Dear Reader,

If you're reading this, you're not alone. You've been selected for a mission due to your special abilities. You've heard from me before, and I need you now. All you need to know, is that this job is important, and others will accompany you. In fact, you may even find out more about that little question you've had for the longest time. You know which one. I can't say much in this note, but all you need to know is that this mission contains answers, ones you'll never find if you don't partake in this journey. It'll be dangerous, confusing, and you'll never be thee same; but isn't that what you've been hoping for? I'll let you decide.

A folded piece of paper arrives in the mail, addressed to you. When was the last time you received a letter? It's older paper, with bold, black ink. You're name is written on the front. You quickly read the letter, studying the address at the bottom of the page. You know where that is, don't you? The question is a hard one to answer. Leave everyone you've ever cared about, even for just a little while? But you've been craving answers. You need to know the truth, don't you? SO you leave. You tell you're family that it's a trip for school, and that it's the chance of a lifetime. Yo'll only be gone for a few weeks. Oh, and how you hope that's true. But why are you so trusting of this letter's writer? Because you've heard from him before, haven't you? Well either way, you meet their group at the address shown. A helicopter waits for you. Do you enter? Well, of course you do; because you need this, and they need you. Besides, they say there's others like you, and you're dying to meet them.


You, are special. But I guess you already knew that. But there are others like you, all with different, unique powers. And you're needed for this job. You know that necklace that you're wearing? Fine, amulet? Well there are others like them, all belonging to those who were born with these abilities. You're all being gathered for a journey, but what's the journey for? Well, it's to find treasures, answers. Reasons why you're the way you are. There are certain places that contain a certain magic. Wen you've found what you need, a new note will be found, telling you where to go next. You'll all need to work together to find out more. Don't like the journey, the danger? Fine, leave. But yo'll never know the answer, and many people will be killed or hurt because of it. But hey, it's your choice.


Ready to meet your team? When the helicopter lands, you're in the rain forest. The group that had picked you up tells you this island isn't even on the maps, so no one will ind you there. They take you to what seems like a small building. Wow, where you wrong. When they take you in, it's just an elevator. But you quickly realize as they take you down that the place is huge, under the whole island. "What is this place?" You ask. They won't answer. But when you step out of the glass elevator, you're in a room. In that room, unless you're the first, you'll find you're team-mates. Get to know them. You'll be around them for a while.


Rules;;

*Only two characters max, for now. May change later. Also, keep the genders even.
*No cussing, please. Heck and hell are okay.
*This is a semi-lit role play, so please post a few sentences with proper grammar. I understand writer's block, but if you make short posts every time, you will be asked to either follow the rules, or leave.
*Romance isn't the main purpose of this rp, please don't get too.. you know. Fade to black.
*Any kind of romance is fine. (Bisexual, straight, etc.)
*Please don't go too far without me, I don't want to read a whole book just to catch up.
*Your character can only have one ability. The ones available will be listed below.
*No god-modding, or having perfect characters who can control their power perfectly.
*Sorry for all of the rules. Have fun!

Available Powers;;
(Only one power to a person, and no two people can have the same power. If the one you want isn't on this list, pm me and I'll tell you if it's one you can use or not. Most of the time it'll be a yes, unless it's shape shifting or flying. Those can be a little overused in many rps, so I'm not going to have those available.)
*Can see minor glimpses of the future, sometimes greater. Not controllable.
*Can turn dreams/nightmares into reality. Takes away energy, hard to control.
*Can control light. (Can 'shoot' rays of light that burn, explain in form.) Hard to control.
*Mimic. Can mimic other's voices, change hair/eye color. Average to control.
*Can control some plants. (Movement, change color, make them grow, etc.) Average to control.
*Earth control. Can control rocks, dirt, mud, etc. Average to control.
*Can withstand extreme temperatures, but only to a certain point. Easier to control, unless temperatures get too high/low.
*The ability to heal wounds/sicknesses. The worse the wound, the more energy it rains from your character.
*The ability to quickly memorize and/or decipher any foreign language.
*The ability to control water. Harder to control.
*The ability to control air. (Can't fly.) Average to control.

Places To Go;;


The Main Room;;
This is where everyone can hang out. There's a t.v., couches, books, and even a few board games. (Which I thought you'll have much time for all of that.) There's the glass elevator there, but you need a key to go anywhere in it. Then there's a large arch to the right of the elevator. It leads to a large room with several tables to sit and eat. All three meals will be served while you're there.

The Dorms;;
There's a series of dorms where you'll be staying until everyone has arrived, or until the next mission is ready. There are two hallways off of the main room; one for the girls, and one for the boys. There's also a gathering area at the end of each hallway, in a circular room. There are many doors to rooms along the walls. Each room has two bathrooms. First come first serve. (Each has windows with changeable views since you're under ground.)

Personality;; Haylie is kind, and likes to help others, but loves to tease. She can also be a bit adventurous, and goes off on her own a lot. She absolutely loves animals, and lived on a farm before she came here, looking for an adventure and answers.
Power;; "I have the power to communicate. Yes, sounds weird, but I can speak/write in any language, plus I can understand and read them. Saying this, I can also talk to animals and understand them. I still don't have much control over it yet, so sometimes I find myself speaking french in math."
