"Hey, it's Cori." John said and waved to her, he looked up at the sky, 'we should go soon' he thought. He could almost see the first star. He walked over to Cori, "Hey." he said and smiled. He looked around, as he counted the people-- they still weren't all here, he sighed. He looked at Cori once again, "And how was your plane ride?" he asked, and kept his smile bright as he always had a smile, some were better than others. He sighed, and yawned. He was getting tired of the wait, his phone buzzed. His mother texted him, 'have you gone yet?' she asked, john replied; 'nope not just yet' he said and put his phone away.

time flew. like a plane in the highest skies. and he was till recently. just a few hours ago he had boarded the plane and was fast asleep, into the land of nod. rarely did he take naps, but it felt pleasing enough to just be released by his usual insomnia. hyeong woke up at the eleventh hour when the final announcement - that they were landing - was made. "looks like i slept through," he muttered quietly. he had skipped his meal and it was sitting on the table. hurriedly he packed them in a plastic bag in case he got hungry later on the day, seldom caring whether it was against the rules or not. he was exhausted by the time he had gotten his suitcases.. it was unusual for him; but being above the ground for hours, who would live being on that horrifying vehicle? he instantly felt sorry for the pilots. "beep". the boy flipped out his mobile phone and checked his messages. it was from... yuzuki? yes, the japanese girl. she was going to be with her as well on the trip. how exciting! there must also be other boys as well. it would be better if there was somebody to talk about his favorite topic; sports. grinning, he texted back is anyone else here? hyeong swung his neck around in attempt to find anyone.

ＣＯＲＩ ＴＨＯＭＰＳＯＮ

I take out my phone to find about seven new texts, all from my family members, except for my best friend back home. My mum: "Hey hun. How's it going?" My sister: "Are you in Hawaii yet?" and "Remember to send pics!!!" My dad: "Hey princess! How is it so far?" My best friend: "I'm still jealous of you getting to go to Hawaii!!!!!!!" My uncle: "Are you gunna learn how o surf? You should learn how to surf" My aunt: "Hey! How was the trip?". I didn't want to reply, so I simply turn my phone off and slip it back into my pocket. I look up as I hear a males voice... I find myself looking at John. "Err.. It was okay. I wasn't awake for most of it.." I say quietly.
