Violet watched as the two girls turned, their gaze sweeping over her briefly before lifting their gazes to her face. She was grateful they didn't stare too long. Even without the crutches, she was a sight for sore eyes. One of the girls approached her; the blonde with the bright blue eyes. "Welcome. I'm Cybil, the new pack Beta. Over there is.. Mika. This is Mika." She greeted, smiling kindly. Her smile didn't seem at all forced. Violet missed having such an easy going smile. Now her smiles were typically forced. Mumbling a quiet, "nice to meet you," she followed after Cybil as she made her way towards the stairs leading up to the second floor. This was not going to be fun, but she wasn't about to show these two any signs of weakness. Leaning one crutch against the wall, she grabbed the banister and began hauling herself up the staircase, using her crutch as balance. It was slow going; embarrassingly so. But eventually she made it up the rest of the stairs to the second floor landing. Pausing briefly, she caught her breath then gestures towards Cybil to take the lead once more.
"Go ahead, I'm good." She assured Cybil, straightening up and pressing one hand against the wall. With only one crutch, she was a little off balance but she had another pair in the trunk. She would just have to make sure she kept a spare upstairs and downstairs. Straightening up, she followed Cybil down the hall keeping one hand pressed against the wall just in case.
Luca Brighton
Luca inclined his head to the beta girl, keeping his eyes respectfully averted because her power trumped his. When they had left, he turned a speculative look on Mika. He could sense her power level, so why was she introducing herself as an Omega? He stared at her for a long moment, longer than was respectful, before deciding it was really none of his business. Straightening up. He gave a quick nod of acknowledgement. "Sure thing. Just so you know, Violet is a flight risk. She doesn't want to be here. Her brother will be along shortly; she doesn't know hes coming but he's the real reason she's here." He warned, pulling out his keys and turning to go. Pausing, he glances back over his shoulder. "Oh, and watch your fingers when you take the bird cage up. That creature is a creation of the decil himself. He bites everybody except his precious Violet." He warned with a wry glance at the covered bird cage.
