Kuru sat next to his mate and licked her ear softly. It was almost time for her to have her puppies, he could tell. He looked up to the sky and smiled, excited. I hope they'll all be healthy and happy..

Xharsha dangled her tiny leg over the edge of a branch and licked some fur on her paw. She flicked her bald grey tail boredly. I wonder where SHINY is... I'm soo bored.. she thought to herself. It was going to be a very hot and humid day she noticed. The little sunlight that filtered through the tree leaves nearly burned her skin through her fur, and the air was sticky and hot. She sighed and looked off into the distance.

Tand woke up feeling much more energized, but that feeling suddenly left her as she observed the day. She panted and felt the overpowering heat seep into her skin, so she shifted into her human form to helpfully cool herself off more. She wiped some sweat off her forehead and took off the furry arm and leg-warmers. "How will we get ANYTHING done today? I really don't want to sit around in this ridiculous heat all day, feeling miserable." she complained, waking the others up.

Azkedellia stood up and shook her fur. She looked around for a second and then grinned deviously. Tand saw this and said, "How could you be PLEASED about this horrible weather?" and so Azkedellia replied, "This is our chance, don't you get it? The other wolves feel just as miserable in this heat, and will definitely just lie around all day. This is when they will be weakest!" she laughed for a few seconds and then continued, "We only need to think positively about it, and we will succeed! Now is our chance. We'd best get going soon."

We will not fight them today, we will not betray their trust, for then I would have to rebuild that carefully constructed little thread bridge that you will have severed. Do not sever my bridge, my way into this pack. Do not force my mission into chaos. I will not be undermined. We will lie around all day if they do, nothing more. If you wish to do something else, do so with a different pack, one that I am not infiltrating. Get your own team. You may leave as you wish, but you do not call the shots here, I do."

"It is very long my dear, why not save it for the journey?" He asked, pushing up against her as he walked with a laugh. Though there was nothing to laugh about. The journey back would be so long... And what of the wolves there? Surely they had all scattered by now. Their lives had fallen apart and now they had to walk themselves some unknown distance back. Or perhaps somewhere new? The prospect was nice as it gave a fresh start in location. Then there wouldn't be any of Kalvari's crazy tree stuff everywhere. "Perhaps it would be best if we went somewhere completely new?" Void asked, speaking much louder so that the small group that had already formed would hear him. "Perhaps it is time to move on?"
