fang flicked his tail in irritation,"i'll talk more later." then dashed off into the woods. he knew the surrounding aria well enough that he didn't run into the trees.

Zanna watched him leave, wondering why he was irritated. She frowned. "brings up the past and then just runs off." she grumbled, picking up the edge of the leaves and bring them together to create small baskets to carry. from there she started carrying one leaf of berries at a time to the tree.

the little cat didn't go far, his gem was starting to glow brightly tho the kitten couldn't see it he could almost feel it's radiance. the blue light of it only amplified the color of his sightless eyes, smaller tears forming on the edges of his sightless vision. pacing in anger and frustrated, he slightly stomped his feet. fang felt as tho torn, memories of his mother, absent ones of his never home father. "she's not the only one who's watched a parent die..." he hissed thru clenched teeth. curling up in the roots of a simi hollow tree he mewled, "i wanna go home...back to my old home..."

Zanna tried to hurry and finish the berries. Once they were all moved to the tree where Song and Fang lived, she turned and climbed the nearest tree, leaping from tree to tree.

fang had secreded himself under a bush. but he knew his gem might still give him away. "i don't wanna lead anybody...i just wanna go home.."

(you may have noticed i've started using colors for voices and characters. the colors i'm using are to reflect the characters currently. for fang its bolded black. for the voice in fang's head it's italisized darkblue.. song will have bright red scot's got orange. and i even found one for henry. it's brown. ) (dragons will have colors too. will edit front page to make it more interesting.)
