Flora is very too-herself and quiet but very kind nonetheless. She spends most of her down time out in the grounds reading or sometimes just relaxing under or up a tree. Despite her shy and kind demeanor Flora can be strong and brave when it comes down to something she believes in. Also, because of being brought up like a muggle she knows about both worlds and is interested by the differences and even more by the similarities. She is also very close to her mother and muggle grandparents that she lives with.
History:
Flora grew up without a father and all her life she was bullied. They used to call her names and push her around so eventually she just gave up and that's why she spends most of her time alone nowadays. When she got into Hogwarts, everything changed. She found out that her father was a wizard and that she is a witch and finally found where she belongs. Every year she goes back to her home, to her muggle family, to tell them amazing stories about things that she wouldn't have believed were true before she turned eleven.

xxxNicolas Thomas - a simple kid with a simple name, though better known simply as Nick. Don't tag him with any other nickname, particularly Nicky, because he's sure to snap. Currently sixteen years old, he's a sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. His wand is a flexible, 10" dogwood model with phoenix tail feather. He was Sorted into the house of Gryffindor, which suits him just fine. Actually, he's very proud of his house, and he takes it upon himself to always put his house at the top. When he first received his letter, it was an utter surprise, because Nick's entire family is made up of Muggles, with seemingly no magical blood present. Being Muggleborn isn't so bad - in fact, he rather likes it, and is probably more in-tune with the Muggle world than the Wizard world. Unlike many within Hogwarts, he doesn't have a pet: he never really wanted one (actually, he never considered himself responsible enough) and the school owls are happy to take letters and such to his parents at home. Regarding his home, it's quaint and simple, stashed away in the corner of a little Muggle village, and it certainly doesn't look like the kind of house Nick would live in, with it's pretty little garden and thatched roof. His little sister, Elizabeth, is only six years old, so it's still possible that she could have magical blood. He's actually good at Quidditch, considering he plays as Chaser on the Gryffindor team. It's the only magical sport he likes, and it's the only magical thing he tends to do over the summer. Nick goes about doing things that any other Muggle boy obsessed with music his age would do - he plays guitar, he sings at a few gigs, and he goes to concerts.

but, someday, he'll be a rockstar
xxxNick has one solid obsession that has been with him since he was seven years old - music. In particular, punk and rock music. The interest came from his dad, who also gave him his first guitar, which has a special spot in his crammed bedroom. He loves to sing, usually breaking in to song at the worst possible times - think High School Musical with rock songs. Perhaps his appearance when he walks the streets is a bit of a giveaway, but he likes to mirror the styles of his favorite musicians, so outside school, he wears band t-shirts and scruffy jeans, teamed up (most often) with a guitar in its case. Adding to this, his hair varies in colour, being dyed black for the summer and then a whole spectrum of colour throughout the rest of the year whenever he feels the need for a change. Though his punk-like appearance may suggest otherwise, Nick's an utter dork, but a gentleman. He doesn't try to act tough or anything like that, acting more-or-less the same around everybody. Generally a friendly guy, he's quick to make people smile with his really cheesy and tacky pick-up lines and jokes. He's not afraid to have a laugh, or get in trouble. In fact, if you want to cause trouble, he's the guy to cause mayhem with. In this way, he's fearless, but utterly headstrong, always throwing himself into situations that he shouldn't. Unfortunately, Nick never seems to think things through, which often results in.. problems, to say the least. Like many Gryffindor students, he's awfully prideful, and can seldom swallow his pride to sort out the dilemmas at hand. His stubborn attitude may come in handy as he refuses to back down, but Nick can be annoyingly insistent to get his way.

This grey-eyed beauty is called Lana Isabelle Williams. Pronunciation: 'la-na iz-a-behl will-yams. Not "will-i-ams", "will-yams". She's sure you've heard of it, she comes from a pure-blood family, after all. Currently sixteen years of age and in her sixth year at Hogwarts, her birthday falls on Halloween night. Totally awesome, right? It makes her a Scorpio- mesmerizing. She's pretty sure she lives up to the expectations of that, anyway.
Lana is stunning looking, and she knows it. You can see it in the way she carries herself, the way she walks- extremely gracefully, on the tips of her feet with her head held high. She knows how to catch the attention in a room, and hold it. Her hair is brown and falls to just below her shoulderblades in loose waves- except in humid weather, in which it frizzes up in curls. She fiddles with it all the time, braiding her fringe or smoothing it down with her hands. Lana simply adores her eyes. They're light grey with darker flecks as you get closer to the pupil, with light laugh lines that crinkle up when she smiles- properly smiles, which doesn't happen often. Lana is five foot two and 120 pounds; she's a curvy girl. When she moves her head a glint of silver on her nose always catches the light. She had her piercing done when she was sixteen by a Muggle. She hates the uniform and she absolutely refuses to wear her tie anywhere else but knotted around her arm or her skirt.
Lana's pretty much one of those people where you're always just wavering on the borderline between 'friend' and 'mildly amusing pet'. She doesn't really make friends easily. She's smart, always doing well in her school exams, and also very, very cunning. She knows how to manipulate people into doing what she wants when she wants. One good thing about her though, is she's absolutely hilarious When she wants to be. Even mimicking people's voices or making faces- she finds a way to make you laugh. Whenever she passes a mirror, she looks in it. She grew up being told she was beautiful by her parents and she believes it. She's also very full of herself and in the belief of her own abilities. unless you're very close to her, Lana is like a closed shell- never laughing, never even really smiling. Unless, of course, someone's just made an idiot of themselves. One thing she's really passionate about, however, is art. She has sketchbooks full of drawings, and when she can be bothered she likes charming them into moving. Her best subject in school is care of magical creatures.
Lana was always surrounded by magic. She has two older brothers (both who have left Hogwarts now) who were in Slytherin too, and she grew up with them ranting about homework and professors. Her father works in the Ministry of Magic and her mother is a Magizoologist- probably where Lana got her love for animals from. Both her brothers now work in Gringotts. She had a perfectly happy childhood, really, and was home-schooled until she got her Hogwarts letter. She doesn't have anything against Muggles, having actually had a few Muggle friends when she was younger, and her mother raised her to be quite open-minded. Nothing, however, can make her like first years. She isn't quite sure how she got to be a prefect, but it might be because of her exam results. Lana's always loved Quidditch, watching her brothers muck around on their brooms when she was younger. She tried out for the house team when she was fifteen.
lana is in slytherin house and her wand is reed with a dragon heartstring core. she has one pet, an eagle owl called remus, which is really the only thing that she loves in the world. finally, she's also a chaser on the team in slytherin (if that's okay!), and isn't above using a few dirty tricks to get more points.
