As the earth heated up, it caused the ice caps to melt - and nature released its power. Much of the earth was flooded after that, and the cities that are now left live in virtual isolation from each other.
Technology has gone backwards since then in a bid to stop more flooding, and chaos reigns the streets - but from the darkened streets of a changed Tokyo, ancient powers are rising. And they are rising in you, the ones forgotten in the streets. Any powers could be awakened in anyone.

Suddenly, the laws of this world that you thought you knew have been bent and broken; what you thought was a fairy tale has become a reality - and there are some who will stop at nothing to harness this potential weapon.

Brown-green. The green becomes more pronounced as his mood shifts. You can tell he's angry because they darken to a murky, thick forest color, the brown fading behind. It's not a lot that he gets angry, though.

Dark brown, short. Always a little messy.

Tanned from being outdoors for long periods of time.

He's small, lithe, and is only as strong as he can be when being unhealthily thin. Akio weighs only 55 pounds, and wouldn't weigh much more if he could actually get two solid meals a day.

Four thin, silver scars across his chest, uneven but not bad. Two on his back, between his wings. One long one on his left leg, along his calf.

Akio doesn't like to dwell in his past. So it's up to you to find out.
That's just another way of me saying that I need more time to think it up. I might come back to edit this.

p e r s o n a l i t y •

Akio isn't exactly social or outgoing. In fact, he's nothing like that, being quiet, shy, and edgy more then anything else.

s t r e n g t h s - w e a k n e s s e s •

> Akio has wings, two pairs instead of the generic single pair. Both are roughly seven feet long, but the lower pair is about two, three inches shorter. Obvious strengths wings provide are flight and warmth.


>> Flight is what it is. He can take to the air easily with a running start, as well as jumping straight up, though the latter takes more strength.

> He knows his way around knives and blunt weapons.

> His dominant elemental power is fire, which is a little strange, considering his personality.


>> Fire is fire: Unruly, a little hard to control unless you know what you're doing. Once it gets out of hand, there isn't much you can do about it. Akio avoids use of his power unless he knows he isn't gonna burn down half the city, or if he's in danger.

> His smallness is something we can't exactly forget. People underestimate him, therefor they don't go full force on him. He looks young, he looks weak, and he uses that if he can, whenever he needs it.

> General Weaknesses

>> Wings can be injured.
His hesitant use with fire. He doesn't like using it, like I said, and he won't unless there's no slipping out of the problem he's in.

Sorry about the lack of picture. I haven't found anything that fits him, and it's been half a year sense his creation.
Anywho, I hope this is alright. Tell me if you want anything changed. I might have missed some stuff, but I think this is the bulk of it. I'll alert you of any changes.
Edit: Fixed everything I so stupidly missed. I'll just be truthful and say that I didn't pay much attention to the form you had, which isn't good in the least. I'm just used to having most forms having what mine has. My fault, sorry.

Please include a dominant element (that was in the basics section if my form), and if possible change/erase/play down Akio's powers? The electricity was a great idea, though.
Accepted in all other aspects, and I'm not really bothered about a picture. Thank you!!

Description/image: Dark brown hair that falls to her waist, strange eyes that are sometimes grey, sometimes purple, sometimes black. She generally is barefoot, and always wears a small shell ankle bracelet.

Power: To speak to animals, though a long conversation tires her out completely. She can also run, but that's just a talent.
