He's classic and enjoys simple thinks. Like taking a walk, or sitting at home watching people go by while playing some Sinatra. Of course, he also enjoys a good rush. Amusement parks, traveling, etc. Ryan loves it. He's a kid at heart, but his true love is writing.

Ｄｉｓｌｉｋｅｓ
Materialistic people, when he has writer's block, losing his notes, forgetting things, and an uneventful day all bother him. He's also odd in a sense that he hates coffee, but darn it if he is up writing at night he'll chug some down. Ryan hates the fact he does things for the sake of his writing.
On a side note, he hates how his latest novel has been turning out. Something's missing...

Ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌｉｔｙ
He'll always be a kid at heart, as well as nerd. Star Wars, Star Trek, D&D, etc. He's done it, and admits to it. Ryan's an honest guy, he can be a sweet heart as well, but honestly the guy just goes with the flow, teases in a friendly way, and looks at the world differently than others. In his head, he's the hero of his own story and his books are all his dreams made into someone else's reality.

Ｈｉｓｔｏｒｙ
Ryan grew up in a small town in Michigan. He was an only child with a single mom, one best friend from kindergarten until his senior year of high school, and all his life wanted to be a cop. You see, he had this dream of helping people. Doing something more with his life. He didn't want to be teased all his life for having big dreams for a town too small.
He ended up going to college for a criminology degree, and in his third week there, realized his professor was his father! The two disagreed on everything, and over all the rest of Ryan's college life was poor at best. So one night, he decided he was going to rewrite his life story into something he wanted. What Ryan thought his life should have been like. That was his first best-seller, and what paid for his degree in English.
Now, he's had money for awhile. The sudden move to New York was a convenience thing, and his publisher thought it best. Ryan's still a small town geek at heart, but maybe NYC is big enough for his dreams? Already he's fallen in love with the docks and Central Park, (Personally I think the Statue of Liberty is cooler than both.) so maybe there'll be something new for him to fall for as well...?
