ooc: My u key is acting up, so if you see a mess of words missing their u, that is why...
Ghost
The red fae watched him in silence, her smile fading a little as she watched his thoughts begin to wander again. How much she wished she could see what he was thinking; how mch she wished she could just wipe all of the bad memories clean and let him start a new. But she could not. Ghost could only hope that he would tell her everything in time and that she may help create so many new positive memories that they may so outweigh the bad that he wouldn't think of them with sadness again. She was up for the challenge. What first? Those leaves, that was what. She could love him all she wanted, but no amount of love was going to make this awful pain in her leg go away. It was like a wave almost, moving up and down her leg continously with the beating of her heart. Like it was the blood that caused the pain, not the injury. But still she did not wish to move, to even go off and search for Kavi. She needed those leaves and would like very much to find Kavi safe and sound after that storm. Her only real friend before now... And yet she could not will herself to move away from him. Yup, she was officially a maniac. That sounded so stupid, to not want to move away from him even if it was to end this stupid pain in her leg. It was simply obsurd! Well... She supposed she could live with being obsurd.
Because there she was, still watching him when the slight shaking ran through him from an unpleasant thought. Ghost tilted her head a little, wondering at the thought that depressed him now. And wanting once again to wipe it away. Really, that would have been a much more useful power. But it seemed to leave him quickly enough, since that lovely expression returned to his face. She wasn't sure if they even had a name for that expression but it was enough to make her feel a myriad of conficting emotions. She felt warm and calm, yet over excited at the same time. Hyper. Hmm. Not the right word, but it could be applied in this case. Ghost smiled back at him, her lips pulled back only a little as she turned her head slightly and watched him with half closed eyes. She wasn't sure how long she sat there just staring at him. Ghost had heard and comprehended his words, but it was almost like she was in a sleepy haze and couldn't respond right away. Until that haze was stripped away as she stupidly put the throbbing paw to the ground as if there was nothing at all wrong with it. It didn't take even a second to remember that there was definitely something wrong with it indeed.
"Oh, um, yes I have. Quite often. Or-" She stopped herself, shaking her head. That didn't sound right. "Not quite everything. Just all of the various bits of everything that they need." Which in a way still sounded very odd, and she was a little afraid that that could still be taken wrong. But maybe not. Hopefully he would understand and she wouldn't have to go into one of her full out and boring explinations of everything. She did not want to be boring. "But not... Not quite like this." No, she was sure she could not put this strange thought into words accurately enough that even she would understand it by the end. "I still cannot imagine or flatter myself that I could ever be everything you would want or need. But I very much wish that I may perhaps fill as many places as I can."
Void
The dark wolf watched the strangers in silence, vaguely remembering that he had had to step in to some strange arguement for one of them. He couldn't remember which one... Which must have meant that he had yet to deem them as worthy of his time. So it rather irked him that they were still here where he was. With Skylar. He wanted to have her all to himself, but he couldn't do so if other wolves were hanging around. Though he supposed he should be nice and at least act a little intrigued. The magic coming from the male was odd enough, though Void didn't know what it meant. Just because he could see magic didn't mean that he understood what he was seeing. So there was a mystery for him to solve. He would usually jump at the chance to discover something new and strange, but he really just wanted to be with the fae. Which was very uncharacteristic of him, and he hoped that at least would fade. He was guarenteed not to get any work done if he had no motivation. "Wait, we are leaving without the others?" He asked, raising his brows. "We are going home?" He lifted his paw out of her way, gladly moving for her if only he knew the way.
Tempest and Erika
"She is going to write something!" Erika barked, wagging her tail. Tempest stared at the squirrel a moment trying to picture a squirrel wearing glasses with a lab coat and scribbling all over a scrap of paper with a pencil... Could squirrels actually write? It was a little hard to imagine, to be honest. Erika scampered over to the squirrel, ready to follow her closely and watch her write. "How are you gonna do it?" She asked, tilting her head.
ooc: Dude, I have no muse for them right now. I shall fix that soon I hope.
Captain Kirk and Wraecca
The loud screaming had been enough for the owl to strip the prey animal of his ability to make any sound at all, a look of relief crossing his face as the sound of the shrieking stopped. Kirk fidgeted even more now, realizing that he wasn't making a sound even though he was running out of breath as usually when he screamed. This might have been even worse than speaking at all. His eyes grew wide again as the owl started to dive for the ground toward the groups of wolves in the clearing. Wraecca didn't like being out in the open like this, his eyes straining a little in the light. He turned his wings straighter to slow himself down and landed with a not so graceful thud on the ground before some of the wolves, dropping the flailing squirrel to the ground before inpact. "Are these the wolves?" He asked the squirrel, who only gripped at his own throat in terror.
