We're Not Like the Others {Semi-Lit}(Open, males needed!)

River was ready to go already, commit over to meet Naomi. "Ready?" She asked, slipping her hands into her pockets and starting down tithe forest floor. River loved the forest and a good walk always made her feel refreshed. As she walked through the trees she wondered what kind of guy could have taken such a chunk out of Will. From the sounds of things he'd been beaten down pretty easily. She continued walking in silence, having nothing to say.

~ Naomi ~

Nodding, she turned and followed her, walking in silence as she glanced around. She loved taking walks through the forest, it was normally a very calming and relaxing thing for her to do, but now her mind was filled with thoughts of Will, and a few of his brother. On the outside she kept her emotions hidden, but inside she was a mess, filled with so many emotions and thoughts, she just wanted to go back to sleep and sleep for another two days, or maybe even longer. Finally, she broke the comfortable silence that had surrounded her and River, looking towards her with a now serious expression on her face. "Don't tell him anything about what happened with me, about how I was out for two days, about how I felt his pain, nothing. If he asks how we knew he was hurt, i'll tell him I had a vision and leave it at that." She said, nodding once as if to confirm it within herself. "He doesn't need to worry about me, he has been through enough. Right now he just needs to focus on getting better." She said, nearly tripping over a fallen tree limb due to the fact she had been walking and looking at River while she talked, rather than watching where she was going.

"Alright," River agreed. "I thinks that's a good idea." Naomi tripped. "Are you okay?" She asked, a humoured look on her face. She stopped. They had arrived in town. River knew the way and didn't hesitate to lead the way to the hospital. At the patient desk she asked for William and the woman told her the room number with a warm and sympathetic smile.
"Ah, Will has visitors at last. He's been out for two days and hasn't shown signs of waking up yet. Maybe you two can bring him out of it. His condition is serious, but I think he'll appreciate you commit to see him." The woman waved them on and River continued down the hallway.

~ Naomi ~

She stayed silent the whole way through town, even when someone rudely shoved past her going the opposite direction she stayed silent, though she did send quite the glare his way. When they reached the hospital she thanked the woman, turning to follow after River, reaching the room and stopping to look at her. "She said he hasn't woke up in two days, but I know for a fact he woke up, because he woke up at the same time I did, I felt it." She said, turning back towards the door as her hand reached for the door knob. She paused, glancing back over at River. "Should we knock?" She questioned, head tilting slightly.

River shook her head. "I'm sure it'll be fine." She opened the door and stepped inside, holding the door for Naomi and then closing it behind them. They were the only ones in the room, aside from Will of course.
His face was pale and his hair looked tussled and damp. River stepped towards him and touched his face. It was frightfully cold, but his heat rose and fell all th same. "He looks terrible." River said, and Will's eyelids flickered.

Xavier sat in her room, bored. She didn't have many friends here, and on top of that she wasn't very good at making them. Even though she had a very social personality, others found her annoying and awkward. She quickly morphed into her cat form, and paced on her bed, meowing quietly to herself.

Xavier shook her small, furry black head, and sat on the edge of her bed. She curled her long black tail around her paws and stared at them with piercing green eyes. I think I will just take a trip around the woods. She thought to herself. The black cat leapt off of her bed and out of the window, and switched effortlessly to her raven form. Xavier cawed loudly and flew to the roof of her cabin. She looked down to the forest floor and saw a young man. "Who are you?" she called, walking carefully to the edge of the roof. "Are you new here?"

~ Naomi ~

Stepping inside, she paused at the door, leaning against it slightly, afraid to go any further, afraid to see his condition. She suddenly didn't want to see Will, she was suddenly hit with a wave of emotions that left her feeling faint. Shaking her head, she pushed everything away, stepping further into the room till he came into view. River mentioned how terrible he looked, and she had to agree, he had definitely looked better. She moved to the opposite side of the bed, moving to rest one of her hands lightly over the top of one of his own, glancing at his face. "Will?" She murmured, watching him closely.

Will heard a voice, a voice he had heard several times before. He had fallen into a deep sleep only hours ago but now he could feel himself being sucked back into the world of consciousness. His eyes shot open to meet with someone else's. Naomi.
Her hand was over his while River, the other new girl stood to his other side. When William opened his mouth the speak, his voice was rough and hoarse. "Naomi. What are you doing here?" He struggled to lift himself up. Both arms screamed at him and the pain was enough to send flashes in front of his eyes and a gasp to slip from his dry lips. Why was he so sore? What had his brother done to him?

~ Naomi ~

Her gaze locked with his when his eyes opened and she stared down at him, remaining silent till he spoke. "I'm-" She began, pausing when he attempted to sit up. "No, no. You're hurt, you lay down." She told him, moving the hand that she had placed over his onto his chest, lightly pushing him back down before returning her hand to his. "I'm here because I had a vision of you being hurt, so we came to find you." She said, glancing at River out of the corner of her eye, hoping she'd go along with the story she had made up.

River nodded slightly when Naomi glanced at her. "Yes, she saw you get hurt during a vision." She took in the damage Will had taken. Several bullets to one shoulder and a knife to the other but nothing else apart from a few scrapes and bruises here and there. There was a piece of bloody gauze taped to his forehead where his attacker must have hit him.
She could see the bandages under his hospital shirt.
Will cracked a smile and it looked somewhat out of place on his tired face. "I hope this one didn't cause you too much pain Naomi." He lifted an eyebrow.
The young man seemed to be able to pick apart everything. River smiled back. At least his head still worked.
"I'm thirty," he added, coughing. "And my throat is dry. If you want to keep up this conversation then I'm going to need some water."
River rolled her eyes. "So demanding," she said humorously. "I'll get you some." She left the room to get Will some water.
