Her hands had stiffened so she stopped writing. She slowly slid herself off the tree and lay down on the warm green grass. She lay on her back and closed her emerald green eyes as she thought and though about everything that had happened today. She yawned.

. Sarah Jane sighs, standing up. "Alright Sarah Jane," she murmurs to herself, grabbing her journal, pencil, and schedule. "Just... Go outside and meet people," she mutters. Holding her belongings to her chest, she takes in a deep breath of air and exhales. "I mean, come on. Collage can't be that bad," she says. As the writer walks down the halls outside, she continues to talk to herself.
. Twice on her way out, she bumps into walls by accident, which drove her crazy. She finally puts her schedule and pencil back in her pockets at last, and continues to clutch her journal near her chest. She felt so awkward yet so... prepared at the same time. Maybe it was because she was at a new school. Hopefully she wouldn't do what she had done when she changed schools in 5th grade.

Lindsey pushed her way through the doors on her way out of the building. She had her books, now she just felt like playing the violin. It was a nice day and all. What she didn't realise was that someone was right in front of her as she watched the door close. "Oh, jeez, sorry." She apologised after she had bumped into the girl with the journal. "That was not meant to happen. Wow, sorry." Getting her self together, Lindsey smiled in a friendly fashion. "Hello, my name is Lindsey. Sorry for bumping into you, I, um, It's all my fault." This was pretty usual for Lindsey. Even in high school, if someone bumped into her she would still apologise and say it was her fault.

Tyler parked in the dorm parking lot, where he was supposed to park. It seemed his boss' calls for his appearance were short lived and the girls had another appointment that was more important. So,Tyler being bored, drove back to school. As he hopped out of the machine, he pulled his rucksack out along with him before locking the classic. He pulled out his camera and took some shots of the sunlight streaming out from behind the dorm building before walking towards the grassy area to see what else he could find. He noticed a particular good light on a girl dosing by a tree and snapped a shot without being to creepy. Walking up to the girl, Tyler introduced himself awkwardly. "Hey, I'm Tyler, hope you don't mind but I'm adding a photo of you to my portfolio. For class." Tyler face-palmed himself in his head. Yay, that didn't sound creepy at all.

. Sarah Jane laughs softly, bending down to drop the journal that had fallen from her arms. "No, your fine!" she says gently, smiling in return at her. "It's alright, we all make mistakes. And you're fine, it wasn't just your fault, I should have been looking out as well," she says, nodding when the girl says her name. "I like your name, Lindsey. Name's Sarah Jane," she says, holding her hand out in a casual manner. "So what extra classes are you taking?"

Lindsey chuckled and shook her held out hand. "Thanks, I like yours too. Nice to meet ya, Sarah-Jane." The awkward cloud had disappeared and Lindsey was back to her usual self. "Uh, English, Music and Photography. And you?" Lindsey wondered. She guessed there was an English, writing sort of subject the girl had taken; judging by the journal in her hands. Lindsey loved reading and writing stories actually. Some of her journals at home were filled with fictional worlds written from her imagination. Others contained song lyrics. Story writing wasn't the only thing she wrote down in her journals, there were also songs. All of Lindsey's original songs on her YouTube channel were written by yours truly. Sure she had some help composing them but they mostly depended on what mood she was in at the time.

. Sarah Jane grins, shaking her hand as well, and lets it fall back to her side. "Nice to meet you as well." She thinks for a moment before responding. "Mainly the English and Writing courses. I want to be able to have a degree for journalism. How about you?" she asks kindly. "What do you want to do when you're out of collage? I'm just curious," she adds hastily. She felt awkward, like she was rambling, but at the same time she felt calm and normal. 'Welph, I better get used to it, after all, I //do// want to be a journalist when I graduate...' she thinks.
