I smiled gratefully as he seemed to be quick to answer. I felt the tenseness of anticipation in my body begin to relax. "I like green," I answered slowly and thoughtfully. It wasn't that I didn't know my favorite color— that would just be ridiculous— it was just that I felt like I had to carefully choose my words when I spoke. I knew that I didn't, but it had come naturally. The only person I felt confident around was my dad, really. "Have you ever hunted?" I had to ask the question. Hunting was my favorite thing, and you would rarely see me at all during deer season. I perked up a little as I walked alongside Luke, patiently awaiting his answer.

Before Luke could reply, though, the sound of a horn blaring in the distance caught my attention. A huge black cloud swirled in the sky, blocking out the gorgeous blue color it had once shown. "I have a feeling we should go," I said as I strained to hear an order to go to the dining hall. I stood by, waiting for Luke to lead. I didn't know where this dining hall was, and figured maybe he did. Hopefully he did.

(SPADE! OMG everyone call him spandex. Anyways, I'm not too sure if there are any girl spots still open, but if they are, I'm pretty sure that Aphrodite has been taken my dear kamisuri)

Troye Alexander Sage. he isn't quite sure why it was chosen to be his name, but he does know Alexander means "protector of man". maybe he was destined to be some great warrior or something. probably not.

Iris, Goddess of Rainbows, and he is painfully reminded every day about it. it, of course, isn't the manliest power in the world to spread joy and rainbows everywhere. one of the few good things about being her son is free Iris Messaging.

Troye seems shy at first, speaking rarely unless told to, but he is really just observing. he does that a lot. a bit creepy, but you get used to it. he has a good sense of humor and smirks frequently, usually teasing others nicely. Troye could easily make a lot of friends, but chooses not to. having few people that are very close to you is better, in his mind.

Troye doesn't have a tragic backstory like most demigods. his father wasn't home much, and at school he had a hard time focusing, diagnosed with dyslexia like other half-bloods. strange things started happening when he was little, monsters coming to attempt to kill him, but Iris always sent them away easily. Troye figures this was because she has few demigod children, and prefers to keep them safe. that or he was just really, really lucky. When he was fifteen he was sent to Camp Half-Blood, happy to get out of school where he was miserably failing, and be where there where other strange people like him. his dad seemed to be fine with getting rid of him, which makes conversation on the man a sensitive topic for Troye. he's come to the conclusion he hates his father's guts and would much rather be fighting monsters then living with him. Coming to Camp, Troye earned his sword, which still doesn't have a name. it clicks down into a pocket knife, and when opened it has a multicolored blade, good for killing monsters, but cannot harm humans. it's his favorite object, and is kept close at all times.

Troye has shaggy-ish black hair and warm brown eyes, much like his mom, Iris. he has that cute smile that he only quirks up one side of his mouth for, and tilts his head slightly when talking, like asking a question. Troye wears glasses sometimes, those geeky black ones, being that he's farsighted. it comes and goes, so he doesn't have them all the time, and it's quite annoying when fighting a monster and your glasses break right in the middle of a battle. He has a thin figure, but quite a bit of muscle.
