We're Not Like the Others {Semi-Lit}(Open, males needed!)

~ Naomi ~

When his hand reached for hers again she gladly accepted it, turning hers over to clasp his the same way he had done before. She stayed silent, listening to him until he had finished before she said anything. "I'm not going to let you die." She told him, giving his hand a small squeeze before relaxing again. "I will run, but it wont be far. I won't get involved in the fight, but i'm not entirely helpless you know. My father was a hunter, and he often took me on hunting trips, so I know how to use a bow, and I know how to use a gun." She said, glancing at River from the corner of her eye, wondering what she was thinking now about all of this, before focusing on Will. "Besides, it would probably be better if I was near you, less of a chance of having a vision if i'm seeing everything live and in person. Don't try to make me change my mind either, you're stuck with me for a while!" She said, once again showing off a playful smirk, hoping he'd just give in and allow her to do as she wished instead of trying to change her mind.

Will smiled gratefully. "Thank you for your concern Naomi. I don't think I would be killed that easily though..." River cut him off.
"William, do you really think that if your brother charged in here right now that you could defend yourself?" She glared at him. "Stop being overconfident. If I hit your right now, what would happen?" She stepped closer and Will was surprised when she actually did. Her fist collided with his arm and he shut he gasped. "You see? Naomi is perfectly reasonable in wanting to stay with you. I will also stay here with you. My fighting skills are good enough."

~ Naomi ~

Naomi was also surprised by Rivers actions, but she knew it was to prove a point, so she gave his hand a small squeeze and offered him a small apologetic look before looking at River. "Do they let people stay here?" She questioned, wondering if their plan to stay with him would be ruined if they had certain visiting hours instead of allowing people to stay.

"I'm sure they'll let us stay." River replied. "I think for now though it would be best if Will got some rest." She turned to William, who was rubbing his shoulder.
"I need to walk around, please. I haven't seen the light of day for two whole days." He gestured towards his window. "I really need to at least have a stretch."
My legs are cramped and I'm just about ready to run into the forest. I almost wish my brother had stayed a little longer, I almost wish that he would come in right now so I can finish him off. I'm tired of living like this.

Down at the desk, a man was advancing on the table. The woman looked up. "I'm sorry sir, but no pets allowed. You'll have to leave him outside."
The man ignored her. "Where is William."
She gave him the room number. The man smiled and left, heading down the corridor.

~ Naomi ~

Glancing towards River then at Will, she gave a small shrug. "I don't mind if you get up and walk around, but I don't think you should leave your room. I mean, at least in here there's plenty of things to hold onto while you walk rather than a long, empty hall." She said, glancing back towards River, wondering what she thought of the idea.

Will slipped his feet from under the covers. "Thank you." He placed his bare feet on the floor and slowly put his weight on his legs. They shook at first but it felt good to stretch out. River was right beside him, ready to catch him if he fell. William straightened and meant against the wall. He was ready to go for a walk,, maybe find some food along the way. Walking towards the door, Will opened it and came face to face with his brother.
"Surprised to see you up so soon," he smirked and attacked.
River was faster. She slammed Will aside and prepared for the attack. "Naomi, protect Will!" She cried.

~ Naomi ~

Reacting almost instantly, she rushed to Wills side, grabbing his hand and tugging him further into the room. With his brother at the door, the only other escape was out the window and onto the roof. She figured if anything happened, River could fly him away from danger, then she'd find someway to get away, at least she hoped it would go that smoothly, she doubted it though. Tugging him to the window, she struggled for a split second before flinging it open, shivering at the icy blast of wind that hit her. "Lets go!" She said, tugging on his hand, desperate to get him to safety.

Will hit the floor after Rover threw him aside and rolled to his feet. His shoulder hurt from impact but he ignored it. When Naomi took his hand he pulled away. "No, this is my fight!"

River spat blood into the floor and ducked his swing. She was fast and strong enough to hurt Artherus enough and make him bleed. He had already delivered a hit across her face but she had dealt him several powerful jabs to his chest and stomach. Being shorted than him then she could duck his blows much easier.

~ Naomi ~

It wasn't very often Naomi got mad and allowed it to show on her face, but in this situation, she made an exception. "Just shut up and go out the-" She began, pausing as she took a small breath to calm herself. "The window." She said in a much calmer voice than before, reaching for his hand once more, giving it a tug as she once again tried moving towards the window. "In your condition you will surely die! Heal up, then you can come after him and do as you please, but right now please, just come with me!" She pleaded, looking up at him with a desperate look on her face.

"River is fighting him for me and I can't just let her-" but he didn't get the chance to finish because River swung around and nailed him in the back of the head.
"Just take him," she urged Naomi and swivelled around as William fell to the floor unconscious. Artherus was a tough opponent.
She swung at him with precise movements but he was quick as he was powerful. There was no way that she could defeat him. River had to go for it. Her chance of escape would be slim and her priority at the moment was to give the other two a chance to escape. Hopefully she would make it out unharmed.
