purpose to his life. She comes from an abusive family so se is also very untrusting. The program is somewhere she has always thought she could be accepted. Roxanne is used to putting everyone before herself. She is courageous and unafraid to take a necessary risk for the good of the group.

Together they are very strategic and creative however they past makes it hard for them to trust their teammates and each other.

Vincent grew up in a military family. Both of his parents were marines his older sister is a sniper in the Army Special Forces and his younger brother is a Recon Marine. He became an officer through college but fully devoted himself to combat when the Kaiju first landed in San Francisco. Although he is tall he also very well built which usually intimidates people. Despite that he is a nice guy who knows how to hold his tongue. The marine is a calm respectful person so long as you don't push his buttons. Otherwise he can become a that well trained killer that was handpicked for this program. Vincent is dedicated to defeating the Kaiju and keeping the Pacific a safe place.
